Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Vereinzelung und zur Übergabe von flachem Stückgut (S), insbesondere von Zeitschriften, Zeitungen, Briefen und dergleichen, an eine Fördereinrichtung (F), miteiner Einrichtung (E) zur Aufnahme des Stückguts (S) und zur Bereitstellung des Stückguts (S) in einer Abholposition (A),einer um ihre Längsachse (LA) drehbar angeordneten Trommel (T), in deren Mantel mindestens eine Saugöffnung (SO) eingebracht ist,das in der Abholposition (A) in aufrechter Stellung bereitgestellte Stückgut (S) über die Saugöffnung (SO) der Trommel (T) ergriffen, in tangentialer Richtung der Trommel (T) vom verbleibenden Stapel des Stückguts (S) nach oben abgezogen wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stückgut(S) nach einer Drehung der oberhalb der Fördereinrichtung (F) angeordneten Trommel (T) entlang einer Führungseinrichtung (FE) für das Stückgut (S) auf die Fördereinrichtung (F) abgeworfen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtung (E) zur Aufnahme und zur Bereitstellung des Stückguts (S) durch einen schrittweise in Richtung auf die Abholposition (A) antreibbaren Bandförderer gebildet ist, auf welchen das Stückgut (S) stapelweise in aufrechter Stellung aufgebracht wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bandförderer zumindest annähernd horizontal ausgerichtet ist und daß das darauf aufgestellte Stückgut (S) zur Trommel (T) hin geneigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Mantel der Trommel (T) mindestens zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, in Umfangsrichtung umlaufende rillenförmige Vertiefungen (V) eingebracht sind, in welchen im Bereich der Abholposition (A) nach außen schwenkbare Abweiser (AW) für das bereitgestellte Stückgut (S) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Trommel (T) die Führungseinrichtung (FE) für das Stückgut (S) im Bereich zwischen der Abholposition (A) und der Stelle für den Abwurf des Stückguts (S) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsrichtung (FE) durch ein endlos umlaufendes, die Trommel (T) teilweise umschlingendes Band (B) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Geschwindigkeit (u) der Fördereinrichtung (F) und die Drehzahl (n) der Trommel (T) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß die Übergabe des Stückguts (S) an die Fördereinrichtung (F) bei jeder Teilung (t) oder jeweils einem ganzzahligen Vielfachen der Teilung (t) der Fördereinrichtung (F) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei zwei oder mehreren, in Umfangsrichtung der Trommel (T) verteilt angeordneten Saugöffnungen (SO) deren Abstand in Umfangsrichtung auf die Teilung (t) der Fördereinrichtung (F) abgestimmt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Position des von einer Saugöffnung (SO) erfaßten Stückguts (S) auf der Trommel (T) mit Hilfe eines Sensors (SS) ermittelt wird und daß ein von dem Sensor (SS) erfaßter Schlupf beim Ergreifen und bei der Mitnahme des Stückguts (S) über eine Steuereinrichtung (SE) durch eine entsprechende Veränderung der Drehzahl (n) der Trommel (T) kompensiert wird.
