Abstract
The invention relates to a drawer opening mechanism and a drawer opening method of a disinfection cabinet, comprising a drawer (1) and an electric push rod (3), and is characterized in that at least one of the drawer (1) and the electric push rod (3) is connected with a guide block (2) with an inclined plane, and the other drawer is at least partially opened in the horizontal direction by relatively moving along the inclined plane (21) on the guide block (2). Preferably, the guide block (2) is provided with an upward inclined surface (21), the inclined surface gradually rises from back to front, and the electric push rod (3) is vertically arranged and the tail end of the electric push rod is abutted against the inclined surface (21) of the guide block (2). The invention can automatically at least partially open the drawer of the disinfection cabinet, thereby avoiding hot air from being sprayed out of the disinfection cabinet after disinfection, scalding a user and greatly improving the use safety.

Background
Existing drawers are usually opened by pulling the handle, and the pull handle is required to be arranged on a panel of the drawer. The handle structure is provided with a bright handle protruding outwards from the panel, and the handle with the structure is easy to collide with a person, especially a child, has potential safety hazards and can prevent the drawer panel from being cleaned. Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for opening a drawer of a disinfection cabinet capable of automatically opening the drawer at least partially, aiming at the current state of the art.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the drawer opening mechanism of the disinfection cabinet comprises a drawer and an electric push rod, and is characterized in that at least one of the drawer and the electric push rod is connected with a guide block with an inclined plane, and the other one of the drawer and the electric push rod enables the drawer to be at least partially opened in the horizontal direction by relatively moving along the inclined plane on the guide block.
Preferably, the guide block is provided with an upward inclined surface, the inclined surface gradually rises from back to front, and the electric push rod is vertically arranged and the tail end of the electric push rod is abutted against the inclined surface of the guide block.
As a further improvement of the scheme, a limiting component for limiting the tail end of the electric push rod can be further arranged between the electric push rod and the inclined plane of the guide block. The scheme can automatically close the drawer when the electric push rod resets.
The limiting component in the above scheme can be various, preferably, the limiting component can comprise a guide plate connected to the inclined plane of the guide block, the length of the guide plate is smaller than that of the inclined plane of the guide block, and a gap is formed between the guide plate and the inclined plane, and the gap forms a guide groove with a lateral opening;

Compared with the prior art, the drawer opening mechanism of the disinfection cabinet provided by the invention can automatically open at least part of drawers, and in the preferred scheme, the drawers can be completely opened, so that hot air in the disinfection cabinet is prevented from being sprayed out after disinfection, users are scalded, and the use safety is greatly improved; the use method can actively exhaust after the disinfection work of the disinfection cabinet is finished, and close the drawer of the disinfection cabinet after the exhaust is finished; meanwhile, a user can press the button according to the needs to select half of the drawers to be automatically opened or to open all the drawers, so that the drawer is very convenient to use and high in use safety.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the sterilizer drawer opening mechanism includes:
the drawer 1 is of a conventional structure and is drawably arranged in the inner container of the disinfection cabinet;
the guide block 2 is connected to the outer side wall of the tail of the drawer 1, and in this embodiment, the guide block 2 is a right triangle, the vertical surface of the guide block is connected to the tail of the drawer 1, the horizontal surface of the guide block faces downwards, and the inclined surface of the guide block faces upwards.
The electric push rod 3 is arranged in a cavity between the shell and the liner of the disinfection cabinet and can be arranged at other positions as required; the electric putter 3 in this embodiment is a two-stroke electric putter.
The limiting component is arranged between the tail end of the electric push rod 3 and the inclined surface 21 of the guide block 2; comprising a guide plate 4 connected to a bevel 21 of the guide block 2, the guide plate 4 having a portion parallel to the bevel 21, the gap between the portion and the bevel forming a laterally open guide slot 22; the length of the guide plate 4 is smaller than the length of the inclined surface 21 of the guide block 2, and a gap is provided between the guide plate 4 and the inclined surface 21.
The tail end of the electric push rod 3 is connected with a limiting plate 23 which is matched with the inclined plane 21 of the guide block 2, and the limiting plate 23 can be abutted against the inclined plane 21 of the guide block 2 under the drive of the electric push rod; and the limiting plate 23 is slidably accommodated in the guide groove 22.
The control switch, not shown in the figure, is arranged on the panel of the disinfection cabinet, and is electrically connected with the control unit and used for driving the electric push rod.
The drawer opening method of the disinfection cabinet comprises the following steps:
when the disinfection of the disinfection cabinet is finished, the control unit starts the electric push rod 3 to work, the electric push rod moves downwards to push the guide block 2 to move forwards, and when the limiting plate connected with the tail end of the electric push rod moves into the guide groove 22, the electric push rod stops working, the drawer opens a gap, and hot air of the disinfection cabinet is discharged from the gap of the drawer;
after the state stays for a period of time, the hot air and water vapor in the inner container of the disinfection cabinet are discharged, the control unit reversely starts the electric push rod, the electric push rod moves upwards, and at the moment, the limiting plate pulls the limiting block backwards through the limiting component, so that the drawer is closed;
when the drawer needs to be opened, the switch is pressed short, signals are transmitted to the control unit by the switch, the control unit controls the electric push rod 3 to work, the electric push rod moves down to the position of the limiting component, and the drawer is opened partially; the switch is pressed for a short time again, the electric push rod moves upwards, and the drawer is closed;
when the switch is pressed for a long time, the control unit controls the electric push rod to move downwards to the lowest position, the driving guide block pushes the drawer to be completely opened, and then the control unit controls the electric push rod to work reversely, and the electric push rod is reset; at this time, the drawer needs to be manually pushed to be closed.

the tail end of the electric push rod (3) is connected with a limiting plate (23) which is matched with the inclined surface (21) of the guide block (2), and the limiting plate (23) can be abutted against the inclined surface (21) of the guide block (2) under the driving of the electric push rod (3) and can be slidingly accommodated in the guide groove (22).
