Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a treatment couch according to the preamble of claim 1.
In such a treatment couch known from
The object of the invention is to provide a treatment table of the type mentioned, which has an improved stability of the support of the support table guaranteed by the support column.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
By forming the column core from at least two columns on which the column jacket is guided so as to be displaceable in the vertical direction and the arrangement of the two columns parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support table, in particular in the longitudinal center plane The support table is rigidly supported by the support column on the floor.
This torsion-free and rigid support can be further supported by the formation of the column jacket with a rectangular cross-section.
The support table can be mounted on the support column in the manner known from
The respective guide element, which is rigidly connected to the column jacket and comprises a respective column, can preferably have two guide bushes arranged at different heights, which comprise the respective column with a sliding form fit. The two guide bushings can also be rigidly connected to one another, preferably with the aid of a tube, in the inside of which they are inserted in a form-fitting manner. The connection of the two guide bushings to the column jacket can then take place via this stiffening guide tube, which is firmly connected to the column jacket, for example by welding.
The upper ends of the two columns can also be connected to one another by a rigid connecting piece, wherein this connecting piece can have a feedthrough in the middle for a lifting element belonging to the height adjustment device, which acts on the column casing.
A further invention is provided on the treatment table, which relates to a head part provided at one end of the support table, which is displaceably guided with the aid of a guide device parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support table, whereby rotation about the longitudinal central axis of the support table is prevented. An exact parallel guidance of the Head part parallel to the lying surface of the support table, in particular to the lying surface of a chest part. For this purpose, the guide device is provided on the rigid frame of the chest part of the support table.
The guide device has, in particular, two guide rods running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support table or breast part, which lie in a plane parallel to the support surface, the head part being connected to these guide rods for adjustment along the longitudinal axis of the support table or breast part. The head part can be connected to the two guide rods by means of a hinge, which can form a pivot axis for the head part that runs perpendicular to the two guide rods. The head part can be locked with the help of a locking device in the respective desired swivel positions. Due to the parallel displacement of the head part and the pivotability in the connecting hinge, a precise positioning of the head for the therapy treatment to be carried out, which is adapted to the height of the patient, is achieved.
At the other end of the guide rods, a rigid connecting piece can be provided, which connects the two ends of the guide rods to one another. In this way, a parallel guide device for the head part is created on the solid chest part frame of the support table, which allows an exact adjustment of the head part to the respective body size of the patient with simple means.
The head part can be moved with the aid of a working cylinder, which is operated in particular hydraulically. The working cylinder is flanged to the frame of the guide device, in particular to the rigid connecting piece of the two guide rods, and is preferably connected with its adjustable end, for example the piston rod, in particular in the region of the connection point (hinge) between the head part and guide device to the head part via a pivot lever.
