Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un support textile de renforcement (1) d'un tissu, d'une étoffe, d'un vêtement, se présentant sous la forme d'un tricot à mailles tramées (2), comprenant une insertion de fils de renforcement et stabilisation (3) s'étendant dans le sens de la trame entre les rangées de mailles, les fils de renforcement et stabilisation étant rectilignes dépourvus de contraintes d'ondulations. <IMAGE>

Description

  • L'invention concerne un support textile de renforcement d'un tissu, d'une étoffe, d'un vêtement ; l'application d'un tel support textile de renforcement à un col de chemise et, enfin, un procédé de réalisation d'un tel col.
  • On connaît déjà des cols de chemises comportant une triplure.
  • On peut se référer par exemple aux documents FR-A-2.570.577 et FR-A-2.609.873.
  • De façon classique, les triplures ou pièces de renforcement pour col de chemise sont réalisées soit tissées, par exemple en polyester, soit en non-tissé.
  • Toutefois, les cols de chemises actuels présentent l'inconvénient que la stabilité dimensionnelle du col ne peut pas être parfaitement assurée dans le temps. En effet, au court des lavages successifs de la chemise et donc du col, la stabilisation apportée par la triplure de renforcement du col se détériore, ce qui entraîne une modification de la longueur de tour du cou, particulièrement gênante. Cette perte de longueur du tour de cou peut aller jusqu'à 1,5 ou même 2,5 cm, voire plus encore.
  • On connaît également que l'état de la technique, des pièces de renfort pour la rigidification localisée de textile (voir FR-A-2.531.616), des triplures thermocollantes (voir FR-A-2.462.456), et, enfin, des entoilages thermocollants sous forme de tricot mailles tramées (voir FR-A-2.710.078).
  • On connaît également du document FR-A-680742 un col pour chemise comportant du côté interne deux bandes de tissu possédant des propriétés d'extensibilité différentes.
  • Le problème qui est à la base de l'invention est de stabiliser dimensionnellement un col de chemise compte-tenu de l'entretien régulier de cette pièce de vêtement incluant des lavages et repassages successifs.
  • A cet effet, l'invention met en oeuvre un support textile de renforcement sous la forme d'un tricot à mailles tramées comprenant une insertion de fils de renforcement et stabilisation s'étendant dans le sens de la trame entre les rangées de mailles.
  • Selon d'autres caractéristiques, les fils de renforcement et stabilisation sont rectilignes dépourvus de contraintes d'ondulations. Ces fils de renforcement et stabilisation sont stabilisés thermiquement.
  • Un tel support textile de renforcement peut inclure également, insérée, une nappe de non-tissé.
  • Le support textile de renforcement peut comporter également un matériau collant ou thermocollant destiné à son association ultérieure au tissu.
  • Les fils de renforcement et stabilisation sont à base de fibres ou filaments synthétiques. Leur densité et leur titrage sont déterminés en fonction du poids et/ou de la raideur et du volume (épaisseur) souhaités.
  • Selon un autre aspect, l'invention vise l'application d'un tel support textile de renforcement à un col de chemise, la stabilité dimensionnelle étant améliorée notamment et principalement dans sa grande direction, c'est-à-dire le tour de cou.
  • Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne un col de chemise qui comporte, associé, un support textile de renforcement tel qu'il a été décrit précédemment.
  • Le support textile de renforcement soit fait fonction en soi de triplure, soit fait fonction de renfort de triplure elle-même associée à la ou au(x) pièce(s) du col.
  • Ce support textile de renforcement comporte un revêtement en matériau collant ou thermocollant pour son association à la ou au(x) pièce(s) du col ou à la triplure.
  • Une telle triplure est réalisée en coton ou équivalent.
  • Les fils de renforcement et stabilisation du support textile de renforcement sont disposés dans la grande direction du col, c'est-à-dire le tour du cou. En l'espèce, la trame du support textile de renforcement s'étend dans la direction de la longueur du col.
  • Un col tel qu'il vient d'être décrit peut comporter deux pièces de tissu respectivement de dessus et de dessous, assemblées l'une à l'autre et entre lesquelles est inséré le support textile de renforcement.
  • Selon un dernier aspect de l'invention, il est proposé un procédé de réalisation d'un col tel qu'il vient d'être décrit qui inclut une étape consistant à associer un support textile de renforcement tel qu'il a été décrit à la ou au(x) pièce(s) de tissu du col. Selon les variantes de réalisation considérées, on associe le support textile de renforcement uniquement à la ou au(x) pièce(s) de tissu du col, ou à une triplure.
  • Les autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention résulteront de la description qui suivra en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue schématique, en élévation, d'un support textile de renforcement selon l'invention ;
    • les figures 2 et 3 sont deux vues schématiques en élévation, à plat, d'un col de chemise, chemisier ou pièce équivalente incluant un support textile de renforcement selon l'invention ;
    • la figure 4 est une vue en coupe, partielle selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2.
  • Le support textile de renforcement 1 selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'un tricot à mailles tramées 2 comprenant des fils de renforcement et stabilisation 3 s'étendant dans le sens de la trame entre les rangées de mailles du tricot 2.
  • Les tricots à mailles tramées sont connus en soi et n'ont pas, pour cette raison, à être décrits davantage ici.
  • Les fils de renforcement et stabilisation 3 sont disposés dans chaque espacement entre deux rangées de mailles voisines.
  • Les fils de renforcement et stabilisation 3 sont disposés de façon régulière.
  • Afin de remplir leurs fonctions de renforcement et surtout stabilisation, les fils 3 sont disposés de manière rectiligne et même parfaitement rectilignes et sont dépourvus de contraintes d'ondulations.
  • Cette caractéristique est obtenue par le fait que les fils 3 ne participent pas aux mailles elles-mêmes et ne sont pas conformés par le croisement des fils chaîne et trame du tricot 2.
  • Afin de renforcer les qualités de stabilisation, les fils 3 eux-mêmes sont stabilisés thermiquement. Préférentiellement, cette qualité est obtenue sans apport de résine synthétique ou chimique de stabilisation.
  • Des fils 3 sont par exemple à base de fibres ou filaments synthétiques.
  • Leur densité et leur titrage sont déterminés en fonction du poids et/ou de la raideur et du volume (épaisseur) souhaités.
  • La stabilité dimensionnelle des fils 3 dans le sens de leur longueur a comme conséquence la stabilité du support textile 1 dans le sens de la trame. Cette stabilité dimensionnelle est mise à profit pour renforcer la stabilité dimensionnelle d'un col de chemise 4.
  • Selon une autre réalisation possible, le support 1 comporte un matériau collant ou thermocollant 5 destiné à l'association ultérieure du support 1 au tissu ou à la pièce 4 ou, éventuellement, un support supplémentaire tel qu'une triplure.
  • Selon les mises en oeuvre envisagées, le matériau collant ou thermocollant 5 est disposé sur une face seulement du support textile 1 ou sur ses deux faces. Le matériau collant ou thermocollant 5 est disposé sous forme de couche continue ou sous forme de points.
  • Des procédés permettant de disposer un matériau collant ou thermocollant sur un substrat textile sont connus en soi et pour cette raison n'ont pas à être décrits plus avant ici.
  • Selon une autre réalisation possible, le support 1 inclut également une nappe en non-tissé insérée. Une telle nappe en non-tissé permet de donner au tissu ou à la pièce 4 un certain volume.
  • Un support 1 tel qu'il vient d'être décrit est spécialement destiné à un col de chemise 4 et a pour fonction d'améliorer la stabilité dimensionnelle de cette pièce de vêtement dans le temps par suite de ses lavages, repassages successifs.
  • La pièce 4 considérée est un col de chemise ou toute autre pièce analogue. La stabilité dimensionnelle recherchée et plus spécialement celle dans la grande direction de cette pièce, référencée D sur les figures 2 et 3, c'est-à-dire en l'occurence le tour de cou.
  • La recherche d'une telle stabilité dimensionnelle ou l'amélioration d'une telle stabilité dimensionnelle est plus spécialement nécessaire dans le cas de cols 4 qui du fait de leur construction ou des matières premières utilisées auraient, sans un support tel que 1, une stabilité dimensionnelle médiocre.
  • Lorsque par construction ou par suite des matières premières utilisées, le col 4 a déjà une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle, celle-ci est encore renforcée.
  • Le col 4 comporte, dans la réalisation représentée deux pièces, respectivement de dessus 6 et de dessous 7, associées l'une à l'autre et entre lesquelles est inséré le support textile 1.
  • Les pièces 6, 7 sont découpées de manière à présenter une partie 8 dénommée pied de col, destinée à être associée en étant attenante à la partie principale du vêtement, et un rabat 9.
  • Les deux pièces 6, 7 sont associées l'une à l'autre en étant cousues à la périphérie ou encore par thermocollage.
  • Pour assurer sa fonction de stabilisation, le support 1 est disposé sur la pièce 4 avec les fils 3 disposés dans la direction devant être stabilisée, en l'occurence la direction D, laquelle correspond au tour de cou.
  • Selon une réalisation possible, le support 1 fait fonction de triplure (figure 2). Dans ce cas, le support 1 comporte le revêtement de matériau collant ou thermocollant 5.
  • Selon une autre réalisation possible (figure 3), le support 1 est associé à une triplure 10, laquelle est elle-même associée aux pièces 6, 7.
  • Dans ce dernier cas, le support 1 est associé à la triplure 10 par thermosoudage ou thermocollage.
  • Une telle triplure 10 peut être réalisée, conventionnellement, en coton ou équivalent.
  • Le procédé de réalisation d'un col tel qu'il vient d'être décrit consiste à inclure une étape d'association aux pièces 6, 7, d'un support 1.
  • Selon les réalisations envisagées, le support 1 est soit associé uniquement aux pièces 6, 7 soit associé également à une triplure 10.

Claims (13)

  1. Col, notamment de chemise, comportant une ou plusieurs pièces de tissu et, associé, un support textile de renforcement afin d'améliorer sa stabilité dimensionnelle dans le temps, caractérisé en ce que le support textile de renforcement se présente sous la forme d'un tricot à mailles tramées, comprenant une insertion de fils de renforcement et stabilisation s'étendant dans le sens de la trame entre les rangées de mailles, les fils de renforcement et stabilisation étant rectilignes dépourvus de contraintes d'ondulations.
  2. Col selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les fils de renforcement et stabilisation sont stabilisés thermiquement.
  3. Col selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il inclut également, insérée, une nappe en non-tissé.
  4. Col selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un matériau collant ou thermocollant destiné à son association ultérieure à un tissu ou à une triplure.
  5. Col selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les fils de renforcement et stabilisation sont à base de fibres ou filaments synthétiques.
  6. Col selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le support textile de renforcement soit fait fonction en soi de triplure, soit fait fonction de renfort d'une triplure elle-même associée à la ou aux pièce(s) du col.
  7. Col selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le support textile de renforcement comporte un revêtement en matériau collant ou thermocollant pour son association à la ou aux pièce(s) du col ou à la triplure.
  8. Col selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la triplure est réalisée en coton ou équivalent.
  9. Col selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les fils de renforcement et stabilisation du support textile de renforcement sont disposés dans la grande direction du col, c'est-à-dire le tour de cou.
  10. Col selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux pièces de tissu respectivement de dessus et de dessous, assemblées l'une à l'autre et entre lesquelles est inséré et assemblé le support textile de renforcement.
  11. Procédé de réalisation d'un col de chemise, caractérisé par le fait qu'il inclut une étape consistant à associer à la ou aux pièce(s) de tissu du col un support textile de renforcement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'on associe le support textile de renforcement uniquement à la ou aux pièce(s) du col, le support textile de renforcement faisant fonction en soi de triplure.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'on associe le support textile de renforcement à une triplure.
