Description
The present invention relates to a manual actuation device cooperating with an electrical switch device such as a motor circuit breaker housed in a box and fitted with a run control button and a control button stop with alternating movements.
Such control devices are well known and include a impulse start button and a lockable emergency stop button, these buttons having parallel axes, being associated with a wall of the cabinet and cooperating respectively with the device on and off. We note that, in some cases, despite the fact that the emergency stop button is pressed in position stop and is locked in this position, it is however possible to set the motor circuit breaker in the operating state by pressing the on button strongly of the box; such an operation is caused by deformations and tolerances that manifest themselves in the montage.
The document GB 1 079 012 describes a switching device, the housing of which is fitted with an on and off button which act on a mechanism trigger and reset lock. This device has no layout able to prevent, when the device is housed in a cabinet, the inconvenience described above, due to complex transmission kinematics and deformations and tolerances which alter this kinematics.
The invention aims to avoid this drawback and aims to make inoperative actuation of the cabinet on button when the emergency stop button on the cabinet is locked in the off position.
Selon l'invention,
- the impulse on button is connected to the on button of the device by means of a triggerable transmission member which can take on the one hand a normal state in which the transmission to the on button of an impulse exerted on the button on impulse and on the other hand a safety state in which this transmission is inactive,
- between the emergency stop button and the stop button is arranged a safety mechanism which puts the transmission member (20) in its safe state when the emergency stop button is pressed.
The aim is therefore achieved by simple means, preferably involving for the triggerable transmission member, an abruptly triggered member, for example a toggle lever whose elbow is applied against a wall of sliding provided on a lever otherwise bearing on an erasable stop when the emergency stop button is pressed.
The actuating device 10 illustrated in the figures is associated with a
transmission quand a lieu une tentative de forçage du bouton marche 14.According to the invention, the on
disjoncteur-moteur.The abruptly triggered
marche.The
Le fonctionnement du dispositif représenté va être décrit en regard des figures 3 à 8.The operation of the device shown will be described with reference to Figures 3 to 8.
reviennent à leur position initiale (voir figure 5).When the operator actuates the
