Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an electrical cable according to the preamble of Claim 1.
A generic electrical cable is suitable preferably as a medium voltage cable for voltages between 10 and 50 kV or also as high-voltage cable up to 420 kV.
A known electrical cable according to US-5,281,757 consists essentially of a centrally arranged, several copper or aluminum wires stranded together generated electrical conductor and ring-shaped from the latter enclosing multi-layer insulation, which from a Conductor surrounding first semiconductor layer, one made of an aging-resistant Plastic, for example made of cross-linked polyethylene, existing insulation sheath, a second semiconductor layer, a Swelling tape, a neutral conductor and one made of plastic manufactured outer jacket is manufactured. The ring-shaped in cross section The neutral conductor is from a band around the source band, this completely enveloping metal foil tape formed with its band edges forms an overlap point. This metal foil is glued together at this point of overlap.
In this known multi-layer cable, the aim is that the metal foil almost floating between the outer Sheath and the layer adjacent to the inside is arranged. Here However, there is no guarantee that a crack in the outer jacket an intrusion of fluid between these and the Foil and thus a correlation of the metal foil is prevented. In addition, there is a gap between the outer jacket and Metal foil is no longer given a full temperature conductivity, which in the event of a short circuit is more likely to destroy the Can lead metal foil. Furthermore, the isolation through the Layer between the metal foil and the internal semiconductor not beneficial.
In a known power cable according to DE A-27 39 572 becomes a on a layer surrounding the conductor Protective cover glued on, for example from a lead foil and a plastic layer, e.g. Polymer and / or other. This protective cover is glued at an overlap point put together. This sticking is a relatively large amount of work connected and requires that the adhesive hold together permanently, otherwise when loosening it at the overlap point protection against the ingress of liquid is no longer guaranteed is. There is also a power cord Another disadvantage is that the metal foil and the outer jacket polymer layer forming the outside of the cable with the Form overlap. The one associated with this overlap serial Increasing the cable rounding is when pulling the cable through through a shaft or the like of increased wear exposed, quickly causing damage to the metal foil can lead.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is an electric cable according to the type described above to further develop that in the case of this being easier Manufacturing neither liquid nor moisture, especially Water vapor, can penetrate inside and with this one increased resistance to aging compared to conventional cables is achieved.
According to the invention the object is characterized by the characterizing part of the claim 1 solved.
In a very advantageous embodiment, this metal screen is on its entire inside with a semiconductor designed Provide adhesive, which is designed as a film and before Finishing the cable attached to the inside of the metal screen is.
This electric cable according to the invention offers simple and consequently, cost-effective manufacture, absolute tightness especially before moisture and liquid penetration. In addition, the inside of this metal shade protected against corrosion by the adhesive film attached to it.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 1
- the only figure is a perspective view of an electrical cable according to the invention, illustrated on the front side in section.
Klebfolie.According to the invention, the
Vorteilhaft ist zwischen der äusseren Halbleiterschicht 17 und
dem Metallschirm 20 ein ebenfalls als Halbleiter ausgebildetes
Quellband 19 eingelegt, welchem primär zwei Funktionen zukommen.
verleihen.It is advantageous between the
In the manufacture of such an
Such an electrical cable usually has an outside diameter between 10 and 70 millimeters. It will be single or used as a three-wire cable, in the latter case of application the three individual cables are stranded together and by are held together in a comprehensive coat.
The foil tape used as a metal screen can in principle also made of copper or another electrically conductive material be. The point of overlap of this film strip must also do not necessarily run parallel to the conductor along the cable, but the film could also be helical or in a row following layers around the cable.
Theoretically, three could be surrounded by a semiconductor layer electrical conductors spaced from each other and be surrounded by an insulation material. These three In total, conductors would be of a metal screen leading around this encased, which in turn is an overlap point would have, which by means of on the inside of the metal screen provided adhesive over the entire cable length a hermetically sealed connection of the one above the other Would form band edges.
