Claims (13)

  1. Selektiervorrichtung für Kartonagezuschnitte, zugeschnitten während ihres Fortbewegens zwischen mindestens zwei Reihen von Förderbändern (1, 2, 3, 4), welche zwei Bahnen für die Zuschnitte definieren, davon eine obere Bahn und eine untere Bahn, die einen Gabelungswinkel (α) bilden, wobei diese Vorrichtung Selektiermittel zur Auswahl der Bahn umfasst, die von einer Blende gebildet (6) werden, angeordnet im Gabelungswinkel der beiden Bahnen, und sich um eine Abwärtsachse (0) drehend montiert, in der Lage zwei Positionen einzunehmen, und zwar eine untere Position oder normale Funktionsposition, welche die Zuschnitte zur oberen Bahn leitet, und eine untere Position oder Selektierposition, welche die Zuschnitte zur unteren Bahn leitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die obere Bahn der Anzugsriemen (1, 2, 3) der Zuschnitte zumindest in den aufsteigenden und abfallenden Teilen nahe der sich drehenden Blende (6) eine Krümmung bildet, deren Krümmungsradius deutlich gleichförmig ist,
    die hintere und obere Seite (6a) der Blende (6) eine Krümmung neben der des darüber liegenden Riemens besitzt, derart, daß diese in Selektierposition deutlich parallel verlaufen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konkavität der besagten Krümmung zur Seite der Blende (6) orientiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der vordere Teil (6b) der besagten oberen Seite nach unten krümmt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Bahn der Förderbänder (1, 2, 4) der zuschnitte zumindest in den aufsteigenden und abfallenden Teilen nahe der sich drehenden Blende (6) eine Krümmung bildet, deren Krümmungsradius deutlich gleichförmig ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konkavität der besagten Krümmung zur gegenüberliegenden Seite der Blende (6) orientiert ist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite der Blende (6) eine Krümmung neben der des darunter liegenden Riemens (2) besitzt, derart, daß diese in normaler Position deutlich parallel verlaufen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Festhalten des Kartonzuschnitts umfaßt, zumindest wenn dieser in Höhe der Blende (6) passiert, auf zumindest einem Teil der Oberfläche zwischen zwei Halteelementen, von denen zumindest eins aus einer Riementrumm (1, 2) besteht.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Halteelement aus einer anderen Riementrumm besteht.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Halteelement aus einer Rolle besteht.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    sie mindestens vier Riemen (1, 2, 3, 4) umfaßt, welche die beiden unteren und oberen Bahnen als Position der Blende (6) definieren,
    im Aufsteigen der Blende (6) ein erster Teil der unteren Trumm (1a) eines ersten Riemens (1) oder oberen Riemens, und ein erster Teil der oberen Trumm (2a) eines zweiten Riemens (2) oder unteren Riemens in Kontakt stehen,
    im Abfallen der Selektiermittel (6) ein zweiter Teil der unteren Trumm (1b) des ersten Riemens (1) in Kontakt steht mit der oberen Trumm (3a) eines dritten Riemens (3), und ein zweiter Teil der oberen Trumm (2b) des zweiten Riemens (2) in Kontakt steht mit der unteren Trumm (4a) eines vierten Riemens (4).
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur einer der besagten Riemen (2) versehen ist mit eigenen mechanischen Zugmitteln, wobei die anderen Riemen durch Reibung auf diesem einen bewegt werden.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle mechanischen Elemente auf einer einzigen Platte (30) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie ein Modul bilden, welches unabhängig gesteuert und positioniert werden kann.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blende (6) auf einem mobilen Hebel um eine absteigende Rotationsachse(22) montiert ist, unter der Einwirkung einer Hebeeinrichtung (18), gesteuert von einem pneumatischen Schnellventil (16), welches von einem Unterdruckbehälter (14) gespeist wird.
