Abstract

The device holds a cassette (1) which has an information area, preferably for displaying prices, and has an adapter (4) which can be connected to a supporting element. In Fig. 1 ist eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform von Adapter 4 und Verbindungselement 5 einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung dargestellt. Der Adapter 4 besteht aus einem rohrförmigen Teil 9 und einem starr oder lösbar mit dem rohrförmigen Teil 9 verbundenen rechteckigen Teil 10. Das rechteckige Teil 10 hat im Bereich seiner Kanten Teile 6, die - wie durch den Pfeil dargestellt - in das komplementär geformte Aufnahmeteil 7 des Adapters 4 eingeclipst werden können. Das dem Aufnahmeteil 7 gegenüberliegende Teil des Adapters 4 ist als Zunge 14 ausgebildet, die in Stege 15 auf der Rückseite der Kassette 1 (oder Tafel) eingreifen. Eine derartige Kassettenbefestigung, bestehend aus Zunge und Stegen, ist bereits aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 93 00 474 bekannt geworden. In Fig. 5 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung von tragendem Element 3, Adapter 4 und Verbindungselement 5 gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zu sehen. Das tragende Element 3 ist als Klemme 11 ausgestaltet, die sich - wie in Fig. 6 gezeigt - hervorragend an Kanten beliebiger Gegenstände (z.B. Kisten 28) festklemmen läßt.
Die Klemme 11 besteht aus zwei Seitenteilen 29 mit Klemmflächen 25 im unteren Bereich. Beide Seitenteile 29 sind über eine Schraube 26 miteinander verbunden. Die Klemmflächen 25 werden über eine Klemmfeder 27 zusammengedrückt.
An einem der beiden Seitenteile 29 ist der Adapter 4 starr oder lösbar angebracht. Der Adapter 4 ist vorzugsweise ein langgestrecktes Teil 12 mit Aufnahmeteilen 6 in beiden Endbereichen. Wie durch die beiden Pfeile angedeutet, ist das Teil 7 des Verbindungsteils 5 in jedes der beiden Aufnahmeteile 6 des Adapters 4 einclipsbar. Wie auch im Falle der zuvorbeschriebenen Ausführungsform richtet sich die Anzeigefläche 2 bzw. der Schwerpunkt der Kassette 1 - unabhängig von der Winkelneigung der Klemme 11 - stets automatisch parallel zur wirkenden Schwerkraft aus.

Fig. 7a zeigt eine Seitenansicht der in den beiden vorhergehenden Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. Besonderes Augenmerk wird im folgenden auf den Befestigungsmechanismus 13 zwischen Adapter 4 und tragendem Element 3 (hier: der Klemme 11) gerichtet.
An dem Adapter 4 befinden sich in einem der beiden Endbereiche zwei zusammendrückbare Laschen 18, die passend zur vorzugsweise quadratischen Öffnung 19 eines der beiden Seitenteile 29 ausgebildet sind. Die Rastkanten 20 der Laschen 18 (siehe hierzu insbesondere den Querschnitt der Fig. 8d) rasten im Gebrauchszustand in die Kanten 21 der Öffnung 19 ein und schaffen so einen innigen Zusammenhalt zwischen Adapter 4 und Klemme 11.

Die Verstellung erfolgt hier durch kurzfristiges Auseinanderbewegen beider Teile (4, 11) während des Drückens des Knopfes 24, der an dem Adapter 4 über einen Stift 30 und eine Feder 22 befestigt ist.
Im Gebrauchszustand drückt die Feder 22 das Seitenteil 29 der Klemme 11 fest gegen den Adapter 4, wobei die starre Verbindung durch Rastelemente 23 an Seitenteil 29 und Adapter 4 gewährleistet wird. Um beide Teile (4, 11) voneinander abzuheben, wird der Knopf 24 gegen das Seitenteil 29 der Klemme 11 gedrückt. Anschließend läßt sich der Adapter 4 problemlos relativ zum Seitenteil 29 der Klemme 11 verdrehen. Diese Ausführungsform ist insbesondere für die Verstellung hinsichtlich der Höhe parallel zum Seitenteil 29 der Klemme 11 geeignet.

Claims (11)

Vorrichtung zur Halterung einer Kassette, die über eine Anzeigefläche vorzugsweise Preisinformation vermittelt, bestehend aus einem tragenden Element (3), einem Adapter (4) und einem länglichen Verbindungselement (5),
wobei der Adapter (4) mit dem tragenden Element (3) verbindbar ist,
wobei an dem Adapter (4) ein Teil (6) zur Aufnahme eines korrespondierenden Teils (7), das in zumindest einem der beiden Endbereiche des länglichen Verbindungselements (5) angeordnet ist, vorgesehen ist,
wobei die beiden korrespondierenden Teile (6, 7) an Adapter (4) und Verbindungselement (5) derart ausgebildet sind, daß das längliche Verbindungselement (5) pendelnd an dem Adapter (4) gelagert ist, so daß die Kassette (1), sobald sie an der Vorrichtung angebracht ist, sich unabhängig von der jeweiligen Position des tragenden Elements (3) im wesentlichen parallel zur Schwerkraft ausrichtet.

wobei der rechteckige Teil (10) in zumindest einem seiner vier Seitenbereiche das Teil (6) zur Aufnahme des korrespondierenden Teils (7) des Verbindungselements (5) aufweist.
