Abstract

Spannrahmenkrumpftrockner zum Krumpfen und Trocknen von offener Maschen- und Webware und Schlauchmaschenware. Der Spannrahmenkrumpftrockner besteht aus einem Spannrahmenteil 1 mit einem Tragtuch 6 zum Stützen der Maschen- und Webware wähend des Durchlaufs und auf jeder Seite jeweils einer Nadelkette 5 zum Aufnadeln der Seitenränder von offener Maschen- und Webware und einem Düsentrocknerteil 2, der dem Spannrahmenteil 1 nachgeordnet ist. Ein Einführungsteil 3 mit Krumpfwalze 18 zum Voreilen von offener Maschen- oder Webware 10 und zum Einführen der offenen Maschen- oder Webware auf das Tragtuch 6 ist am Spannrahmenteil 1 angeordnet. Ein weiterer Einführungsteil 4 mit Krumpfwalze zum Einführen von Schlauchmaschenware 11 dient dazu, die Schlauchmaschenware auf das Tragtuch 6 des Spannrahmenteils mit einstellbarer Voreilung einzuführen. Der Einführungsteil 4 für die Schlauchware 11 ist bezüglich des Tragtuches 6 schwenkbar angebracht. Im Düsentrocknerteil 2 sind zwei beabstandete Tücher 13 und 14 vorgesehen, die zwischen Ober- und Unterluftdüsen 7 und 8 angeordnet sind und zwischen denen die zu behandelnde Maschen- und Webware hindurchläuft. Die Nadelketten 5 laufen auch durch den Düsentrocknerteil 2 und zwar zwischen den Tüchern 13, 14 hindurch und sind jeweils seitlich aus dem Arbeitsbereich des Düsentrocknerteils 2 wegfahrbar ausgebildet.

In the nozzle dryer part 2, two spaced cloths 13 and 14 are provided, which are arranged between the upper and lower air nozzles 7 and 8 and between which the knitted and woven fabric to be treated passes. The needle chains 5 also run through the nozzle dryer part 2, specifically between the cloths 13, 14 and are each designed to be movable away from the working area of the nozzle dryer part 2.
