Abstract

Device made from foldable planar material for forming compartments for receiving containers comprising at least two parallel longitudinal strips and at least two transverse ribs joined via first fold lines to the longitudinal strips, transverse ribs joined to adjacent longitudinal strips being joined together in overlapping regions.

Description

The invention relates to a foldable sheet material device for forming containers for receiving containers, to a blank for forming such a device and to a packaging formed with such a device.

Bottles are often transported and stored in outer packaging made of cardboard. To avoid glass contact and glass breakage, the bottles in the outer packaging are often arranged in compartments and thus separated from each other. The compartments are conventionally formed by two groups of cardboard strips. The cardboard strips of one group have slots extending from the bottom, which extend approximately half the height. The cardboard strips of the other group have slots extending from the top, which also extend about half the height. At the slots, the cardboard strips are nested so that they form a kind of grid that limits the compartments.

The preparation and assembly of the known apparatus for forming compartments are relatively expensive. The cost of materials is high. Although it is possible to fold the device. Due to the different number of superimposed layers, however, it can occur when storing a plurality of folded devices one above the other to uneven stacks that tend to slip and thus the Complicate use. The unfolding and insertion of the devices in outer packaging is expensive. The cardboard strips of the loosely assembled construction can easily fall apart. As a result, high machine speeds are prevented when inserting the device in an outer packaging.

The FR 2 779 121 A describes a foldable sheet material apparatus for forming trays for containers having two parallel longitudinal strips and two transverse wings connected by first fold lines to the longitudinal strips. Cross wings connected to adjacent longitudinal strips are interconnected in overlapping areas. At least one transverse strip is connected via second folding lines with two adjacent longitudinal strips ( Fig. 7 and 8th ).

Based on this, the present invention seeks to provide a device of foldable flat material for forming compartments for receiving containers, which has a lower cost of materials and is more user-friendly. It is a further object of the invention to provide a blank for forming such a device. Finally, the invention is directed to a package with a device of the aforementioned kind.

The object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the device are specified in the subclaims.

The inventive device of foldable flat material for forming compartments for receiving containers has
  • at least two parallel longitudinal stripes,
  • at least two transverse wings connected to the longitudinal strips via first fold lines, transverse leaves connected to adjacent longitudinal strips being connected to one another in overlapping regions,
  • at least one transverse strip connected by means of second fold lines with adjacent longitudinal strips,
wherein the transverse strip has at least one section which is connected to a transverse wing in an interruption of the further, first and / or second fold line.

The device has at least one transverse strip connected via second fold lines with two adjacent longitudinal strips. According to another embodiment, the device has at least one transverse strip connected to two adjacent longitudinal strips via transverse wings.

The device according to the invention is based on longitudinal strips, which are connected to one another at an adjacent end via a transverse strip. The longitudinal strips can be used to separate bottles or other containers that are next to each other in rows. Furthermore, the device has transverse wings, which make it possible to separate containers arranged side by side in the rows. In addition, a separation of containers in the rows by the horizontal strip at the end of the longitudinal strips is possible. This construction avoids a multiplicity of additional transverse strips conventionally used with the longitudinal strips Formation of compartments to be put together. Rather, it is possible to punch out the transverse wings of the material of the longitudinal strips and fold out to form the compartments of the longitudinal strips. Optionally, at least one transverse strip is folded along the second fold lines transversely to the longitudinal strips. As a result, the material costs for the formation of the device can be reduced to about half compared to conventional devices. In addition, the fact that transverse wings connected to adjacent longitudinal strips are interconnected in the overlapping area ensures that adjacent longitudinal strips are connected to one another in an articulated manner by at least one transverse wing. This makes it possible to erect the device from a flat folded state into a stable configuration having the compartments for receiving the containers. In this case, the transverse wings can be folded back in the folded state of the device in the recesses of the longitudinal strips, from which they are punched out. As a result, strong material accumulation and uneven layer distributions in the stack of merged devices are avoided. This also facilitates the insertion of the device into an outer packaging. If the transverse wings in the overlapping areas are firmly connected to each other, the device is stable, so that it does not fall apart when inserted into the outer carton. Overall, a considerable saving of material is achieved and the possible processing speeds are increased and the process reliability considerably improved.

Basically, the longitudinal strips can be provided on only one side with transverse wings that delimit compartments on only one side of the longitudinal strips. Preferably, on both sides of the longitudinal strips compartments bounding transverse wings are present.

According to one embodiment, at least one transverse wing is connected to a further transverse wing in an interruption of the first fold line. The interconnected transverse wings define one side of a compartment on either side of the same longitudinal strip. As a result, a particularly material-saving Gefachbildung is possible.

In principle, the transverse wings may originally be separate from the longitudinal strips, which are fixedly connected to the longitudinal strips to form a fold line between the longitudinal strips and the transverse wings. Here, too, a material saving is already possible, e.g. in that transverse wings are used which, for example, have a lower height than the longitudinal strips. According to a preferred embodiment, which is particularly material-saving, at least one transverse wing is punched out of a longitudinal strip.

The overlapping areas between the transverse wings can be designed differently. For example, a transverse wing may have a serrated or wavy edge region which covers the adjacent transverse wing. According to one embodiment, at least one overlapping region has a tongue, tab or other projection projecting from a transverse wing. According to a further embodiment, the projection is associated with a complementary punching a transverse wing, which carries the tongue carrying transverse wing in the same longitudinal strip is adjacent. In this and in other embodiments of the overlapping region, the projection of the overlapping region is advantageously obtained from a punching out of an adjacent transverse wing of the same longitudinal strip.

The connection in the overlapping area can be, for example, a plug connection between a barbed tongue of one transverse wing with a slot of the other transverse wing. According to another embodiment, the transverse wings are connected to each other via bonds. This is particularly advantageous in terms of production technology and leads to a fixed connection of the transverse wings to one another and thus to a stable configuration of the device.

According to one embodiment, the longitudinal strips each have a plurality of transverse wings. This can be provided with a single device a variety of compartments.

The transverse strip has at least one section which is connected to a transverse wing in an interruption of the first and / or second fold line. In this embodiment, a transverse wing is present in continuation of the transverse strip, which limits an additional Gefach on one side. Preferably, the transverse strip is connected at both ends, each with a transverse wing. According to one embodiment, the entire transverse strip is connected at both ends via the transverse wings and the first fold lines with the adjacent longitudinal strips. According to another embodiment, only a portion of the transverse strip over the Transverse wing and the first fold lines connected to the adjacent longitudinal strips. At least a further portion of the transverse strip is connected via second fold lines with the adjacent longitudinal strips.

According to a further embodiment, at least one longitudinal strip has an end region which projects from the second fold line of an adjacent transverse strip and / or from the first fold line of an adjacent transverse flap. The end area bounded next to the horizontal strip or next to the transverse wing another Gefach on one side. In principle, the device can also be designed without projecting end region of the longitudinal strips. The transverse strip or the end-side transverse wing can then be supported on the inside of an outer packaging.

According to a further embodiment, the end region protrudes from the second fold line and / or from the first fold line by a distance corresponding to the diameter of a container. The thus sized end portion can be supported on the inside of an outer packaging, so that the device is correctly positioned at this point to the outer packaging.

For this purpose, the two outer longitudinal strips preferably each have at least one end region projecting by a distance corresponding to the diameter of a container. If the two outer longitudinal strips each have such an end region at both ends, these can be supported in an outer packaging, so that the compartments are always configured correctly. According to another embodiment, the projecting end portions of the outer longitudinal strips diagonally opposite each other. Preferably, the two projecting end portions are located at the ends on which the return forces act, loading the device in the folded position. As a result, the device is stably held in a package in a configuration in which containers can be inserted into the compartments.

According to another embodiment of the supernatant of the end portion undershoots the diameter of a container. This embodiment is particularly advantageous when the device is filled with containers prior to insertion into an outer packaging, since it is easier to insert into the outer carton.

According to one embodiment, at least one transverse wing, which is connected to an externally arranged longitudinal strip, has a maximum projection over the transverse fold connecting the longitudinal strip to the first folding line, which corresponds to the diameter of a container. This makes it possible to position the device in the correct position over the transverse wing in an outer packaging.

According to a further embodiment, the outer longitudinal strips each have at least two transverse wings with a corresponding projection. This makes it possible to securely hold the device in an overpack even in the transverse direction in the correct position, which allows easy insertion of bottles. According to another embodiment, the transverse wings with the corresponding projection on only two diagonally opposite end portions of the longitudinal strips present. With correspondingly restoring forces, in this case the device is fixed in the desired arrangement.

According to another embodiment, the projections of the transverse wings are smaller than the diameter of a container. This embodiment is particularly advantageous when the device is filled with containers prior to insertion into an outer packaging, since it is easier to insert into the outer packaging.

Basically, the number of longitudinal strips of the device is arbitrary. With regard to common packaging sizes, the device according to one embodiment has two or three longitudinal strips.

In principle, the number of transverse strips is arbitrary. With regard to common packaging sizes, according to one embodiment, one or two transverse strips are present.

According to one embodiment, the device is folded, so that adjacent longitudinal strips lie on one another and transverse wings are at least partially folded into the longitudinal strips, with which they are connected. This allows a space-saving storage and easy transport and an advantageous provision for insertion in an outer packaging.

According to one embodiment, the device is erected, so that the transverse wings and optionally the at least one transverse strip are arranged transversely to the longitudinal strips. In this configuration, the device is ready for receiving containers.

In principle, the device can delimit any number of compartments. According to one embodiment, it limits six, nine, twelve, sixteen, eighteen, twenty, or twentyfold divisions in view of popular packaging sizes.

In principle, various materials are suitable for the device, e.g. a plastic or corrugated cardboard. According to one embodiment, the device is made of cardboard.

Furthermore, the object is achieved by a blank with the features of claim 23. Advantageous embodiments of the blank are specified in subclaims.

According to the invention, a blank for forming a device of the aforementioned type comprises a strip of foldable flat material having at least two directed perpendicularly to its longitudinal direction first and / or second fold lines, which themselves and / or their imaginary continuations each have a longitudinal strip on one side and a Narrowing transverse strips on both sides, which has in each longitudinal strip at least one perpendicular to the longitudinal direction extending first fold line, from the ends of which a transverse wing defining punched out, with transverse wings adjacent Longitudinal strips whose first fold lines have the same distance from the transverse strip are extended in the longitudinal direction of the strip by distances from their first fold lines, the sum of which exceeds the width of the adjacent transverse strip, wherein the first fold lines delimiting the horizontal strip or a portion of the transverse strip are interrupted the outer ends of the first fold lines transverse wings in the longitudinal strips defining punch outs, which transverse wings are connected between the inner ends of the first fold lines with the transverse strip or a portion of the transverse strip.

According to one embodiment, the transverse strip or at least a portion of the transverse strip is connected to the longitudinal strips via the second fold lines. According to the invention, the first folding lines delimiting the transverse strips are interrupted, starting from the outer ends of the first folding lines transverse wings in the longitudinal strips delimiting punch-outs, which transverse wings are connected between the inner ends of the first fold lines with the transverse strip or a portion of the transverse strip.

The blank according to the invention is advantageously formed in one piece, but may also be formed from several parts. It can be produced in a simple punching process from a sheet material or sheet material. For the production of the packaging from the blank, only the transverse wings in the overlapping areas need to be connected to each other, for which, for example, plug connections or adhesive connections can be produced. The fold lines are formed, for example, as interrupted punching lines, scoring lines or score lines.

According to one embodiment, at least two transverse wings are articulated to a longitudinal strip via a discontinuous first fold line, wherein a transverse wing is bounded by a punching line, which starts from the outer ends of the interrupted first fold line and another transverse wing is bounded by a further punching line, which is bounded by the inner ends of the same interrupted first fold line and extends on the other side of the interrupted first fold line. In the above manner, the longitudinal strip is designed with transverse wings, which are foldable on different sides of the longitudinal strip.

According to a further embodiment, adjacent transverse wings in at least one longitudinal strip have at least one longitudinally projecting tongue or tab or other projection and a punch-out receiving the latter. The tab or other protrusion forms part of an overlap region which is connectable to a transverse wing of an adjacent longitudinal strip. With this blank, the overlapping area is made possible with very little effort.

According to one embodiment, the first and / or second fold lines, which delimit a transverse strip, are interrupted fold lines, from the inner and / or outer ends of which punch outs are provided which delimit a projecting end region of the longitudinal strips. In this embodiment, the projecting end portion is advantageously obtained from the horizontal strip. According to one embodiment, the first and / or second fold lines delimiting a transverse strip or a portion of the transverse strip have a discontinuous central region, from whose inner ends a portion of the transverse strip emanates, and from the outer ends of which punch outs are formed which define transverse wings in the longitudinal strips , In this blank, transverse wings in continuation of the transverse strip are advantageously foldable out of the adjacent longitudinal strips.

For the choice of material of the blank, what has been said above for the device applies. According to a preferred embodiment, the blank is made of cardboard.

According to one embodiment, the outer packaging is substantially cuboid. Included are embodiments of the outer packaging, which taper in adaptation to the upper region of the bottles in the upper region in at least one vertical plane upwards.

According to one embodiment, the device is connected via end tabs on longitudinal strips and / or on transverse wings with the outer packaging. As a result, an immovable positioning of the device in the outer packaging is achieved in all directions, in particular in the vertical direction.

The tabs may be e.g. only support on the insides of the outer packaging. But you can also have a plug connection with the outer packaging. According to one embodiment, the tabs are connected via bonds to the outer packaging.

According to one embodiment, the side walls of the outer packaging are connected to each other by fold lines and the outer packaging is folded into a flat envelope, in which the folded device is arranged. In this way, the overwrap may be delivered to the user with the contained trash-forming device, which will erect the package and pack containers.

It is a space-saving storage and transport in stacks possible. Also, the machine trigger from the stack can be done by machine at high speed. The bottom of the outer packaging is e.g. provided with a longitudinal bottom fold so that the bottom automatically straightens when the package is erected. But it is also possible to use a plug bottom or a still to be closed in the packaging process floor with multiple bottom flaps. The same applies to the lid, which can be closed during the packaging process, however, only after the onset of the container.

According to one embodiment, the outer packaging and the device are erected.

According to a further embodiment, the outer packaging consists of cardboard. There are also other materials into consideration, in particular corrugated board. In principle, other foldable flat materials are possible, such as plastic.

According to a further embodiment, containers are inserted into the compartments formed by the device. According to a further embodiment, the containers are bottles.

The blank 1.1 of Fig. 1 is formed of a strip 2.1 made of cardboard. He has in the vicinity of its transverse central axis two interrupted, parallel first fold lines 103.1, 104.1 and second fold lines 3.1, 4.1.

Outside the first and second fold lines 103.1, 104.1, 3.1 and 4.1 longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 are present. Between the fold lines 103.1, 104.1, 3.1 and 4.1 sections of a transverse strip 7.1 are arranged.

The second fold lines 3.1 and 4.1 have outer, i. from the longitudinal side edges of the strip 2.1 outgoing sections, from the inner ends of punched 8.1, 9.1 go out. The punched-out 8.1, 9.1 each extend approximately to the transverse central axis of the strip 2.1, then a piece of the transverse central axis along the longitudinal central axis and then each parallel to the longitudinal central axis of the strip 2.1 to the first fold lines 103.1, 104.1 back, wherein they on the inner ends meet the first fold lines 103.1 and 104.1. The cutouts 8.1 and 9.1 thus define projecting end portions 10.1 and 11.1 of the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1.

The middle, strip-shaped section of the transverse strip 7.1 is connected on both sides via interruptions of the first fold lines 103.1 and 104.1 with transverse wings 12.1, 13.1. The transverse wings 12.1, 13.1 are delimited within the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 by punching 14.1, 15.1, which are the outer Connect ends of the first fold lines 103.1 and 104.1 with each other. The punches 14.1, 15.1 are each substantially trapezoidal, wherein the narrower parallel side is connected to the strip-shaped central portion of the transverse strip 7.1.

Die weiteren ersten Faltlinien 16.1, 17.1, 18.1, 19.1 sind parallel zu den ersten Faltlinien 103.1, 104.1 und den zweiten Faltlinien 3.1, 4.1.In the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 are each two further interrupted first fold lines 16.1, 17.1, 18.1, 19.1 available. The further first fold lines 16.1, 17.1, 18.1, 19.1 are parallel to the first fold lines 103.1, 104.1 and the second fold lines 3.1, 4.1.

The inner ends of the first fold lines 16.1, 17.1 are each connected to each other by punching 20.1, 21.1, each punched 20.1, 21.1 defines a substantially trapezoidal transverse wing 22.1, 23.1. The transverse wings 22.1, 23.1 are connected with their narrow parallel sides with the first fold lines 16.1, 17.1. The wide parallel sides are facing the transverse wings 12.1, 13.1. The transverse wing 23.1 has a lug 24.1 directed away from the first fold line 17.1, which is delimited by a cutout 25.1 in the base of the transverse wing 13.1.

Die Ausstanzungen 28.1, 29.1 verbinden jeweils die äußeren Enden der Abschnitte der ersten Faltlinie 16.1, 17.1.The transverse wings 22.1, 23.1 are connected by the interruption of the first fold lines 16.1, 17.1 with further transverse wings 26.1, 27.1, which are arranged on the other sides of the first fold lines 16.1, 17.1. The further transverse wings 26.1, 27.1 are likewise delimited by trapezoidal cutouts 28.1, 29.1, which have their broad parallel side at the first fold lines 16.1, 17.1. The cutouts 28.1, 29.1 respectively connect the outer ends of the sections of the first fold line 16.1, 17.1.

From the outer ends of the first fold lines 18.1, 19.1 go out punching 30.1, 31.1, the transverse wing 32.1, 33.1 limit. The transverse wings 32.1, 33.1 are trapezoidal, with their broad parallel sides fall into the first fold lines 18.1, 19.1. Their narrow parallel sides abut the narrow parallel sides of the further transverse wings 26.1, 27.1. In this case, the transverse wing 33.1 has a substantially rectangular tab 34.1 pointing away from the further fold line 19.1, which is bounded by a cutout 35.1 in the further transverse wing 27.1.

Finally, the transverse wings 32.1, 33.1 through the interruptions of the first fold lines 18.1, 19.1 connected to other transverse wings 36.1, 37.1, which are arranged on the other sides of the first fold lines 18.1, 19.1. The further transverse wings 36.1, 37.1 are likewise trapezoidal, with the narrow parallel sides falling into the further fold lines 18.1, 19.1. They are limited by cutouts 38.1, 39.1, emanating from the inner ends of the sections of the first fold lines 18.1, 19.1.

To form a device for forming compartments, the longitudinal strip 2.1 is folded around the fold line 3.1 against the transverse strip 7.1 and the longitudinal strips 6.1. In this case, the inner sides of the tabs 24.1 and 34.1 are glued to the inner sides of the transverse wings 26.1 and 36.1 which strike them.

According to Fig. 2 the device is the previously described, folded flat state folded by the transverse strip 7.1 to the Folding line 4.1 is pivoted perpendicular to the longitudinal strips 6.1. In this case, automatically pivot all transverse wings 12.1, 22.1, 26.1, 32.1, 36.1 in an orientation perpendicular to the longitudinal strip 5.1. Furthermore, in this case automatically pivot the transverse wing 13.1, 23.1, 27.1, 33.1 and 37.1 transverse to the longitudinal strips 6.1.

The device is arranged in this configuration in an outer packaging, not shown.

Between the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 are delimited by the horizontal strip 7.1 and the inwardly pivoted transverse wings 26.1, 23.1 and 36.1 and 33.1 compartments. At the end at which the longitudinal strips 5.1, 6.1 are not connected to one another by transverse strips, another Gefach is additionally delimited by a wall of the outer packaging, not shown: Similarly, at the two outer sides of the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 compartments between the longitudinal strips 5.1 and 6.1 , the outwardly projecting transverse wings 12.1, 22.1, 32.1 and 13.1, 27.1 and 37.1 and the walls of the outer packaging delimited. At the end of the device, which has the transverse strip 7.1, between the transverse strips 7.1 and the end sections 10.1 and 11.1 and the wall of the outer packaging delimited another Gefach.

Furthermore, between the walls of the outer packaging and the end portion 10.1 and the transverse wing 12.1 and the end portion 11.1 and the transverse wing 13.1 each delimited a Gefach.

The device thus forms together with a receiving this outer packaging twelve compartments.

The blank 1.2 of Fig. 3 differs from the blank 1.1 of Fig. 1 by the course of the punch-outs, which limit the transverse strip 7.2 and the transverse wings 12.2, 13.2, 22.2, 23.2, 26.2, 27.2, 32.2, 33.2 and 36.2, 37.2. This is in the device according to Fig. 4 ensures that the longitudinal strips 5.2 and 6.2 and the terminal transverse wings 12.2, 13.2 and 36.2, 33.2 protrude outwardly approximately to the diameter of a bottle. In these areas, the device is supported on the inside of an outer packaging, not shown. This ensures that the device is positioned so that the bottles can be readily inserted into the compartments.

Fig. 5 shows a blank 1.3, resulting from the blank 1.1 according to Fig. 1 differs in that in the longitudinal strip 5.3, the arrangement of the transverse wings 22.3, 26.3 is present twice and in the longitudinal strip 6.3, the arrangement of the transverse wing 23.3, 27.3 is also duplicated. In the longitudinal strip 6.3, an arrangement of two transverse wings 40.3., 41.3 is additionally present, which are foldable by a further, interrupted first fold line 42.3.

On the other side of the longitudinal strip 5.3 are repeatedly interrupted second fold lines 3.3 ', 4.3', which laterally bound a transverse strip 7.3 '. The horizontal strip 7.3 'has a transverse wing 12.3', which is punched out of the longitudinal strip 5.3.

On the other side of the middle section 7.3 ', the longitudinal strip 6.3' is formed in mirror image to the longitudinal strip 6.3.

For pre-life, the inside of the longitudinal strip 5.3 is folded against the inside of the longitudinal strip 6.3 and the tabs 24.3, 34.3, 43.3 glued to the transverse wings folded against it. Subsequently, the outside of the longitudinal strip 6.3 'is folded against the outside of the longitudinal strip 5.3 and the tabs 24.3', 34.3 ', 43.3' glued to the abutting transverse wings.

The device is then erected by pressing against the ends of the longitudinal strips 6.3, 6.3 ', which are not connected with horizontal stripes, as in Fig. 6 shown.

It is supported by the end portions of the longitudinal webs 6.3 ', 6.3 and the adjacent transverse wings 41.3, 41.3' on inner walls of the outer packaging.

The cutting of Fig. 8 differs from the according to Fig. 5 in detail by the course of the cutting lines, which limit the transverse strips 7.4, 7.4 'and the transverse wing in the longitudinal strips 5.4, 6.4 and 6.4'. This ensures that end portions of the longitudinal strips 5.4, 6.4 and 6.4 'and some of the transverse wings protrude by about a container diameter to the outside, so that there is always a correct support in an outer packaging.

Die Zuschnitte gemäß Fig. 9 und 11 unterscheiden sich von den vorbeschriebenen insbesondere dadurch, daß zwischen den Längsstreifen 6.5, 6.5', 5.5, 6.6, 6.6', 5.6 Querstreifen 7.5, 7.5', 7.6, 7.6' angeordnet sind, welche einteilig mit Querflügeln 12.5, 12.5', 13.5, 13.5', 12.6, 12.6', 13.6, 13.6' verbunden sind, die wiederum über erste Faltlinien 103.5, 103.5', 104.5, 104.5', 103.6, 103.6', 104.6, 104.6' an die Längsstreifen angelenkt sind. Dabei befinden sich die Verbindungen der Querstreifen mit den Querflügeln im Bereich zentraler Unterbrechungen der ersten Faltlinien 103.5, 103.5', 104.5, 104.5', 103.6, 103.6', 104.6, 104.6'.The blanks according to FIGS. 9 and 11 differ from the above-described in particular by the fact that between the longitudinal strips 6.5, 6.5 ', 5.5, 6.6, 6.6', 5.6 transverse strips 7.5, 7.5 ', 7.6, 7.6' are arranged, which in one piece with transverse wings 12.5, 12.5 ', 13.5, 13.5 ', 12.6, 12.6', 13.6, 13.6 'are connected, which are in turn hinged on first folding lines 103.5, 103.5', 104.5, 104.5 ', 103.6, 103.6', 104.6, 104.6 'to the longitudinal strips. In this case, the connections of the transverse strips with the transverse wings are in the region of central interruptions of the first fold lines 103.5, 103.5 ', 104.5, 104.5', 103.6, 103.6 ', 104.6, 104.6'.

Diese Spalte 44.5, 44.5', 44.6, 44.6' erleichtern das Auffalten der Querflügel 41.5, 41.5', 41.6, 41.6'.Furthermore, these blanks at the ends of the longitudinal strips 6.5, 6.5 ', 6.6, 6.6', which are not associated with horizontal stripes 7.5, 7.5 ', 7.6, 7.6', outer. Transverse wings 41.5, 41.5 ', 41.6, 41.6', which are arranged in cut-outs of the longitudinal strips having a gap 44.5, 44.5 ', 44.6, 44.6' to the outer ends of these transverse wings. These gaps 44.5, 44.5 ', 44.6, 44.6' facilitate the unfolding of the transverse wings 41.5, 41.5 ', 41.6, 41.6'.

In the execution of Fig. 9 and 10 the said outer transverse wings 41.5, 41.5 'are outwardly approximately trapezoidal. In the execution of Fig. 11 and 12 the outer transverse wings 41.6, 41.6 'are straight at the outer ends.

The from the blank 1.5 of Fig. 9 manufactured device is in Fig. 10 shown. Due to the design of the outer transverse wing 41.5, 41.5 'favors the device insertion into a carton in the unfilled Status. The device is held by the outer transverse wings 41.5, 41.5 'in the erected position in the outer carton.
