Claims (16)
- Mehrstationenpresse (1) mit mehreren entsprechend einer Bearbeitungsfolge hintereinander angeordneten Pressenstationen (11, 12, 13, 14, 15),mit den Pressenstationen (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) zugeordneten Schiebetischen (21, 31, 32),mit einer Transfereinrichtung (35) zum Transport von Werkstücken zwischen Pressenstationen (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) in einer Transportrichtung (T), wobei die Transfereinrichtung (35) wenigstens zwei Transportschienen (41, 42) anweist,mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (45), mittels derer die Transportschienen (41,42) derart antreibbar sind, daß sie eine Transferbewegung ausführen,mit Trägermitteln (51), die räumlich voneinander beabstandet lösbar mit den Transportschienen (41, 42) verbunden und die mit Greifermitteln (53) versehen sind,mit wenigstens einer an dem Schiebetisch (21) vorgesehenen, zur Verbindung mit den Trägermitteln (51) eingerichteten Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (69), die dazu eingerichtet ist, wenigstens zwei gesonderte Trägermittel (51), die derselben Transportschiene (41 bzw. 42) zugeordnet sind, in einer räumlichen Zuordnung zueinander zu halten, bei der sie einen gegenüber dem Abstand auf den Transportschienen (41, 42) wesentlich verringerten Abstand zueinander aufweisen.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) derart angeordnet ist, daß sich die von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) getragenen Trägermittel (51) in Transportrichtung (T) wenigstens abschnittsweise überlappen.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die von ihr aufgenommenen Trägermittel (51) parallel zueinander, neben- oder übereinander gehalten sind.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägermittel (51) jeweils eine Höhe aufweisen, die geringer ist als die Höhe der Transportschiene (41, 42).
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermittel (51) keine Antriebsmittel zur Längverstellung in Bezug auf die Transportschiene (41, 42) aufweisen.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermittel (51) durch ein formschlüssiges Kupplungsmittel (59, 60, 61, 63) an der Transportschiene (41, 42) gehalten ist, das durch eine Relativbewegung der Transportschiene (41, 42) in Bezug auf die Trägerschiene (51) in und außer Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermittel (51) mittels einer Verriegelungseinrichtung (63) an der Transportschiene (41, 42) arretierbar ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) mit dem Trägermittel (51) formschlüssig kuppelbar ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermittel (51) durch die formschlüssige Verbindung mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung (T) ortsfest gehalten ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die zwischen dem Trägermittel (51) und der Transportschiene (41, 42) wirkende Verriegelungseinrichtung (59, 60, 61, 63) in Freigabestellung ist, wenn das Trägermittel (51) formschlüssig mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) verbunden ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) mittels einer Schwenkeinrichtung (74) um eine parallel zu der Transportrichtung (T) liegende Achse schwenkbar sowie in Quer- und Vertikalrichtung verfahrbar an dem Schiebetisch (21) gelagert ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinrichtung (74) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Transportschiene (41, 42) in eine erste Schwenkstellung, in der das Trägermittel (51) mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) in und außer Eingriff bringbar ist, und in eine zweite Schwenkstellung überführbar ist, in der die Transportschiene (41, 42) in Vertikalrichtung ungehindert verstellbar ist.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportschienen (41, 42) längs zu der Transportrichtung (T) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind und mittels der Antriebseinrichtung (45) wenigstens in Transportrichtung (T) sowie senkrecht zu dieser Ebene bewegbar sind.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportschienen (41, 42) außerdem aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar sind.
- Mehrstationenpresse nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (45) eine gesonderte Einheit (47) für die Bewegung der Transportschienen (41, 42) in Transportrichtung (T) und wenigstens eine davon eine gesonderte Antriebseinheit (49) aufweist, um den Transportschienen (41, 42) eine Hebe- und Senkbewegung sowie eine Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung zu erteilen.
- Verfahren zum Wechseln von Werkzeugen (22, 23) und Greifermitteln (53) bei mit Schiebetischen (21, 31, 32) und einer Werkstücktransfervorrichtung (35) versehenen Mehzstationenpressen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, bei denen die Werkstücktransfervorrichtung (35) Transportschienen (41, 42) aufweist, die jeweils mit voneinander gesonderten, Greifermittel (53) tragenden Trägermitteln (51) lösbar verbunden sind,
bei dem eine an dem Schiebetisch (21) vorgesehene Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) in einer seitlich zu einer durch den Werkstückfluß definierten Transportrichtung (T) gerichteten Bewegung an den Schiebetisch (21) herangeführt wird,
bei dem das Trägermittel (51) durch eine Bewegung der Transportschiene (41) an eine Aufnahmestelle der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) herangeführt und mit dieser gekuppelt wird,
bei dem die Transportschiene (41) von dem Trägermittel (41) gelöst wird, das nunmehr von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) getragen ist,
bei dem ein weiteres Trägermittel (51) durch eine weitere Bewegung der Transportschiene (41) an eine weitere Aufnahmestelle der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) herangeführt und mit dieser gekuppelt wird, die der anderen Aufnahmestelle benachbart ist,
bei dem die Transportschiene (41) von letzterem Trägermittel (51) gelöst wird, das nunmehr von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) getragen ist,
bei dem die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (69) von dem Schiebetisch (21) weg bewegt wird,
bei dem der Schiebetisch (21), der das Werkzeug (22, 23) und die Trägermittel (51) trägt, seitlich aus dem Arbeitsbereich der Pressenanlage herausgefahren wird.
