  4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the spacing between the rows of retaining tabs (2) and the spacing between the individual retaining tabs (2) within a row can be varied as a function of the size and packing density of the binding combs (3).
  5. Device according to claims 1 and 4, characterised in that the rows of retaining tabs (2) are arranged in parallel with one another.
