Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular a sweeper, for example a carpet sweeper with a device for collecting dust, dirt or the like from a surface to be cleaned, for example.
- a cleaning device for example a carpet sweeper with a device for collecting dust, dirt or the like from a surface to be cleaned, for example.
- Sweeping elements preferably in the form of brushes, and a receptacle for the dirt picked up
- the Cleaning device has means by means of which Cleaning device for emptying the receiving chamber with an external suction device can be interconnected and the means consist of a suction nozzle.
- Such a cleaning device is from the DE-A1 34 09 351 known.
- carpet sweeper to point out known cleaning devices.
- Such carpet sweepers are also already known with an electric drive, why for example on the German utility model 75 34 321 and 75 36 434 is to be referenced.
- the state of the Technology also refer to DE-OS 29 43 201 and US-A-5 018 240. at it is also such carpet sweepers known, the collected dirt in a separate Pick up recording. To empty the intake can be removed from the device altogether.
- vacuum cleaner devices are known for what only as an example to DE-OS 39 11 580 is referred.
- the said dirt is in a dust bag collected after opening the vacuum cleaner can be removed and disposed of altogether can.
- the suction device can be a conventional one, for example Be a vacuum cleaner.
- This is a cleaning device created, the inclusion of an intermediate storage for the collected dirt.
- the Recording itself is preferably not openable or from removable from the device.
- the emptying can only be done by Connection of a suction device, in particular the usual vacuum cleaner.
- Advantageously can use this cleaning device for a long period of time and several cleaning processes are used without the need for the suction device to join. If the suction device is used anyway, can also drain the cleaning device hereby be made. Also the Dirt collected by the cleaning device has been put in the dust bag in the usual way of a vacuum cleaner and can then be transported in total disposed of with the dust bag in the usual way become.
- the cleaning device can be motor-operated or just be hand operated.
- the engine operation can provided in particular for driving the cleaning brushes his.
- the receiving chamber has a suction nozzle has, for connecting the suction device.
- the suction nozzle is therefore directly with the receiving chamber coupled.
- the reception chamber be designed such that following one Inlet funnel, which in the case of sweeping brushes in the tangential direction of ejection of the sweeping brushes is, a trough-like receiving groove is formed.
- This receiving channel preferably extends further across a direction in which the cleaning device usually move for cleaning purposes is. It is also advantageous to the receiving channel in extending substantially above the inlet funnel to arrange. Through the inlet funnel, the particles of dirt thrown off by the brushes steered upwards and redirected so that they then in the receiving channel will fall. In a cross section is the Admission chamber with a snail housing to compare.
- the inlet funnel also extends expediently essentially over the length the receiving channel and at the same time via the Length of the sweeping brushes, for example.
- the suction port can advantageously in a bottom of the receiving channel lead.
- a cleaning device 1 in the form of a Carpet sweeper.
- the cleaning device points here Brush 2, of which two are usually two Brushes side by side on a central drive are arranged.
- An electric motor is also provided, which is not shown in detail, for the drive the sweeping brushes 2.
- the cleaning device 1 has a receptacle 3, in which dirt particles, dust etc., which by means of Sweeping brushes 2 swept up, collected.
- Fig. 1 is schematically in a receiving groove 4
- Receiving chamber 3 accumulated dirt 5 shown.
- the receiving chamber 3 with a suction nozzle 6 formed in a bottom of the receiving groove 4 opens.
- the bottom of the receiving channel 4 is So partially interrupted in the area of the suction nozzle 6.
- the suction nozzle 6 can in the embodiment, middle with respect to a transverse extension (Extension in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the sweeping brushes 2) the receiving chamber 3, he can also be assigned to one or both sides, for example formed the front ends of the receiving chamber 3 be and in contrast to the embodiment the bottom of the receiving channel 4 would then be at double-sided arrangement twice through a suction nozzle 6 interrupted.
- the suction nozzle can also directly connected to one or both ends his. Here is an enforcement of the Soil not required.
- the receiving chamber 3 also has an inlet funnel 7, which is in the direction of the sweeping brushes 2 is arranged.
- the inlet funnel 7 is in its mouth area 8 designed with an opening height, which corresponds approximately to a radius of the carpet sweeping brushes 2. It then tapers and is up curved to a height h, at which an inner Trough wall 9 forms the end of the receiving channel 4.
- the suction nozzle penetrates 6 the inlet funnel 7 based approximately in the middle a longitudinal or transverse extension of the inlet funnel 7 and the recording 3 in total. In this area the penetrating suction nozzle 6 ends in the inlet funnel 7 as a flow divider.
- the receiving channel 4th above the inlet funnel 7 and to an opening of the Inlet funnel 7 is arranged sunk.
- the receiving channel 4 is roughly assigned to one upper cross-sectional half of a brush 2.
- the receiving funnel 7 is together with the receiving channel 4, as it were, like a snail housing designed.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 From the representations of FIGS. 1 and 2 is can also be seen that the suction nozzle 6 in a Suction line 10 opens out via a connecting piece 11 with a suction device shown only schematically, namely a vacuum cleaner 12 in particular is connectable.
- the connecting piece 11 can be closed.
- the Mouth opening 8 of the inlet funnel 7 through a Venetian blind is closable. This can cause it to fall out of collected dirt, such as one Manipulation of the device can be avoided.
- the design of the receiving chamber 3 is further in detail from FIGS. 3 to 6.
- Fig. 5 shows is also the connection of the Suction channel 6 together with the associated part the receiving channel 4 and the upper one essentially circular arcuate end 13 snail-like educated.
- locking means 14 the receiving chamber 3 be locked in the cleaning device 1.
- the receiving chamber 3rd not operationally arranged in the cleaning device is.
