Claims (6)
- Gegendruckvorrichtung zur Durchführung von Perforationen und/oder Stanzungen an Offset-Bogenmaschinen, enthaltend eine Folie (4), die an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit je einer Leiste (13) versehen ist, um anstelle eines Gummituchs in einer Aufspann-Einrichtung (16) am Gummituchzylinder (3) eines Druckwerks oder an einem Formzylinder (17) einer Lackiereinheit (19) eingespannt zu werden, wobei die Folie (4) an ihrer Unterseite eine Unterlage (15) aufweist, wobei die Dicke der Folie und der Unterlage der Dicke des für denselben Einsatz verwendeten Gummituchs entspricht.
- Gegendruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) aus Metall, vorzugsweise Chromstahl, oder aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Gegendruckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (15) eine Press-Spanplatte ist.
- Gegendruckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (4) an ihrer Oberseite mit einer abnehmbaren Folie, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, versehen ist, wobei die Gesamtdicke der Folie mit der Auflage und/oder der Unterlage der Dicke des für denselben Einsatz verwendeten Gummituches entspricht.
- Verwendung der Gegendruckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 für Perforationen und/oder Stanzungen in einem Druckwerk mit einem Plattenzylinder (1), einem mit Perforationsmitteln (5) oder Stanzmitteln versehenen Druckzylinder (2) und einem zwischen diesen beiden Zylindern angeordneten und mit dem Druckzylinder (2) zusammenarbeitenden Gummituchzylinder (3), wobei der Gummituchzylinder (3) mit der Folie (4) und der Druckzylinder (2) mit einem Perforationsband (5) oder Stanzmitteln versehen ist.
- Verwendung der Gegendruckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 für Perforationen und/oder Stanzungen in einer Lackiereinheit (19) mit einem Druckzylinder (18) und einem Formzylinder (17), wobei der Druckzylinder (18) mit dem Perforationsband (5) oder Stanzmitteln und der Formzylinder (17) mit der Folie (4) versehen sind.
