Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Mahlen und Mischen von Massen mit einem Behälter und einer Stiftmühle, die einen außerhalb des Behälters (2) angeordneten Antrieb und einen drehantreibbar mit diesem verbundenen, innerhalb des Behälters befindlichen Rotor (14, 15, 16) aufweist, der zumindest teilweise von einem Stator (22) mit konzentrisch und im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotorachse nebeneinander und mit gegenseitigem Abstand angeordneten Stiften (39) umgeben ist, wobei der Rotor im wesentlichen radiale, achsparallele und mit ihren freien Enden mit den dazu parallelen Stiften einen Mahlspalt bildende Stege (14) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf mindestens einer Seite axial neben dem Rotor (14 bis 16) ein mit diesem umlaufendes Flügelrad (12, 13; 17, 18) mit sich im wesentlichen radial erstreckenden Pumpflügeln (12, 17) sitzt, und daß die Pumpflügel (12, 17) derart gegenüber der sie jeweils betreffenden, die Achse (32) des Rotors (14 bis 16) enthaltenden Radialebene schräggestellt sind, daß durch sie die Masse axial in Richtung auf den Rotor (14 bis 16) förderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mahlspalt durch mit Kanten der Stifte (39) scherende Kanten der Stege (14) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ebene der Stege (14) die Rotorachse (32) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die radial äußeren Enden der Stege bezogen auf die Drehrichtung (44) des Rotors vorlaufend oder nachlaufend ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die dem Rotor (14 bis 16) zugewandten Radialkanten der Pumpflügel (12, 17) im Bereich zwischen den ihnen benachbarten Radialkanten der Stege (14) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zahl der Pumpflügel (12, 17) jedes Flügelrades (12, 13; 17, 18) gleich oder kleiner als die Zahl der Stege (14) des Rotors (14 bis 16) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rotor (14 bis 16) eine kreisförmige Scheibe (16) aufweist, die die Stege (14) wenigstens entlang ihrem Umfang trägt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei beidseits des Rotors (14 bis 16) angeordneten Flügelrädern (12, 13; 17, 18) die Scheibe (16) axial mittig zwischen diesen angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stege (14) - gegebenenfalls beidseits der Scheibe (16) - bis zur Nabe (15) des Rotors (14 bis 16) geführt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Durchmesser des Flügelrades (12, 13; 17, 18) im wesentlichen dem des Rotors (14 bis 16) entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen die radial außen liegenden Bereiche der Stege (14) und der Pumpflügel (12, 17) ein mit dem Stator (22) verbundener Ring (20, 21) greift und daß der Ring (20, 21) mit über seinen Umfang verteilten, sich im wesentlichen axial erstreckenden Ausnehmungen (45) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (45) Bohrungen des Ringes (20, 21) sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Pumpflügeln (12, 17) zugewandte Oberfläche des Ringes (20, 21) zur Achse (32) des Rotors (14 bis 16) hin trichterförmig geneigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die einander zugeordneten Kanten von Pumpflügeln (12, 17) und Ausnehmungen (45) einen Mahlspalt bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Stator (22) und Ring (20, 21) von gemeinsamen Stützmitteln (24) mit Abstand gegenüber der Behälterwand (2) getragen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Stator (22) und Ring (20, 21) in einem gemeinsamen, im wesentlichen hohlzylindrischen, axial offenen und in der Ebene des Stators (22) mit Umfangsöffnungen (25) versehenen Statorgehäuse (23) lösbar befestigt sind, und daß das Statorgehäuse (23) von den Stützmitteln (24) getragen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Behälter (2) ein drehantreibbares Mischwerk (5, 6) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Behälter (2) zylindrisch ausgebildet ist und das Mischwerk (5, 6) um eine mit der Behälterachse im wesentlichen übereinstimmende Achse umläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stiftmühle im Behältermantel (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 17 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mischwerkzeuge (6) des Mischwerkes (5, 6) zwischen Behältermantel (2) einerseits sowie Rotor (14 bis 16), Flügelrad (12, 13; 17, 18), Stator (22) und Ring (20, 21) andererseits zumindest teilweise hindurchbewegbar sind.
