- Oven according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a geometry of the pivot device (17), particularly a spacing between the door panel (35) and the pivot axis (A), is selected in such a manner that the door panel (35) is pivotable through at least 90° in the stop setting.
- Oven according to claim 5, characterised in that the forward front of the door panel (35) is shaped in such a manner that after pivotation thereof through 180° this can substantially close the baking oven chamber.
- Oven according to claim 6, characterised in that a handle of the door (3) is retractable into this.
- Oven according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pivot device, particularly the rotary bearing (17), has detent settings for preferred rotational settings of the door (3).
- Oven according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pivot device (17) is covered by a cover plate (39) fastened to the door (3).
