Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Walzen von Fertigprofilen aus einem Vorprofil mittels einer, im Reversierbetrieb arbeitenden Walzgerüstanordnung. Die Walzgerüstanordnung weist eine Kompaktwalzgruppe, bestehend aus einem eingangsseitigen ersten Universalgerüst (EUG), einem ausgangsseitigen zweiten Universalgerüst (AUG) und einem, zwischen diesen angeordneten Stauch-Zwischengerüst (SZG) auf. Dieser Kompaktwalzgruppe ist, querversetzt, parallel zu deren Walzlinie eine, aus zwei oder mehr Walzgerüsten (VVG; VHG) bestehende Vorwalzgruppe und eine, zwischen beiden Walzlinien angeordnete Querverschiebeeinrichtung (QE) vorgeordnet. Mindestens ein Walzgerüst der Vorwalzgruppe oder ein Walzgerüst der Kompaktwalzgruppe ist mit mehreren durch Querverschiebung in und außer Walzstellung bringbaren Wahlkalibern ausgestattet. Die Formung des Vorprofils (VP) in den Walzgerüsten (VVG; VHG) der Vorwalzgruppe wird reversierend in einer Reihe von Formgebungs- und Formreduzier-Walzstichen unter Einsatz der Wahlkaliber, und anschließend in der Kompaktwalzgruppe, ebenfalls reversierend, in mehreren Formgebungs- und Formreduzierstichen im eingangsseitigen Universalgerüst (EUG) und im Stauchzwischengerüst (SZG) wieder unter Einsatz der Wahlkaliber vorgenommen. Anschließend erfolgt im ausgangsseitigen Universalgerüst (AUG) die Fertigwalzung zum Fertigprofil.

A method for rolling finished profiles from a preliminary profile by means of a roll stand arrangement working in reversing operation. The roll stand arrangement has a compact roll group consisting of an input-side first universal stand (EUG), an exit-side second universal stand (AUG) and an intermediate compression stand (SZG) arranged between them. Upstream of this compact rolling group, parallel to its rolling line, is a pre-rolling group consisting of two or more rolling stands (VVG; VHG) and a transverse displacement device (QE) arranged between the two rolling lines. At least one roll stand of the roughing group or one roll stand of the compact rolling group is equipped with several optional calibres that can be brought into and out of the rolling position by transverse displacement. The shaping of the preliminary profile (VP) in the rolling stands (VVG; VHG) of the roughing group is reversed in a series of shaping and shape-reducing passes using the optional calibres, and then in the compact rolling group, also reversing, in several shaping and shape-reducing passes in the universal scaffold on the input side (EUG) and in the intermediate compression scaffold (SZG) again using the optional calibers. Subsequently, the finish rolling to the finished profile takes place in the universal stand (AUG) on the output side.
