Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Lenkzeitüberwachung, durchführbar in einem Fahrzeug,a. wobei das Fahrzeug über eine ihm zugeordnete Steuereinheit verfügt, die mit Zeitzählmitteln ausgestattet und mit einer Kommunikationseinrichtung für einen mobilen Datenträger verbunden ist,b. wobei der mobile Datenträger eine fahrerbezogene Kennung enthält und uhrzeitbezogen das Ende zumindest der letzten Lenkzeit speichert,c. wobei die Steuereinheit die Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs nur zuläßt, wenn der Stromkreis der Zündanlage des Fahrzeugs durch die Betätigung eines Schaltmittels geschlossen worden ist,
und wenn der mobile Datenträger in die Kommunikationseinrichtung eingeführt und von der Steuereinheit anhand seiner Kennung als zulässig anerkannt worden ist,d. wobei die Steuereinheit bei einer Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs die durch ihre Zeitzählmittel ermittelte aktuelle Angabe von Datum und Uhrzeit ta mit dem das Ende der letzten Lenkzeit darstellenden Zeiteintrag tL2 im mobilen Datenträger vergleicht und das Fahrzeug zur Inbetriebnahme nur dann freigibt, wenn der zeitliche Abstand zwischen der durch die Zeitzählmittel der Steuereinheit ermittelten Angabe von Datum und Uhrzeit ta und dem das Ende der letzten Lenkzeit darstellenden Zeiteintrag tL2 im mobilen Datenträger größer als ein vorgegebener Mindestwert tRmin ist,e. wobei die Steuereinheit nach erfolgter Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs die durch ihre Zeitzählmittel ermittelte aktuelle Angabe von Datum und Uhrzeit ta im mobilen Datenträger als Beginn tL1 der laufenden Lenkzeit speichert undf. wobei die Steuereinheit während des Betriebs des Fahrzeugs prüft, ob der Stromkreis der Zündanlage geschlossen und die Zündung somit eingeschaltet ist,f1. wobei im Fall einer Unterbrechung der Zündung die Steuereinheit die durch ihre Zeitzählmittel ermittelte aktuelle Angabe von Datum und Uhrzeit ta im mobilen Datenträger als das Ende tL2 der bisherigen Lenkzeit speichert,f2. und im anderen Fall (keine Unterbrechung der Zündung) die durch ihre Zeitzählmittel ermittelte aktuelle Angabe von Datum und Uhrzeit ta mit dem im mobilen Datenträger als Beginn der laufenden Lenkzeit gespeicherten Zeiteintrag tL1 zur Feststellung der Dauer ΔtL der bisherigen Lenkzeit vergleicht und, falls deren Differenz eine als Höchstlenkzeit tLmax vorgegebene Dauer ΔtL überschreitet, eine auf diesen Sachverhalt hinweisende Meldung abgibt, die nur dadurch löschbar ist, daß der Stromkreis der Zündanlage durch die Betätigung eines Schaltmittels unterbrochen und der mobile Datenträger aus der mit der Steuereinheit verbundenen Kommunikationseinrichtung entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit die bei Überschreitung einer Höchstlenkzeit tLmax abgegebene Meldung durch Text auf einem Display ausgibt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mindestzeit tRmin für eine Freigabe der Zündung zur Inbetriebnahme des Fahrzeugs der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Ruhezeit zwischen zwei für denselben Fahrer zulässigen Lenkzeiten entspricht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit während des Betriebs des Fahrzeugs die Abfrage nach einer Unterbrechung der Zündung kontinuierlich im Intervall weniger Sekunden durchführt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Betätigung des Zündschoßschalters, eine Wegfahrsperre oder eine Motorsteuerelektronik den Stromkreis der Zündanlage des Fahrzeugs schaltet.
