Abstract

The winding machine has three rollers (5,9',9") forming a bed on which lengths of material paper is wound into two separate rolls (7a,7b). A longitudinal seal (6',68) is inserted from below into the slot between the two support rollers. A removable end seal (34) covering the gap between the winding-roller and the mantle of the respective support-roller is positioned at the end of each winding roller. The resulting sealed cavity is connected to a supply of compressed air to form an air cushion.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer längsgeschnittenen Materialbahn, z.B. Papierbahn, wobei die aus den Teilbahnen entstehenden Wickelrollen mittels zweier aus Wickeltragwalzen gebildeten Wickelbetten unterstützt werden. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Vorrichtung zum Durchführen dieses Verfahrens; diese Vorrichtung ist vorzugsweise als eine Drei-Walzen-Rollenschneidmaschine ausgebildet. Zum Stand der Technik wird beispielsweise auf die DE-PS 35 41 906 verwiesen, worin eine Drei-Walzen-Rollenschneidmaschine beschrieben ist. Die drei Wickeltragwalzen bilden zwei Wickelbetten, so daß die nach dem Längsschneiden entstandenen Teilbahnen teils im einen und teils im anderen Wickelbett zu Wickelrollen aufgewickelt werden können. Jede einzelne, auf einer Wickelhülse entstehende Wickelrolle wird mit Hilfe von zwei Wickelböcken geführt. Jeder Wickelbock hat eine vertikal verfahrbare Hülsenführung, worin ein Spannkopf drehbar gelagert ist. An den beiden Stirnseiten der entstehenden Wickelrolle greifen die beiden Spannköpfe ein wenig in die Wickelhülse ein. Diese Konstruktion erlaubt es, daß mit Hilfe der vertikal verfahrbaren Hülsenführung dem Eigengewicht der entstehenden Wickelrolle entgegengewirkt wird. Mit anderen Worten: Es findet eine teilweise Gewichtsentlastung der Wickelrolle statt, so daß diese nicht mehr mit dem vollen Gewicht auf den Wickeltragwalzen aufliegt. Hierdurch versucht man, der Gefahr zu begegnen, daß die Materialbahn beschädigt wird durch die mit zunehmendem Wickelrollen-Durchmesser ständig größer werdende Druckbeanspruchung, welche die Bahn an den Stellen erfährt, wo die Wickelrolle auf den Tragwalzen aufliegt.The prior art is referred to, for example, DE-PS 35 41 906, which describes a three-roll slitter. Mit anderen Worten: Es besteht die Tendenz daß sich die Wickelrolle unter dem Eigengewicht durchbiegt. Dies hat zur Folge, daß an den Auflagestellen die Linienkraft in der Mitte der Wickelrolle wesentlich größer ist als in den beiden Randzonen. Zur Gewichtsentlastung sind Druckluftpolster vorgesehen, (siehe DE 42 01 815 A1 und DE 42 19 415 A1). Die letztere hat einen in das Wickelbett gerichteten Ausblasschlitz und bildet mit den Tragwalzen 5 und 9'' Dichtspalte. Die Düsenkammer ersetzt somit die in Figur 1 dargestellte Längsdichtleiste 6'. Sie ist mittels zahlreicher achsnormaler Zwischenwände 67 in viele Sektionen unterteilt. Jeder Sektion ist ein Ventil 70 zugeordnet, so daß jede Sektion wahlweise an das Plenum 66 anschließbar ist oder nicht. Hierdurch kann man die Druckluftzufuhr dorthin steuern, wo sie zum Aufbau eines Druckluftpolsters unterhalb einer bestimmten Wickelrolle 7a oder 7b benötigt wird.FIG. 5 shows a construction of an overpressure box 65 that differs from FIGS. 1-4. Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen einer Materialbahn, vorzugsweise Papierbahn, bei dem aus jeder Teilbahn eine Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) gebildet wird und bei dem die Wickelrollen auf zwei aus Wickeltragwalzen (5, 9', 9'') gebildeten Wickelbetten aufliegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Wickelbett unter wenigstens einer wahlbaren Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) ein auf diese Wickelrolle begrenztes Druckluftpolster gebildet wird, wobei das Druckluftpolster durch ein zu den Wickeltragwalzen (5, 9', 9'') paralleles und in den zwischen diesen befindlichen Spalt einführbares Längsdichtelement (6', 68) und durch zwei den Wickelrollen-Enden zugeordnete Enddichtelemente (34) begrenzt wird.
