Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen einer Warenbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton. Derartige Verfahren und Vorrichtungen werden z. B. in Papiermaschinen angewandt, ferner in Maschinen, die der Papiermaschine nachgeschaltet sind, beispielsweise in Umrollern, Streichmaschinen oder Rollenschneidmaschinen.The invention relates to a device for severing a web, in particular made of paper or cardboard. Bekannte Vorrichtungen beispielsweise gemäß der DE 38 15 277 weisen ein maschinenbreites Messer auf, das sich quer zur Papierlaufrichtung erstreckt. Die Messerkante der Abschlagmesser gemäß der obengenannten Druckschrift weist einen großen Abstand vom Einschlagpunkt der Messerkante bis zur Klebestelle der Klebewalze auf. Das hat zur Folge, daß nach Durchtrennen der Warenbahn und Verkleben mit einer neuen, hinter der Klebestelle ein zu langer Papierrest oder Papierschwanz verbleibt, was zu Abrissen beispielsweise in einer nachgeschalteten Streichmaschine, insbesondere bei dünnen Papiersorten, führt. Des weiteren weist die Vorrichtung gemäß der DE 38 15 227 noch den Nachteil auf, daß eine Messerklinge mit Zähnen Verwendung findet, was dazu führt, daß die Bahn unerwünschterweise eine Schnittkante mit Zacken aufweist.Known devices, for example according to DE 38 15 277, have a machine-wide knife that extends transversely to the direction of paper travel. Die DE-U-94 13 363 zeigt eine Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen einer laufenden Warenbahn mit einem entgegen der Bahnrichtung stark geneigten Abschlagmesser, die letzteren des obengenannten Nachteiles vermeidet. Der Winkel, der sich während des Schneidevorgangs zwischen dem Abschlagmesser und der Warenbahn ergibt, ist bei dem Gegenstand gemäß der DE-U-94 13 363 kleiner als 45 Grad. Zwar kann hiermit bei geringen Bahngeschwindigkeiten eine über die Warenbahn weitgehend geradlinige Schnittkante erreicht werden. Vor allem bei hohen Bahngeschwindigkeiten > 1500 m/min sind die Maßnahmen gemäß der DE-U-94 13 363 aber nicht mehr ausreichend, um die gewünschte Betriebssicherheit zu erreichen. Neben den bekannten Problemen kommt bei den obengenannten hohen Bahngeschwindigkeiten hinzu, daß die Durchtrenngeschwindigkeit des Abschlagmessers meist nicht ausreicht, um einen zackenfreien Abschlag zu erzielen.DE-U-94 13 363 shows a device for severing a running web with a severely inclined cutting knife against the web direction, which avoids the latter of the above disadvantage. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es somit, die bei hohen Bahngeschwindigkeiten auftretenden Nachteile der Vorrichtungen gemäß dem Stand der Technik zu überwinden. Als Impulsgeber kann auch wie vorstehend schon erwähnt ein pneumatischer Impulsgeber vorgesehen sein. Unterhalb der Klemmhalterung 14 ist am Tragarm 15 in einem Lager 16 ein mechanischer Impulsgeber 17 verschwenkbar angebracht. Der im lager 16 verschwenk- bzw. drehbar gelagerte mechanische Impulsgeber 17 wird zwischen der Unterseite der Halterung 14 und einer Abstützung 18 elastisch mittels zweier verformbarer Elemente, beispielsweise elastischen Druckluftschläuchen, durch Klammerwirkung gehalten. Wird nun der untere Druckluftschlauch 19 befüllt und der obere Druckluftschlauch 20 entleert, so wird der mechanische Impulsgeber 17 um die Achse des Lagers 16 verschwenkt und kommt mit der Unterkante des Abschlagmessers 12 zum Anschlag. Hierbei findet ein Impulsaustausch vom mechanischen Impulsgeber auf das Abschlagmesser statt. Das eingespannte Abschlagmesser 12 wird in Richtung der Papierbahn beschleunigt und durchtrennt diese. Da das Messer 12 in der Halterung 14 eingespannt ist, wird es durch die rücktreibende Kraft resultierend aus der Verspannung des Messers in die dargestellte Ausgangsposition zurückgeholt. Hierbei verhindert ein Anschlag 52 ein Überschwingen des Messers in Richtung des mechanischen Impulsgebers 17. Weitere Ausführungsformen eines mechanischen Impulsgebers (siehe Figur 3) sowie eines pneumatischen Impulsgebers sind in den Figuren 4 und 5 schematisch dargestellt. Das Abschlagmesser 12 ist gemäß Fig. 3 in einem massiven Lagerblock 21 drehbar gelagert. Der Lagerbock 21 weist eine kreisrunde Bohrung 22 auf, die das Lager 16 des Abschlagmessers 12 aufnimmt. An die Lagerbohrung 22 schließt sich eine in den Lagerbock eingelassene V-förmige Aussparung 23 an. In der Ruheposition liegt das Messer 12 auf der Unterkante 24 der V-förmigen Aussparung 23 an. An den Lagerblock 21 ist mittels einer Halterung 25 ein mechanischer Impulsgeber 26 angebracht. Der mechanische Impulsgeber 26 umfaßt in dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ein Zylinderteil 27, das mit Hilfe von Druckluft oder aber auch hydraulisch betrieben werden kann, sowie einen Stößel 28 der Masse m1, der auf einer Kolbenstange 29 des in den zylinderteil eingelassenen Kolbens aufgesetzt ist. Soll das Abschlagmesser betätigt werden, so wird der Zylinder 27 aus seiner dargestellten Ruheposition ausgelöst, die Masse m1 des Stößels auf die Geschwindigkeit V1 beschleunigt, mit der sie im Punkt 30 auf das ruhende, drehbar gelagerte Abschlagmesser auftrifft.
Durch den bevorzugt inelastischen Stoß wird der Impuls der Masse m1 praktisch vollständig auf die bewegliche Masse des Abschlagmessers m2 übertragen, das auf eine Geschwindigkeit V2 beschleunigt wird, sich um die Lagerachse in die gestrichelt eingezeichnete Position bewegt und dabei die Papierbahn 3 durchtrennt. Die Drehbewegung des Abschlagmessers 12 wird durch die Oberseite 31 des V-förmigen Ausschnittes 23 begrenzt.
