Description

The present invention relates to an oven according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such an oven is known from the document DE 32 46 333 A1, the the top of the oven door extends over the entire door width extending ledge. This has a recessed grip and ventilation slots and a vapor discharge opening connected to the cooking space. A condensation precipitation of the vapors emerging from the cooking space Avoid one over one in the oven door at the front of the oven Opening connected to the cooking chamber connected to the steam chamber, which runs vertically up to the door strip from the vapor inlet opening. A bent part closes on vertical parts of the vapor shaft horizontal extension on, by the door bar protruding or protruding from the door is covered and with its vapor outlet opening in the edge plane on the underside of the protruding part of the door molding ends.

A further oven is known from EP 0 482 602 A1, an air outlet opening being provided in the upper door edge in connection with an air guiding element arranged in the oven housing for the removal of the heated air which is heated in the vicinity of the oven muffle or which comes directly from the oven muffle. In this case, instead of a cooling air blower, an air trap is provided which faces downward with its open shell side and faces the housing space and, if appropriate, a vapor outlet opening. The vapors are directed near the air outlet opening in the handle area and mix there with the air coming from the air trap. Advantageously, the vapors are not discharged through an opening in the oven muffle into the interior of the oven housing and from there to the outside, which means that, in particular, complex sealing of the vapor guide in the oven housing can be dispensed with. A disadvantage of the oven known from EP 0 482 602 A1 is, on the one hand, that the vapor can be pressed into the interior of the oven. On the other hand, the air that wants to flow out of the space between the oven muffle and the oven housing is severely hampered by the vapors flowing out of the oven door, which can lead to heat build-up. Furthermore, the vapor can disadvantageously precipitate directly in the area of the door or the door handle, since the air flow of the air flowing out of the housing is too weak to direct the vapor away from the device quickly and specifically.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an oven, in which those that occur when the fume comes out of the oven Problems are reduced.

According to the invention this is achieved in an oven with the features of claim 1. The vapors flowing out of the oven muffle through the oven door into the outlet section are quickly and specifically directed out of the oven by the cooling air. The penetration of the vapors into the interior of the oven is excluded, the pollution of the oven in the front area by vapors is significantly reduced. The injector effect due to the slight negative pressure ensures that sufficient vapors are extracted from the oven muffle. In addition, the blowing out of the vapor is improved in this area by the accelerated cooling air. Furthermore, the constriction is formed by an air baffle that directs the vapors in the direction of flow of the blown cooling air. The vapor is thus introduced into the cooling air flow in a fluidly favorable manner without substantial eddy formation. The arrangement of a tubular vapor channel within the blow-out section can be dispensed with. This would reduce the air outlet cross section for the cooling air and thus hinder the blowing out of the cooling air, which would reduce the cooling capacity. In addition, an additional component made of high-temperature-resistant material would be required for the vapor duct in the blow-out section. The outflowing vapors are further prevented from condensing on the underside of a flow orifice, which is often arranged in this area, by an air cushion which forms the outflowing cooling air between vapors and the flow orifice. The air baffle at least seals off the edge region of the vapor opening of the vapor channel facing the blown-out cooling air and extends in a hood-like manner into the outlet section.

The air baffle is both on the inside and on the outside aerodynamically favorable in the sense of a vortex-free flow, on the one hand vortex formation at the edges of the air baffle when inflowing through the blown out To prevent cooling air and secondly the introduction of the vapor flow in the cooling air flow cheap to design. Neither by the inflow of the Air baffles through the cooling air still by introducing of the fumes in the cooling air flow will blow out the Cooling air obstructed or the cooling air out of control Whirled oven. This is the efficiency of the cooling system and improves the blowing out of the vapors from the oven.

Enveloping the stream of vapors emerging from the oven door with a flow of cooling air on both sides the vapor flow is improved in that the air baffle only extends over part of the width of the blow-out section and in particular the cross section of these in their Side areas not decreased. Because this also creates a vortex prevented in the peripheral areas of the escaping air is can be excluded that the emerging hot air, for example, to the critical front edges if necessary existing display furniture flows and this is impermissible heats up. Furthermore, a possible "cooling air flow short circuit" prevented, which would be that the one flowing to the front edges warmed from the inside of the oven blown cooling air in this area instead of cooler Air through the cooling air fan back into the oven Cooling purposes is sucked.

According to a preferred embodiment, a flow orifice, part of the door attached to it, where both the outlet section and the mouth of the vapor channel are also formed. Thereby there is no need to blow out the cooling air or of steaming through the actual oven door. A possibly Soiling is therefore only on the flow orifice limited. Furthermore, the flow orifice conveniently used to blow out and to hide the corresponding openings from the viewer. According to a preferred embodiment, the Flow orifice at least the air outlet opening and protrudes over the front of the housing. This allows the cooling air or the vapors from the area of the front of the housing be led away. It is particularly favorable if the Flow orifice pulled down like a roof at the free end is. So are due to the flow velocity of the exiting Air also above the flow orifice on the front of the housing arranged controls and indicators protected from vapors or hot air.

According to a preferred embodiment, the oven door has a convection cavity between the outer door leaf and the door base on, at least partially in the blowout section flows into. Through an injector effect, if any the blown-out cooling air also ensures an improvement in the ventilation of the oven door and thus for reducing their front temperature. If a door Cooling air outlet opening in the flow direction in the connection opens into the outlet section at the area of the vapor opening, the door cooling air forms a lower air cushion, causing the vapors in the case of the flow orifice and the air baffle on all sides of non-greasy cooling air essentially enveloped in a vortex-free manner and out of the flow orifice or the furnace. Soiling of the door or the flow aperture in this area is wider decreased.

To also be particularly suitable for self-cleaning operations to be is a control element in the vapor channel, in particular a flap controlled by a thermocouple is arranged, that the vapor channel automatically at high temperatures closes.

The oven according to the figures is a so-called built-in oven designed and has an outer furnace housing 1, with which he on a setting plate 2 of a not shown Kitchen furniture is resting. Also on the side walls of the outer furnace housing 1 do not close any further shown kitchen display furniture. Inside the furnace housing 1 there is a cuboid, only schematically indicated, metallic oven muffle 3 with a loading opening moving muffle flange 4 and one the furnace muffle 3 surrounding insulation 5. The oven muffle 3 or the cooking space contains electric heating elements 6 in the form of a tubular heater and behind an impact wall 7 an impeller 8, that is driven by a blower motor 9. The charging opening the oven muffle 3 can be closed by a Oven door 11, consisting of a door base 12 with one in it attached glass panel and an outer door panel 13 in Form of a transparent glass pane. Between the door floor 12 and the door leaf 13 is a convection cavity 14 with Air intake openings described below and in more detail below Air openings formed above. At the top of the Oven door 11 is attached to a handle bar 15, the one over has the flow orifice 17 protruding from the housing front. This has a roof-like downward approach 18 on. The flow orifice 17 extends over the entire width of the oven and one above the handle 15 control panel 19 attached to the furnace housing with display and controls 20. In the two side areas of the Handle part 15 is an air outlet opening in each of these 21 provided as an elongated horizontal Slit is formed, which from the flow orifice 17th is covered. These two ventilation slots 17 are for Blowing out the cooling air is sufficient, as explained later is. Above the oven muffle 3 is within the Furnace housing 1, a cooling fan 23 arranged in itself known way cooling air from the outside into the outer furnace housing 1 sucks. Closes on the exhaust side of the cooling fan 23 there is a channel-shaped blowout section 25 in the furnace housing 1 on in the air outlet opening 21 of the handle bar 15th opens and in this its continuation as blow-out section 25 takes place, as is explained in more detail in Fig. 3. Inside the Oven door 11 extends in the upper area between the oven muffle 3 and the blow-out section 25 are tubular Vapor channel 27 made of high temperature resistant plastic material. This vapors during the cooking process the actual baking chamber pushed outwards without entering the Convection cavity 14 of the door 11 can get. To the Otherwise close the cooking space essentially airtight, a seal 28 moves the inside of the door panel 12. Im Area of an opening 29 of the vapor channel 27 into the outlet section 25 is an air baffle 31 is arranged, the one essentially horizontally extending vapor opening 30 of the handle bar 15 or the vapor channel 27 in the blowout section 25 now displaced essentially vertically. At the same time is a constriction through the air baffle 31 32 formed in the blowout section 25. In the direction of flow following the vapor opening 30 is between the handle bar 15 and the outer door panel 13 a door cooling air outlet opening 33 formed.

3, a section of the oven is highly schematic represented the flow of different air or better illustrate vapor masses with flow arrows to be able to. The blown cooling air flow is included 35, the vapor flow with 36 and the door cooling air flow with 37 designated. When the oven door 11 is closed, the cooling fan blows 23 (not shown) the cooling air 35 through the in the furnace housing 1 trained blowout section 25 to the air outlet opening 21 of the flow orifice 17. The blow-out section 25 takes place its continuation in the flow orifice 17. The Blow-out section 25 at its top through the actual one Flow orifice 17, on its underside through a base plate 41 of the handle bar 15 and on both sides bounded by a respective side web 43 of the handle bar 15 (Fig.4). Following the air outlet opening 21 is an air baffle on the bottom plate 41 of the handle bar 15 31 attached, forming the constriction 32 in the Blow-out section 25 protrudes. As a result, the housing 1 blown cooling air in this area speeds up what causes a slight pressure drop in the air flow, and thus on the one hand the vapors 36 from the oven muffle 3 through the vapor duct 27 and on the other hand the door cooling air 37 sucked out of the convection cavity 14 into the blowout section 25. The air baffle 31 sits on the slot-shaped Vapor opening 30 formed in the bottom plate 41 and when the handle bar 15 is mounted on the oven door 11 represents the actual outlet opening for the vapor channel 27. The air baffle 31 closes the one facing the flow long side and the narrow side edge areas of the Vapor opening 30 and extends forward like a hood bulging, fluidically in the sense of a vortex-free flow cheap in the blowout section 25. There is an inside 45 of the air baffle 31 in the direction of flow evenly curved upwards towards the outside of the air baffle 31. In their side sections 47, the air baffle 31 is curved evenly except for the Bottom plate 41 pulled down. The cross section of the blow-out section 25 is slightly reduced by the air baffle 31, while in the second air outlet of the Handle bar 15 (not shown) a reduction in cross section is only provided for the intake of door cooling air. Farther the air baffle 31 is shaped to be streamlined, whereby the total leakage of the cooling air flow 35 and so that the cooling of the oven is favored.

Due to the arrangement of the confluence of the three air flows 35, 36, 37 is the vapor stream 36 on all sides and in particular below and above from through the cooling air flow 35 and the door cooling air flow 37 enveloped air cushion. The entire airflow is slanted downward away from the front of the case blown. In the vapor channel 27 is a controlled Flap 49 arranged, the vapor channel 27 for example sealed in the pyrolytic self-cleaning operation.
