Claims (10)

  1. Skistiefel aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus:
    - einer Kappe (1) zur Aufnahme des Fußes des Skifahrers, die eine Längsmittelebene aufweist;
    - einem starren, U-förmigen Bügel (10), der auf der Kappe (1) gelenkig gelagert ist und zwei Arme (11, 12) umfaßt;
    - einem Schaft (5, 6, 7) zum Umschlingen des unteren Beinendes, der bei (20, 21) auf den beiden Armen (11, 12) des starren Bügel (10) gelenkig gelagert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (13) der beiden Arme (11, 22) des U-förmigen Bügels (10) auf dem Fersenteil (4) der Kappe (1) gelenkig gelagert ist, und zwar um eine Achse (15), die in der Längsmittelebene der Kappe (1) liegt.
  2. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (15) des Bügels (10) auf der Kappe (1) in der Nähe der Oberseite des Fersenbeines in einer Ebene verläuft, die sich parallel zur Ebene der Unterseite der Sohle und durch die Knöchel hindurch erstreckt.
  3. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Arme (11, 12) des Bügels (10) sich in der Höhe der Knöchel (18) an die äußere Form der Ausbauchungen der Kappe (1) anschmiegen und diese einschließen, und daß der Schaft (5) auf den beiden Armen (11, 12) des starren Bügels (10) entlang einer Achse (20, 21) gelenkig gelagert ist, die in einer zur Längsebene der Kappe senkrechten Ebene und in der Höhe der Knöchel (18) verläuft.
  4. Skistiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenfläche des freien Endes der seitlichen Arme (11, 12) des U-förmigen Bügels (10) eine konvex gerundete Form aufweist, um sich an die äußere konkave Form der Ausbauchungen für die Knöchel (18) auf der Kappe anzuschmiegen.
  5. Skistiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkbereich des Bügels (10) auf der Kappe (1) durch mitgespritzte Vorsprünge (30) begrenzt wird, die auf den Flanken der Kappe angeordnet sind und ein zu diesem Zweck vorgesehenes Langloch (31) durchsetzen, das in den Armen (11, 12) des Bügels (10) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Skistiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Flanken der Kappe (1) zäh-elastische Elemente aufweisen, die in der Höhe einstellbar sind, um den Schwenkbereich des Bügels (10) zu begrenzen und zu dämpfen.
  7. Skistiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils sichtbaren Bereiche des Bügels (11, 12) und der Kappe (1) und des Bügels (11, 12) und des Schaftes (5, 6, 7) mit einem Material von niedrigem Reibungskoeffizienten beschichtet sind: Polytetrafluorethylen.
  8. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (15) des starren Bügels (10) auf der Kappe (1), die in der Längsmittelebene der Kappe sowie in einer Ebene (H) angeordnet ist, die ihrerseits parallel zur Ebene der Sohle (3) der Kappe (1) und zwischen dem inneren bzw. äußeren Knöchel hindurch verläuft, sich im gleichen Abstand zu den beiden Knöchel befindet.
  9. Skistiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft aus zwei Manschetten (6, 7) besteht, die auf dem Bügel (10) in zwei verschiedenen Achsen gelenkig gelagert sind.
  10. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (15) des U-förmigen Bügels (10) in ihrer Position einstellbar ist.
