Claims (12)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10) mit einem Umgehäuse (12) mit einem von Seitenwänden (14) begrenzten und mit Führungen versehenen Raum (16) zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines mehrpoligen Kontaktgehäuses (20, 30) mit nebeneinander angeordneten Kontaktkammern (22) zur Aufnahme von rastend einsetzbaren Kontaktelementen, wobei das Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) modulartig ausgebildet ist und einstückig aneinander gereihte, miteinander verbundene Kontaktkammern (22) mit integrierten Rasteinrichtungen (28) aufweist, in welche das zugeordnete Kontaktelement rastend einsetzbar ist, und wobei das modulartige Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) mit wenigstens einem weiteren modulartigen Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) verbindbar ist, welche gemeinsam eine Montageeinheit bilden, die in das Umgehäuse (12) einsetzbar ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) und das Umgehäuse (12) formschlüssige und zueinander kompatible Haken (18) und Einformungen (19) an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandungen aufweisen, welche wahlweise eine Ankopplung von weiteren Kontaktgehäusen (20) an das Kontaktgehäuse (20) zur Bildung einer Montageeinheit von Kontaktgehäusen (20), auf welche das Umgehäuse (12) schiebbar ist, oder ein Aufsetzen des Umgehäuses (12) auf das einzelne Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) erlauben. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) jeweils eine für alle zugehörigen Kontaktkammern (22) gemeinsame Rückwand und Stirnseite aufweist und daß die Kontaktkammer (22) mit seitlich benachbarten Kontaktkammern (22) jeweils eine gemeinsame Trennwand besitzt und in der Stirnseite jeweils ein Fenster (28) aufweist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fenster (28) als integrierte Rasteinrichtung dient, in welches Fenster (28) eine am zugehörigen Kontaktelement angeordnete Haltezunge eingreift und so das Kontaktelement in der Kontaktkammer (22) sichert. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltezunge federnd ausgebildet ist und sich rastend am Rand des Fensters (28) abstützt. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das betreffende Kontaktelement durch Betätigung der Haltezunge durch das Fenster (28) in der Stirnseite entfernbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu den Haken (18) kompatiblen Einformungen (19) jeweils an der Stirnseite der Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) angeordnet sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Haken (18) ausgebildeten Anformungen jeweils an der Rückwand der als Einfachmodule ausgebildeten Kontaktgehäuse (20) angeordnet sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktgehäuse als Zwillingsmodul (30) mit in zwei Reihen angeordneten Kontaktkammern (22) ausgebildet ist, welche beiden Reihen durch eine gemeinsame Rückwand miteinander gekoppelt sind, welche Rückwand keine Haken (18) aufweist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Zwillingsmodul (30) ausgebildete Kontaktgehäuse an beiden Längsseiten jeweils eine Stirnseite mit darin angeordneten zu den Haken (18) kompatiblen Einformungen (19) aufweist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu den Haken (18) kompatiblen Einformungen (19) an der Stirnseite jedes Kontaktgehäuses (20, 30) kanalförmig das Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) parallel zu dessen Längsachse durchgreifen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Zwillingsmodul (30) ausgebildete Kontaktgehäuse beiderseits mit je einem Einfachmodul (20) verbindbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes aus Einfach- und/oder Zwillingsmodulen gebildete Kontaktgehäuse (20, 30) in ein entsprechendes Umgehäuse (12, 13) einsetzbar und darin verriegelbar ist.
