Definitions
- the invention relates to a cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, with a winch drum having opposite rope grooves and rotatably mounted in a frame, with movable on at least one rail parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and for aligning at least one pair of rope strands with respect to the assigned rope groove provided guide means, which are connected in opposite directions to one another via coupling means and can be driven by the windable or unwound cable strands and have guide elements, the rail being arranged on the winch so as to be pivotable transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum about a pivot axis running parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum.
- Rope guides of this type are used on windmills which in particular have winch drums with rope grooves in order to prevent the permissible lateral deflection of the hoisting ropes from being exceeded along the axis of rotation of the winch drum; these distractions occur, for example, by swinging the load or pulling at an angle.
- a reduction in the resulting distractions leads to an increase in the lay-on time of the ropes.
- a generic cable guide in which a rail including the guide elements is pivotally suspended from the winch drum in the immediate vicinity of the tangential run-off points of the cable strands, which largely adjusts the pivoting movement of the rail including the guide elements to the deflection movement the rope strands transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum, whereby a particularly gentle drive-less guidance of the rope strands is achieved.
- This Rope guidance is robust and requires only a relatively small amount of construction work; Due to the use of ball bearing guide rollers, the robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance are limited. Furthermore, the guide rollers only allow a limited adjustment of the rope guide to the different requirements above and below the rope guide.
- the invention has for its object to provide a drive-free cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, which enables a gentle winding or unwinding of the rope, especially when the rope is inclined, at the same time has a compact design and is robust, impact resistant and is maintenance free.
- the cable guide should be better adaptable to the different requirements above and below the cable guide.
- the guide elements each comprise a cable guide channel formed in a channel carrier, which has an input contact section for a cable in a first plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and an opposite output contact section for the cable and an input contact section for the cable in a second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and has an opposite output contact section for the rope, so that the rope strand is guided tangentially through the associated rope guide channel for different withdrawal angles of the rope in relation to the winding circumference of the winch drum.
- the cable guide can be better adapted to the different guide requirements, for example above and below the guide, by appropriately designing the input contact sections and the output contact sections.
- the input contact sections and the output contact sections For example, it is possible to make the entrance abutment section narrower than the exit abutment section, even in such a way that the sections in the first and second Level can be trained differently or even oppositely.
- the solution of the task according to the invention enables a significant simplification of the guide element and thus a reduction in the production outlay.
- the rope guide channel is designed such that the guided rope strand rests on one side of the respective input contact sections and on one side of the respective output contact sections.
- the surface of the inlet system section facing the winch drum and the surface of the outlet system section facing away from the winch drum are formed essentially parallel to one another, which in particular also allows the cable to be guided well when the cable is pulled vertically downwards.
- the surface of the input system section facing away from the winch drum and the surface of the output system section facing the winch drum be formed essentially parallel to one another.
- the cable guide channel be designed in such a way that the guided cable strand lies in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in the input system section and in the output system section on the same surface.
- a smooth guidance of the rope is achieved when the rope guide channel has its smallest cross section in the middle area, which increases again towards the entrance and exit.
- the rope guide channel is thus figuratively provided with a waist that has a "focusing" effect on the position of the rope, which leads to a calming of rope vibrations.
- the pivot axis of the cable guide no longer has to be at the level of the axis of rotation of the winch drum.
- the inevitable oblique passage of the wire rope is not hindered by the special design of the shape of the rope guide channel.
- the cable guide channel meets the different requirements in that the cross section of the cable guide channel increases in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum towards the entrance by a value which is smaller than the cross section of the cable.
- the almost parallel contour in the upper part leads to extensive support of the rope and thus to a large volume of wear and very favorable friction conditions in the main direction of loading
- the cross section of the cable guide channel increases in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum towards the exit symmetrically to the axis of symmetry of the cable guide channel.
- the strongly curved lower contour enables large predeterminable radii of curvature without conditionally e.g. large guide rollers make the distance between the cables running from the cable drum too great.
- the wear and the load on the rope by the rope guide channel can be reduced in that the cross-sectional line of the rope guide channel in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in the exit system section towards the exit is formed in an arc shape with an increasing bending radius.
- the cable guide can be adapted almost arbitrarily to the different guide requirements, for example above and below the guide, by means of the mechanically simple to produce cable guide channel.
- the solution of the task according to the invention enables a significant simplification of the guide element and thus a reduction in the production outlay.
- the side surfaces which are opposite each other from the adjacent side surfaces of the support halves, are formed parallel to one another and are additionally provided with half a cable guide channel, that is to say if a half cable guide channel is formed in this side surface.
- the channel support which consists of two support halves, is provided transversely to the longitudinal axis of the channel with an aligned groove into which a connecting element is inserted in a form-fitting manner and that the connecting element is connected to the two support halves, which improves the stability of the connected support halves.
- a further rotationally secure connection of the carrier halves is achieved in that the carrier halves are each provided with a cam which engages in a form-fitting manner in a complementary recess in the guide means.
- the channel carrier is made of a softer material than the rope.
- the edge of the channel support facing the winch drum is chamfered.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a cable guide 1 for a hoist with a winch drum 2 which is rotatably supported at both ends in a frame (not shown).
- the winch drum 2 has two opposite rope grooves (not shown) for each rope strand 3 of a rope 4.
- the rope 4 or the rope strand 3 is fastened with its beginning in the area of one end of the winch drum 2, runs from there, through the rope grooves, around the winch drum 2 in the direction of the center thereof and, depending on the winding condition, leaves the winch drum 2 at one as a discharge point designated place.
- the cable strand 3 then runs freely and is then guided by a cable guide channel 5 which is formed in a channel carrier 6 and is part of a guide element 7.
- the cable strand 3 runs in the direction of a bottom block (not shown).
- the rope strand emerging from the bottom block is led in reverse order back to the other end of the winch drum 2.
- the pair of guide elements 7 are connected to one another via coupling means (not shown) in such a way that they can only be moved together, but in the opposite direction on a rail 8 parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2; the rail 8 is suspended transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2 about a pivot axis 12 extending parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2 on the winch.
- the pivot axis 12 is arranged in the region of the ends of the winch drum 2 on the frame; the unused part of the wound rope 4 is located in these areas.
- Fig. 1 shows the cross section of the cable guide channel 5 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2; this has an input contact section 5a for the cable 3 at the top and an opposite output contact section 5b for the cable 3 at the bottom, which - as can be seen better in FIG. 2 - merge directly into one another.
- 1 and 2 and 3 show that the rope 3, regardless of the direction in which the rope is withdrawn, which differs in all three figures, in the input system section 5a on the right side and in the output system section 5b on the left side of the cable guide channel 5 is present.
- the surface of the input contact section 5a facing the winch drum 2 and the surface of the output contact section 5b facing away from the winch drum 2 are formed parallel to one another, i.
- the surfaces are parallel to one another. Furthermore, the surface of the input contact section 5a facing away from the winch drum 2 and the surface of the output contact section 5b facing the winch drum 2 are also formed essentially parallel to one another.
- the cable guide channel 5 has its smallest cross section in the central area; the cross-section increases continuously towards the entrance and exit.
- FIG. 4 shows a cross section of the channel support 6 (corresponds to a plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2).
- Fig.4 shows, the Rope guide channel 5 in a plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2, an input contact section 5c and an opposite output contact section 5d for the cable 3; here, too, in this cross-sectional plane it is ensured that the rope strand 3 is guided tangentially for different withdrawal angles of the rope 3 with respect to the winding circumference of the winch drum 2.
- the input system section 5c and the output system section 5d immediately merge into one another.
- the guided rope strand is due to the cross-sectional shape of the rope guide channel 5 in this plane on the left side of the input system section 5c and on the left side of the output system section 5d, i.e. the cross-sectional shape of the cable guide channel in this plane ensures that the cable 3 is on the same side (here the left side).
- the rope guide is in operation, the rope strand 3 slides against the same continuous surface through the rope guide channel 5.
- the cross section of the rope guide channel 5 increases from the smallest cross-sectional value in the middle region by a value that is smaller than the cross-section of the rope 3 is.
- the cross-section of the cable guide channel 5 increases symmetrically with respect to the axis of symmetry 13, the cross-sectional line 14 of the rope guide channel 5 toward the exit being arched with an increasing bending radius R.
- the guide elements 7 consist of channel supports 6, which are formed in two pieces from two identical support halves 6a, 6b, in the adjacent side surfaces 15, 16 of which half a cable guide channel 5 is formed, in such a way that the cable 4 in which the support halves 6a, 6b separating parting plane is guided almost without bending.
- This parting plane lies in the swivel plane or at least parallel to it.
- the side surfaces 16, 17 respectively opposite the side surfaces 15, 16 of the support halves 6a, 6b which are adjacent to one another are provided with half a cable guide channel 5.
- channel support 6 is provided with an aligned groove 18, into which a connecting element 19 is inserted in a form-fitting manner and is firmly connected to the two support halves 6a, 6b by means of screws 20.
- cams 21 are attached to the carrier halves 6a, 6b, which - as shown in FIG. 1 - into a complementary recess of the guide element 7 engages to produce a non-rotating connection.
- the channel support 6 expediently has a bevel 22 on the edge facing the winch drum 2 (FIGS. 1 to 3). When running against the rope 4, this runs essentially parallel to the tangential plane of the outer surface of the winch drum 2 at the contact point of the bevel 22.
- the channel carrier 6 is made of a softer material than the rope 4.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, with a winch drum having opposite rope grooves and rotatably mounted in a frame, with movable on at least one rail parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and for aligning at least one pair of rope strands with respect to the assigned rope groove provided guide means, which are connected in opposite directions to one another via coupling means and can be driven by the windable or unwound cable strands and have guide elements, the rail being arranged on the winch so as to be pivotable transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum about a pivot axis running parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum.
Rope guides of this type are used on windmills which in particular have winch drums with rope grooves in order to prevent the permissible lateral deflection of the hoisting ropes from being exceeded along the axis of rotation of the winch drum; these distractions occur, for example, by swinging the load or pulling at an angle. Experience has shown that a reduction in the resulting distractions leads to an increase in the lay-on time of the ropes.
From DE 42 41 655 C1 a generic cable guide is known in which a rail including the guide elements is pivotally suspended from the winch drum in the immediate vicinity of the tangential run-off points of the cable strands, which largely adjusts the pivoting movement of the rail including the guide elements to the deflection movement the rope strands transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum, whereby a particularly gentle drive-less guidance of the rope strands is achieved. This Rope guidance is robust and requires only a relatively small amount of construction work; Due to the use of ball bearing guide rollers, the robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance are limited. Furthermore, the guide rollers only allow a limited adjustment of the rope guide to the different requirements above and below the rope guide.
The invention has for its object to provide a drive-free cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, which enables a gentle winding or unwinding of the rope, especially when the rope is inclined, at the same time has a compact design and is robust, impact resistant and is maintenance free. In addition, the cable guide should be better adaptable to the different requirements above and below the cable guide.
Solutions to this problem are characterized according to the invention by the features specified in
According to the invention, the guide elements each comprise a cable guide channel formed in a channel carrier, which has an input contact section for a cable in a first plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and an opposite output contact section for the cable and an input contact section for the cable in a second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and has an opposite output contact section for the rope, so that the rope strand is guided tangentially through the associated rope guide channel for different withdrawal angles of the rope in relation to the winding circumference of the winch drum. This increases the robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance (no ball bearings). In addition, the cable guide can be better adapted to the different guide requirements, for example above and below the guide, by appropriately designing the input contact sections and the output contact sections. For example, it is possible to make the entrance abutment section narrower than the exit abutment section, even in such a way that the sections in the first and second Level can be trained differently or even oppositely. In addition, the solution of the task according to the invention enables a significant simplification of the guide element and thus a reduction in the production outlay.
With the invention it is proposed that the input system section and the output system section of the corresponding plane are arranged in direct succession; consequently, both sections merge continuously into one another, as a result of which the rope is in good contact with two opposite side surfaces, which in turn enables the rope to be guided precisely and gently.
In particular, good guidance of the rope is achieved in that the rope guide channel is designed such that the guided rope strand rests on one side of the respective input contact sections and on one side of the respective output contact sections.
With regard to the cable routing, it is particularly favorable if the surface of the inlet system section facing the winch drum and the surface of the outlet system section facing away from the winch drum are formed essentially parallel to one another, which in particular also allows the cable to be guided well when the cable is pulled vertically downwards.
In order to safely guide the rope transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum even with a large take-off angle, it is proposed that the surface of the input system section facing away from the winch drum and the surface of the output system section facing the winch drum be formed essentially parallel to one another.
In order to take better account of the asymmetry of the loads, it is proposed that the cable guide channel be designed in such a way that the guided cable strand lies in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in the input system section and in the output system section on the same surface.
A smooth guidance of the rope is achieved when the rope guide channel has its smallest cross section in the middle area, which increases again towards the entrance and exit. The rope guide channel is thus figuratively provided with a waist that has a "focusing" effect on the position of the rope, which leads to a calming of rope vibrations. As a result, the pivot axis of the cable guide no longer has to be at the level of the axis of rotation of the winch drum. The inevitable oblique passage of the wire rope is not hindered by the special design of the shape of the rope guide channel.
The cable guide channel meets the different requirements in that the cross section of the cable guide channel increases in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum towards the entrance by a value which is smaller than the cross section of the cable. The almost parallel contour in the upper part leads to extensive support of the rope and thus to a large volume of wear and very favorable friction conditions in the main direction of loading
It is also proposed that the cross section of the cable guide channel increases in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum towards the exit symmetrically to the axis of symmetry of the cable guide channel. The strongly curved lower contour enables large predeterminable radii of curvature without conditionally e.g. large guide rollers make the distance between the cables running from the cable drum too great.
The wear and the load on the rope by the rope guide channel can be reduced in that the cross-sectional line of the rope guide channel in the second plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum in the exit system section towards the exit is formed in an arc shape with an increasing bending radius.
The cable guide for a winch, in particular a hoist, with a winch drum having opposite rope grooves and rotatably mounted in a frame with guide means which can be moved on at least one rail parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum and are intended for aligning at least one pair of rope strands with respect to the associated rope groove Connected in opposite directions via coupling means and from the windable or unwindable rope strands are drivable and have guide elements, the rail being arranged on the winch so as to be pivotable transversely to the axis of rotation of the winch drum about a pivot axis running parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum, can be constructed very simply and with little effort if the guide elements are each formed in a channel carrier Rope guide channel include that the channel support consists of two identical adjacent support halves and that half of the cable guide channel is formed in the adjacent side surfaces of the support halves such that the cable is guided almost without bending in the parting plane separating the support halves, each in the pivoting plane or parallel to this lies. This further increases the robustness, impact resistance and freedom from maintenance (no ball bearings) with gentle rope guidance. In addition, the cable guide can be adapted almost arbitrarily to the different guide requirements, for example above and below the guide, by means of the mechanically simple to produce cable guide channel. In addition, the solution of the task according to the invention enables a significant simplification of the guide element and thus a reduction in the production outlay.
It is particularly advantageous if the side surfaces, which are opposite each other from the adjacent side surfaces of the support halves, are formed parallel to one another and are additionally provided with half a cable guide channel, that is to say if a half cable guide channel is formed in this side surface. This makes it possible to replace carrier halves with a worn cable guide channel in that the carrier halves are simply firmly connected to one another with the sides reversed; you can use the carrier halves twice as long in this way.
In terms of construction, it is advantageous if the channel support, which consists of two support halves, is provided transversely to the longitudinal axis of the channel with an aligned groove into which a connecting element is inserted in a form-fitting manner and that the connecting element is connected to the two support halves, which improves the stability of the connected support halves.
In addition, a further rotationally secure connection of the carrier halves is achieved in that the carrier halves are each provided with a cam which engages in a form-fitting manner in a complementary recess in the guide means.
With regard to the sliding properties, it is advantageous if the channel carrier is made of a softer material than the rope.
In order to avoid damage to the wire cables wound on the winch drum during operation, the edge of the channel support facing the winch drum is chamfered.

Zum Ausgang hin nimmt der Querschnitt des Seilführungskanals 5 symmetrisch zur Symmetrieachse 13 zu, wobei die Querschnittslinie 14 des Seilführungskanals 5 zum Ausgang hin bogenförmig mit zunehmendem Biegeradius R ausgebildet ist.4 shows a cross section of the channel support 6 (corresponds to a plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the winch drum 2). As Fig.4 shows, the
The
With regard to the sliding properties, it is advantageous if the
