Türanlenkungen für Kraftwagentüren bestehen herkömmlicherweise jeweils aus einem Scharnierpaar, wobei jedes der beiden Scharniere wiederum aus zwei Scharnierhälften und einem diese untereinander verbindenden Scharnierstift besteht. Bei moderneren Ausgestaltungsformen sind die beiden Scharniere dabei aushängbar gestaltet, entweder in der Weise, daß der Scharnierstift in der einen Scharnierhälfte bleibend und mit Laufsitz gelagert und in der anderen Scharnierhälfte mittels formschlüssig wirkender Mittel drehsicher festlegbar ist, etwa nach GB-A-2 106 587 oder EP-A-0 613 988 oder in der Weise, daß das Scharnier durch entfernen des Scharnierstiftes trennbar ist, etwa in der Weise nach DE-C-36 06 813. In der weitaus überwiegenden Mehrzahl der in der Praxis vorkommenden Gestaltungsformen von Türanlenkungen für Kraftwagentüren sind demgemäß die beiden Scharniere der Türanlenkung jeweils als Flügelscharniere ausgebildet, welche über die Scharnierblätter ihrer Scharnierflügel jeweils einerseits an der Türsäule und andererseits an der Türe befestigt werden müssen, woraus folgt, daß für die Befestigung jedes der beiden Scharniere jeweils wenigstens vier Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere Schraubenbolzen erforderlich sind. Dies bringt nicht nur einen entsprechenden Materialaufwand sondern auch einen verhältnismäßig großen Montageaufwand mit sich, da neben dem Arbeitsaufwand für das Ansetzen und Festziehen der Befestigungsmittel auch noch der Arbeitsaufwand für das Ausrichten der Scharniere in die Türanlenkachse anfällt. Die herkömmliche Verwendung zweier getrennter Scharniere für die Anlenkung einer Kraftwagentüre ist ferner mit dem Nachteil behaftet, daß ein von den Türscharnieren unabhängig anzuordnender Türfeststeller als gesondertes zusätzliche Bauteil hergestellt und montiert werden muß. Zwar ist es an sich bekannt einen Türfeststeller mit einem der beiden die Türanlenkung bildenden Türscharniere baulich zu vereinigen, z.B. aus der EP-A-0 531 216, um den zusätzlichen Montageaufwand zu sparen, jedoch ist eine solche Scharnier-Türfeststeller-Kombination in vielen Fällen aus räumlichen Gründen nicht anwendbar.
Außer der vorstehend dargelegten Verwendung getrennter einzelner Türscharniere sind auch bereits Vorschläge für Türanlenkungen bekannt geworden, welche vorsehen, insbesondere die beiden türsäulenseitigen Scharnierhälften der Türanlenkung bildenden Scharniere zu einer Baueinheit zusammenzufassen und diese als Bestandteil oder Verstärkungsteil in den Karosserieverband der Fahrzeugkarosserie einzufügen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es zunächst aus der US-A-2 174 033 bekannt eine aus einem Blechmaterial geformte und bezüglich der Türsäule innenliegend anzuordnende Türsäulenverstärkung mit zwei zueinander beabstandeten Scharnieraugen auszustatten. Ferner ist es aus der DE-A-37 34 369 bekannt einen Teil der Türsäule selbst mit Scharnieraugen auszustatten. Beiden Vorschlägen ist gemeinsam, daß zumindest die beiden türsäulenseitigen Scharnierhälften zu einem einheitlichen, einen Bestandteil des Karosserieverbandes bildenden Bauteil zusammengefaßt sind und als dessen Bestandteil bereits im Zuge der Karosseriefertigung unverrückbar in den Karosserieverband eingefügt werden müssen. Derartig als Bestandteil des Karosserieverbandes ausgebildete und eingesetzte Scharnierteile sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nachteil behaftet, daß sie starr, d.h. unverrückbar festgelegt sind und daher ein notwenigerweise nachträglich vorzunehmendes Einpassen oder Einjustieren der Türe in den Türausschnitt der Karosserie entweder extrem erschwerden oder gar unmöglich machen. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein System für die Anlenkung von Kraftwagentüren dahingehend zu verbessern, daß bei im Vergleich zu Einzelscharnieren gleicher Qualität sowie einfacher nachträglicher Justierbarkeit der Türe bezüglich der Türöffnung der Fahrzeugkarosserie und zugleich aushängbar gestaltbarer Türanlenkung die Anzahl der erforderlichen Einzelteile verringert und die Montage der Türanlenkung insgesamt vereinfacht wird, und darüber hinaus auch wenigstens Teile sonstiger in Verbindung mit der Anlenkung der Türe erforderlicher Einrichtungen, insbesondere des Türfeststellers, integrieren, derart, daß auch die hierfür bisher notwendigen Einzelteile und deren Montage in Wegfall kommen können.

An der Karosserie eines Kraftfahrzeuges ist eine Türe 1 vermittels eines im Bereich unterhalb der Gürtellinie 2 des Fahrzeuges angeordneten, zwei in einem vertikalen Abstand voneinander befindliche Türscharniergelenke 3 umfassenden Türanlenkungssystemes 4 um eine im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Türscharnierachse schwenkbar angeschlagen.
Bei der in der Figur 2 gezeigten Ausgestaltungform besteht das Türanlenkungssystem 4 aus einem der Türsäulenseite zugeordneten einheitlichen Formteil 5, welches die türsäulenseitigen Gelenkhälften beider Scharniergelenke 3 und eine diese untereinander verbindende Anschlagleiste 6 umfaßt und in der dargestellten Ausführungsform aus einem einteiligen Blechmaterialzuschnitt geformt ist. Die türsäulenseitigen Scharnieraugen 7 sind dabei durch Einrollen von quer zur Längserstreckung des Formteiles 5 gerichteten Lappen gebildet und mit im Einzelnen nicht dargestellten Lagerbuchsen aus einem wartungsfreien Lagermaterial ausgestattet. Die türseitigen Gelenkhälften sind bei dieser Ausführungsform durch einzelne Scharnierflügel 8 gebildet, welche beispielsweise durch Längenabschnitte eines fortlaufenden Scharnierprofilmaterials gebildet sind. Die türsäulenseitigen und die türseitigen Gelenkhälften sind untereinander jeweils vermittels eines Scharnierstiftes 9 verbunden, der im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel jeweils drehsicher mit den die türseitigen Gelenkhälften bildenden Scharnierflügeln 9 verbunden ist. In seinem die Anschlagleiste 6 bildenden Bereich ist das Formteil 5 mit zwei als Langloch ausgebildeten Durchgangsbohrungen 10 für in der Zeichnung im Einzelnen nicht gezeigte Befestigungsmittel zur Verbindung mit der Türsäule versehen. Ferner ist aus der Darstellung der Figur 2 ersichtlich, daß an dem die türsäulenseitigen Gelenkhälften tragenden Formteil 5 ein Zapfen 11 für die Anlenkung einer Türhaltestange 12 eines in der Zeichnung nicht besonders gezeigten Türfeststellers angeordnet ist.

Bei der in der Figur 3 gezeigten Ausgestaltungform besteht das Türanlenkungssystem aus zwei jeweils einheitlichen und jeweils als Gußteil aus einem Leichtbauwerkstoff hergestellten Formteilen 50 und 60, welche jeweils die beiden Gelenkhälften 70 bvzw. 80 einer Seite, Türsäulenseite bzw. Türseite und eine die jeweiligen Gelenkhälften untereinander verbindende Anschlagleiste 55 bzw. 66 umfassen. Dabei sind die beiden türsäulenseitigen Gelenkhälften 70 jeweils als einschnittige Scharnierhälfte ausgebildet mit einem Scharnierstift 90 ausgestattet, welcher in ihren Scharnieraugenbohrungen bleibend und mit Laufsitz sowie gegen axiales Wandern gesichert gelagert ist. Die beiden Scharnierstifte 90 sind dabei beim Einhängen der Türe ferner über formschlüssig ineinandergreifende Mittel 20 drehsicher mit der türseitigen Gelenkhälfte verbindbar. Aus der Darstellung der Figur 3 ist ferner ersichtlich, daß an beiden die beiden Gelenkhälften einer Seite, Türsäulenseite und Türseite sowie die Anschlagleiste 55 bzw. 66 umfassenden Formteilen jeweils eine radiale, quer zur Scharnier-bzw. Anlenkachse der Türe 1 gerichtete Ausladung 21 und 22 ausgebildet ist, wobei die beiden Ausladungen 21,22 so gestaltet sind, daß sie einander bei eingehängter Türe 1 lediglich über deren Betriebsschwenkwinkel hin übergreifen. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist darüber hinaus noch vorgesehen, daß einerseits an dem die beiden Gelenkhälften 70 der Türsäulenseite tragenden Formteil 50 ein eine Anlenkung für eine Türhaltestange 24 bildender Lagerzapfen 23 einteilig ausgebildet ist und daß andererseits an dem die beiden Gelenkhälften 80 der Türseite tragenden Formteil ein Haltergehäuse 25 für die Aufnahme der Brems-und Feststelleinrichtung eines mechanischen Türfeststellers ausgebildet ist. In seinem die Anschlagleiste bildenden Bereich ist jedes der beiden Formteile mit jeweils zwei als Langloch ausgebildeten Durchgangsbohrungen 26 für in der Zeichnung im Einzelnen nicht gezeigte Befestigungsmittel zur Verbindung mit der Türsäule bzw. dem Türkörper versehen. Die Durchgangsbohrungen sind dabei an wenigstens einem der Formteile so ausgebildet, daß ein Ausrichten der Türe in wenigstens einer Ebene möglich ist, um den Türspalt einstellen zu können.
Aus der Darstellung der Figur 3 ist schließlich noch ersichtlich, daß die beiden Spritzguß-Formteile unter Anwendung einer Material- und gewichtsparenden Materialverteilung innerhalb des Formteiles jeweils so gestaltet sind, daß alle nicht tragenden Bereiche verschlankt und lediglich die kraftübertragenden Bereiche den jeweils zu übertragenden Kräften entsprechend verdickt sind. Insbesondere weisen die die Scharnieraugen beinhaltenden Gelenkhälften samt ihrer Wurzeln einen lediglich für die Abstützung der aus dem jeweiligen Gelenk resultierenden Kräfte der Türanlenkung hinreichenden Materialquerschnitt auf und ist der die Anschalgleiste bildende Bereich des Formteiles bis auf eine Verstärkung der Befestigungsbohrungen und gegebenenfalls zwei längsgerichtete Versteifungsrippen dünnwandig ausgebildet.

Claims (8)

  1.
