Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Oberflächenbeschichtung bzw. zum Lackieren von Substraten bzw. scheibenförmigen Substraten 2 wie einem scheibenförmigen Informationsträger, der auf einen Substratträger 14 aufbringbar und über eine Antriebsvorrichtung 3 antreibbar bzw. in eine Rotationsbewegung versetzbar ist, wobei das aufzutragende Mittel bzw. die Lackflüssigkeit 4 über eine Zuführeinrichtung 6 auf das Substrat 2 aufgegeben wird. Das vom Substratträger 14 abgegebene, flüssige Medium bzw. der Lack 4 wird zumindest an einen ersten Auffangbehälter 27 abgegeben, der mit mindestens einem Filter 28 verbunden ist, von dem die Flüssigkeit mittel- oder unmittelbar über eine Pumpe 29 an den ersten Auffangbehälter 27 geleitet wird, wobei zwischen der ersten Abflußleitung 33 des ersten Auffangbehälters 27 und der Pumpe 29 ein Unterdruck einstellbar ist. The invention relates to a device for surface coating or for painting substrates or disk-shaped substrates 2, such as a disk-shaped information carrier, which can be applied to a substrate carrier 14 and driven by a drive device 3 or can be set in a rotational movement, the agent to be applied or the coating liquid 4 is applied to the substrate 2 via a feed device 6. The liquid medium or the lacquer 4 discharged from the substrate carrier 14 is discharged at least to a first collecting container 27, which is connected to at least one filter 28, from which the liquid is passed directly or indirectly via a pump 29 to the first collecting container 27 , a vacuum being adjustable between the first drain line 33 of the first collecting container 27 and the pump 29.
