Claims (19)

  1. Schuh (1) zum Ausüben von Gleitsportarten mittels wenigstens eines Brettes, welcher nach vorn biegsam ist und Anordnungen beinhaltet, die zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Bindung bestimmt sind, des Typs, der folgendes umfaßt:
    einen verformbaren Stiefel (2) und einen herausnehmbaren, in den verformbaren Stiefel (2) eingesetzten, verformbaren Innenschuh (4);
    eine in den verformbaren Stiefel (2) zwischen diesem Stiefel (2) und dem Innenschuh (4) eingesetzte Schale (3), welche wenigstens eine zur Aufnahme der Fußsohle des Benutzers bestimmte Sohle (12) umfaßt, sowie eine Schiene (13), dazu bestimmt, den unteren Teil des Beins des Benutzers hinten bis in Höhe des unteren Teils der Wade zum umschließen,
    wobei die Anordnung aus Sohle und Schiene (12,13) weist Fähigkeiten zur Neigung der Schiene (13) zum vorderen Teil der Sohle (12) hin aufweist und eine Steifigkeit besitzt, welche zur Begrenzung der Neigung der Schiene (13) nach hinten geeignet ist, und wobei die zum Zusammenwirken mit der Bindung bestimmten Anordnungen (34-37,50,60,61,65,90,95) an der Sohle (12) der Schale durch den verformbaren Stiefel (2) hindurch befestigt sind.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die untere Kante der Schiene fest an dem Umriß des hinteren Teils der Sohle (12) anliegt und hiermit verbunden ist;
    und daß die obere Kante der Schiene frei ist, so daß der obere Teil der Schiene einen bedeutend größeren Krümmungsradius als der untere Teil besitzt.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schale mit Gelenkmitteln (15,20) versehen ist, welche geeignet sind, die Neigung der Schiene (13) zum vorderen Teil der Sohle (12) hin zu ermöglichen, sowie mit Mitteln (16-19,21,22), welche geeignet sind, die Neigung der Schiene (13) nach hinten zu begrenzen.
  4. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    daß die Schale (3) einstückig ist,
    und daß die Gelenkmittel (15-20) aus einem verformbaren Verbindungsabschnitt (15) bestehen, der die Sohle (12) und die Schiene (13) miteinander verbindet.
  5. Schuh nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Begrenzung (21,22) der Neigung aus wenigstens einem Kabel (16) bestehen, welches einen Rand der Sohle (12) mit dem vorderen Teil eines Randes der Schiene (13) verbindet.
  6. Schuh nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Begrenzung (21,22) der Neigung aus zwei nicht dehnbaren seitlichen Stoffstücken bestehen, welche einen Rand des Verbindungsabschnitts, den hinteren Teil der Sohle (12) und den vorderen Teil eines Randes der Schiene (13) miteinander verbinden.
  7. Schuh (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    daß die Schale (3) aus zwei verschiedenen Teilen gebildet ist, nämlich aus der Sohle (12) und der Schiene (13);
    daß die Gelenkmittel (20) aus zwei Anordnungen aus Zapfen und Loch bestehen, die einerseits an dem seitlichen hinteren Teil der Sohle und andererseits an dem seitlichen unteren Teil der Schiene im Bereich der Knöchel angeordnet sind und dazu geeignet sind, die Neigung und das Schwenken der Schiene in bezug auf die Sohle zu ermöglichen;
    und daß die Mittel zur Begrenzung aus einem auf der Sohle angeordneten überstehenden Abschnitt (21) bestehen, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem komplementären Abschnitt (22) der Schiene (13) zusammenzuwirken, um als Anschlag zu dienen und somit die Neigung der Schiene nach hinten zu verhindern.
  8. Schuh nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet
    daß der komplementäre Abschnitt (40) der Schiene (13) an die genannte Schiene entlang einer Querachse derart angelenkt ist, daß er zwischen zwei Positionen verschwenkbar ist und dadurch den Anschlag an die Auskragung (21) ermöglicht oder nicht ermöglicht,
    und daß dieser komplementäre Abschnitt (40) Rückholmittel (44) aufweist, die ihn in die Position, in der er zum Anschlag kommt, zurückführen, so daß die Mittel zur Begrenzung der Neigung durch Betätigung durch den Benutzer ausschaltbar sind.
  9. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkmittel aus folgendem bestehen:
    einem Bügel (72), der die Knöchel miteinander verbindet, indem er hinter der Achillessehne verläuft, und in bezug auf die Sohle (12) der Schale um eine annähernd im Bereich der Knöchel angeordnete Querachse (75) angelenkt ist;
    einem hinten an dem Bügel (72) angeordneten Längszapfen (73), welcher den unteren Teil (82) der Schiene (13) aufnimmt, um ihm eine Neigung in Querrichtung zu ermöglichen.
  10. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkmittel aus folgendem bestehen:
    einem Bügel (72), der die Knöchel miteinander verbindet, indem er hinter der Achillessehne verläuft, und in bezug auf die Sohle (12) der Schale um eine auf dem hinteren Teil (71) der Sohle (12) der Schale im Bereich der Achillessehne angeordnete Längsachse (73) angelenkt ist;
    zwei Anordnungen aus Zapfen und Löchern (75), welche einerseits auf den Enden des Bügels (72) im Bereich der Knöchel und andererseits auf den unteren seitlichen Teilen (76) der Schiene, ebenfalls im Bereich der Knöchel, angeordnet sind.
  11. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schale (3) von dem Schaft (2) lösbar ist.
  12. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil des Stiefels auf die Schale (3) aufgegossen ist.
  13. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene Klemm-Mittel (24,27) um den unteren Teil der Wade herum aufweist.
  14. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle Mittel (23) zum Halten des Fußes im Bereich des Ristes aufweist.
  15. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle des Stiefels einen Bereich verminderter Dicke in dem Bereich aufweist, in dem die zum Zusammenwirken mit der Bindung bestimmten Anordnungen (34-37) eingehakt werden.
  16. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Zusammenwirken mit der Bindung bestimmten Anordnungen (34-37) eine durch Gießformen entstandene Verlängerung der Sohle (12) der lösbaren Schale bilden, wobei diese Anordnungen durch den verformbaren Stiefel (2) hindurch verlaufen.
  17. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle Einsätze aus Metall oder Verbundstoffen umfaßt, welche dazu bestimmt sind, als Einhakstellen der Anordnungen (34-37) zu dienen.
  18. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle (12) sich vorn im Bereich des und leicht hinter dem Gelenk erstreckt, das Mittelfuß und Zehenglieder verbindet.
  19. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle (12) im Bereich des und leicht hinter dem Gelenk, das Mittelfuß und Zehenglieder verbindet, einen Bereich geringerer Dicke aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, das Schwenken des vorderen Teils der Sohle (12) zu erleichtern.
