Description
The invention relates to a cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, with counter-rotating rope grooves and rotatably mounted in a frame Winch drum, with at least one rail parallel to the axis of rotation of the Winch drum movable and for aligning at least one pair Rope strands in relation to the associated rope groove provided guide means that connected in opposite directions via coupling means and of the windable or unwindable rope strands can be driven and have guide elements, the rail transverse to the axis of rotation of the winch drum parallel to the The axis of rotation of the winch drum is pivotable on the pivot axis Windwork is arranged.
Such rope guides are used on wind turbines, in particular Have winch drums with rope grooves to exceed the permissible lateral deflection of the hoisting ropes along the axis of rotation of the winch drum prevent; these distractions occur, for example, by swinging the load or Diagonal pull on. Experience has shown that the resulting result is reduced Distractions to increase the rope lay time.
From DE 42 41 655 C1 a generic rope guide is known in which one Rail including the guide elements in close proximity to the tangential run-off points of the rope strands can be swiveled by the winch drum is suspended, which is an extensive adjustment of the pivoting movement of the Rail including the guide elements to the deflection movement of the Rope strands transverse to the axis of rotation of the winch drum allows, thereby a particularly gentle drive-free guidance of the rope strands is achieved. This Rope guidance is robust and requires only a relatively small amount of construction work; due to the use of ball bearing guide rollers, the robustness, Impact resistance and freedom from maintenance are however limited. Furthermore, the Guide rollers only a limited adjustment of the rope guide to the different requirements above and below the rope guide.
The invention has for its object a drive-free cable guide for a Windwork, in particular a hoist, to create a gentle up or down Unwinding of the rope, especially when the rope is pulled at an angle, at the same time has a compact design and is robust, impact-resistant and is maintenance free. In addition, the rope guide should better match the different Requirements can be adapted above and below the rope guide.
vorteilhafter Weise weiter ausgestaltbar.Solutions to this problem are characterized in accordance with the invention in the
According to the invention, the guide elements each include one in a channel carrier trained cable guide channel, which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation in a first plane the winch drum an input system section for a rope and opposite exit section for the rope and that in a second Plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum an input system section for. the rope and an opposite exit section for the rope has, so that the rope strand through the associated rope guide channel for different withdrawal angles of the rope related to the circumference of the winding Winch drum is guided tangentially. This will increase the Robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance (no ball bearings) achieved. In addition, by appropriate design of the Input system sections and the output system sections better the rope guide to the different management requirements, for example above and below the guide, adjust. For example, it is possible Entrance section to be made narrower than the exit section, and even in the way that the sections in the first and second Level can be trained differently or even oppositely. Furthermore enables the solution of the task a clear simplification of the guide element and thus a reduction in manufacturing costs.
With the invention it is proposed that the input system section and Exit plant section of the corresponding level immediately are arranged in succession; consequently, both sections go continuously into each other, which allows the rope to attach itself well to two opposite side faces is obtained, which in turn is accurate and gentle rope guidance.
In particular, good guidance of the rope is achieved in that the Cable guide channel is designed such that the guided rope strand on one side of the respective input system sections and on one side of the respective Output plant sections is present.
It is particularly favorable with regard to the cable guide if the winch drum facing surface of the input system section and that of the winch drum facing away surface of the exit section substantially parallel are formed to each other, which is particularly true even with a vertical cable pull allows good rope routing at the bottom.
Around the rope even with a large take-off angle transverse to the axis of rotation of the winch drum to safely guide it is proposed that the surface facing away from the winch drum of the input system section and the surface of the winch drum facing the Output plant section are formed substantially parallel to each other.
In order to take better account of the asymmetry of the loads, it is proposed that that the cable guide channel is designed such that the guided rope strand in the second level parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in Inlet section and in the outlet section on the same area is applied.
A smooth guidance of the rope is achieved if the rope guide channel in the middle Area has its smallest cross-section, that towards the entrance and exit again increases. The rope guide channel is therefore figuratively provided with a waist, which has a "focusing" effect on the position of the rope, resulting in a Calming of rope vibrations leads. This also means that Swivel axis of the cable guide no longer at the level of the axis of rotation of the winch drum are located. The inevitable oblique passage of the wire rope is through the special design of the shape of the cable guide channel is not hindered.
The cable guide channel meets the different requirements that the cross section of the cable guide channel in the second plane parallel to The axis of rotation of the winch drum increases towards the entrance by a value that is smaller than the cross section of the rope. The almost parallel contour in the upper part leads to a large-scale support of the rope and thereby a large one Wear volume and very favorable friction conditions in the Main load direction.
It is also proposed that the cross section of the cable guide channel in the second Plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum towards the exit symmetrical to Axis of symmetry of the cable guide channel increases. The strongly curved lower contour enables large predefinable radii of curvature without conditionally e.g. by great Guide rollers the distance between the cables running from the cable drum becomes too large.
The wear and the load on the rope through the rope guide channel can be thereby reduce that the cross-sectional line of the cable guide channel in the second Plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in the exit system section for Output is arched with increasing bending radius.
The cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, with an opposing one Winch drum with rope grooves and rotatably mounted in a frame at least one rail movable parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and for aligning at least one pair of rope strands with respect to the associated one Rope groove provided guide means that counter-coupling means connected to each other and from the windable or unwindable rope strands are drivable and have guide elements, the rail transverse to The axis of rotation of the winch drum is parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum extending pivot axis is pivotally arranged on the winch, can constructively very simple and with little effort if the Guide elements each formed in a channel support Rope guide channel include that the channel carrier made of two of the same adjacent halves of the support and that in the adjacent Side surfaces of the carrier halves each formed half a cable guide channel is that the rope is guided almost without bending in the separating the support halves Separation plane, which is in the swivel plane or parallel to it. So that will further increase in robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance (no ball bearings) achieved with gentle rope guidance. In addition, the Rope guidance through the mechanically easy to manufacture rope guide channel almost any of the different management requirements, for example above and below the guide, adjust. In addition, the Solution according to the invention a significant simplification of the Guide element and thus a reduction in manufacturing costs.
It is particularly advantageous if the side faces that are adjacent to one another Side faces of the support halves are opposite each other, parallel to each other trained and additionally provided with a half cable guide channel, if half a cable guide channel is formed in this side surface. So that's it possible to replace beam halves with a worn cable guide channel, that the carrier halves simply swapped sides firmly connected again become; you can use the carrier halves twice as long in this way.
In terms of design, it is advantageous if the beam consists of two beam halves Channel carrier is provided transversely to the longitudinal axis of the channel with an aligned groove into which a connecting element is positively inserted and that Connecting element is connected to the two support halves, which the stability of the connected carrier halves improved.
In addition, a further torsion-proof connection of the carrier halves is thereby achieved that the carrier halves are each provided with a cam, the engages positively in a complementary recess of the guide means.
With regard to the sliding properties, it is advantageous if the channel carrier consists of one softer material than the rope.
To prevent damage to the wire rope wound on the winch drum during To avoid operation, the edge of the winch drum facing the Channel holder with a bevel.

Eingang und Ausgang hin nimmt der Querschnitt kontinuierlich zu.Fig. 1 leaves the cross section of the
zunehmendem Biegeradius R ausgebildet ist.4 shows a cross section of the channel support 6 (corresponds to a plane

versehen.The
Abschrägung 22.Fig. 5 shows that the
Betracht. With regard to the sliding properties, it is advantageous if the
