Definitions
- the invention relates to a fabric, preferably Glass fiber mesh, existing corner reinforcement as a plaster insert in the area of lintels, window sills or similar openings in the wall where Sections lying in a corner are each angular are designed with an angular crest line, which intersects the corner edge, and at which the tissue one section itself, each over the corner edge reaching to an overlap of the adjacent section extends.
- the object of the invention is to provide the processor with that correspondingly annoying pre-assembly saves Reinforcing element to hand that quickly as well should be correctly assignable, with in carrying strength.
- the latter also acts as a fitting. Their placement in the inner throat of the angular apex line also leads to a foolproof installation with fabric lying on the outside.
- the kink also acts as a hinge zone.
- the corner reinforcement can be set to different corner angles in no time if the overlap is not (yet) fixed.
- the stabilizing angle rail itself acts as a mechanical edge protection out of sight. It is also advantageous that the outer leg surfaces of the stabilizing angle rail is sealed to the inner surface of the glass fiber mesh fabric. It can be a conventional adhesive connection or a thermal connection. Even sewing, stapling or stapling can be used, also in combination. It is further proposed that the stabilizing angle rail consists of a perforated metal sheet, preferably aluminum.
- Such material has the advantage of good plastic deformability and, above all, the ability to bend; the perforation allows mortar or plaster bridges in the adhesive or in the filler.
- stainless steel is of course also an option. Even cheaper materials, such as plastic, can be used.
- the reinforcing element in such a way that it consists of particularly strong fabric, such as armor fabric.
- An angle rail could even become unnecessary here; such fabric suitably has a basis weight of 210-500 g / m 2 .
- An advantageous embodiment is achieved by a plurality of rows of holes running side by side in the width direction. Such a sieve structure reduces weight and reduces material expenditure.
- the procedure is continued in such a way that the diameter of the holes, which are closer to the apex edge, have a smaller diameter than the holes further out, then there is a greater material accumulation for the edge area itself and thus also a higher stability, while an increasingly large-meshed sieve structure is marginal arises, in closer proximity to the lattice structure of the tissue.
- the measure that the apex edge forms a rounded free space on the inside then has a stabilizing effect on the angle rail.
- the adhesive or the filler can be practically molded to form a bead.
- the rounded free space seen in cross section can also continue peripherally, so that the apex practically forms an oriel-like groove overall.
- the leg width is prefabricated in the two sections so that the section extending into the reveal measures the width of the reveal and the other section has an overlap of at least 8 to 10 cm on the fabric applied to the wall .
- the stabilizing angle rail connects two tissue sections to one component, which overlap one another, that is to say each extends beyond the apex edge of the stabilizing angle rail.
- the second section of the rifle be formed by a folded-over section of the rag over the back of the stabilizing angle rail. Either way, this reinforcement arrow also receives a defined assignment stop with the correct automatic alignment in the diagonal or in the miter direction via the stabilizing angle rail.
- the tissue sections are also connected here by sealing.
- corner reinforcements bear the reference symbol E.
- corner reinforcements E serve as a plaster insert in the area there Corners 1 of the lintels or window sills.
- Each of the corner reinforcements which have the same design E consists of an angular component, which Proportionally a reveal 4 and an outer surface 5 beyond corner edges documented, under the glue or filler and covered by what has to be applied afterwards Adhesive or filler to be applied, so that finally an embedding out of sight is present in this component 3.
- the corner reinforcement E mainly consists of fabric, here of a glass fiber mesh fabric G.
- G is alkali-resistant, colored, has a mesh size of approx. 4 x 4 to 10 x 10 mm and a weight per unit area of approx. 135-230 g / m 2 ; if the reinforcement element is only made from armored fabric, fabrics with 210-500 g / m 2 are used.
- the corner reinforcement E accordingly has corners Sections a, b, each angular in shape are designed.
- A denotes the sections which lie on the outer surface 5, on the other hand with b those who kick the reveal 4.
- the sections a to b form an angle of approx. 90 °.
- Your Angle crest line is denoted by c. They cut each other in a corner edge 6.
- the corner edge 6 is through the end of respective plug slots 7 forming the component, in a cross connector system standing fabric cuts.
- Their area is such that on the one hand those designated a and b Sections can be formed and based on corresponding Depth of the slots 7 also over said Corner edge 6 reaching sections a 'and b' are present, that overlap each other.
- the overlap is 8 designated. It starts from the corner edge 6, and both on the outside surface and on the reveal side.
- the corresponding overlap into the adjacent one Sections a and b are particularly clear from Fig. 3. It can be the full leg width be used.
- the overlap on the groin side is designated 8 '.
- An angle rail S is connected to the fabric G. It is also angular in cross section and exists preferably made of aluminum, PVC or just fabric (Armor fabric).
- the assignment is made in such a way that the stabilizing angle rail S with its outer vertex 9 in the inner throat 10 of the angular apex line c lies. It is a kind of load-bearing nesting of the parts which are angular in cross section.
- the one cut to length from a corresponding angle profile Bar also follows the angular course of sections a, b longitudinal.
- the stabilizing angle rail is used for this S kinked after your front Leg 12 to the apex 9 on the shortest Paths transverse to the direction of extension of the corresponding Bar has been severed.
- the above-mentioned kink is particularly clear Fig. 2, top left.
- the crease line carries that Reference number 11.
- the crease line 11 runs in the Corner edge 6 of corner reinforcement E.
- the corresponding sealing layer 14 is shown in Fig. 12, illustrating second embodiment of the invention. It can also act as an adhesive layer. It occurs as an intermediate layer on.
- said sealing layer 14 is interrupted in Range of holes 15 based on the fact that the stabilizing angle rail S from a perforated plate consists. Whose two legs 12 point in the width direction adjacent rows of holes. The The diameters of the holes 15 are different. The Holes 15 which are closer to the apex edge 9 Line of holes are smaller than that of the line of holes, which are closer to the edge 12 '' of the legs 12. Hole breaks can also be taken into account as can be seen, for example, from FIG. 8. The corresponding Interruption bears the reference number 16.
- the peripheral holes 15 have almost twice Diameter of the neighboring ones.
- the legs 12 of the Stabilizing angle rail S are the same width.
- sections a, b and a ', b' different width. It actually looks like that facing the outer surface 5 of the component 3 Sections a and section a 'for the overlap 8 the section 4 facing the reveal 4 is wider along with b 'for the related overlap 8'.
- the larger leg width is about a third more than the smaller one. However, the smaller width is less not 10 cm.
- the stabilizing angle rail S is a so-called reinforcement arrow realized. Its arrow tail is symmetrical by approx. 90 ° cut out to fit the contour of one normal corner 1. This in its entirety with corner reinforcement E 'declared component extends with its Axis of symmetry x-x in the miter on the wall side lying, i.e. essentially diagonal.
- the a stitch-forming thread sheet of the glass fiber mesh, ie tissue G runs parallel to the above Axis of symmetry x-x, while the other this perpendicular crosses.
- the elongated strip runs away from the corner Tissue G in a shape corresponding to the tail contour Positive contour as tip, also enclosing approx. 90 °.
- a second fabric section G ' forms a corner side Completion of this component or this reinforcement E '.
- connection bridge described above is used in detail Stabilizing angle rail S.
- Both embodiments give a corner reinforcement E. or E ', which limits the stops exactly in the described corners 1 can be used. It only needs fixation, be it using aids, like glue or filler.
- aids like glue or filler.
- the corner reinforcements on existing reinforcements for example applied from fiberglass mesh, so that the entire facade has the same reinforcement conditions.
- the niche of the arrow tail covers in length. At least it has a length that the Leg 12 of the stabilizing angle rail S corresponds.
