Claims (7)

  1. Opening/closing device for an element (1), in particular a drawer, which is movable relative to another element consisting of the frame (2) of a piece of furniture, in particular displaceable on castors, of the type comprising:
    (a) on a first of the said elements (1), a latch (3) articulated by one end on this element about an axis of rotations;
    (b) on the second of the said elements (2), a cam (6) having generatrices parallel to the said axis of rotation and including a block (14) for locking the latch and a block (15) for unlocking the latch,
    the locking block (14) defining successively a locking ramp (16) which extends from one side to the other of the said axis of rotation, a recess (17) for retaining the latch, and an unlocking guide (18);
    the unlocking block (15) defining successively a locking guide (19) which surrounds the end of the locking ramp (16) opposite the first element (1), and an unlocking ramp (20) adapted to bring the latch (3) opposite the unlocking guide (18) in response to a thrust exerted on the movable element (1); and
    (c) an opening spring (7) which urges open the movable element (1) in the locking position of the latter;
       characterised in that it further comprises a spring (5) for returning the latch to a neutral position.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the locking block (14) and the unlocking block (15) are carried by a single part (6), in particular a plastic moulding.
  3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the latch (3) consists of a wire bent in the shape of a C.
  4. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the return spring (5) is C-shaped, its two ends pressing on an intermediate part (11) of the latch (3) in the neutral position of the latter.
  5. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the said first element (1) is the movable element.
  6. Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the opening spring (7) is secured to the frame (2).
  7. Piece of furniture, in particular displaceable on castors, comprising at least one movable element (1), in particular a drawer mounted on ball bearing slides, and an opening/closing device for this movable element according to any one of Claims 1 to 6.
