Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschließen eines Schuhes, insbesondere eines Skischuhes, die dazu bestimmt ist, zwei Teile (2, 2A, 2B, 3) des Schuhes angenähert zu halten und zum einen einen Betätigungshebel (4), der durch eine Platine (6) getragen ist, die fest an einem (3) der Teile befestigt ist, der an den anderen (2, 2A, 2B) angenähert werden soll, und zum anderen, auf dem anderen Teil (6, 2A, 2B) eine Zahnstange (8, 8A) aufweist, die komplementäre Einstelleirrichtungen für ihre Position bezüglich des Hebels (4) aufweist, was erlaubt, ihre Festspannkapazität zu erhöhen, wobei in einen der Zähne (8a, 8b, 8c) der Zahnstange (8, 8A) eine Verhakeinrichtung (9) eingreifen kann, die wiederum mit dem Betätigungshebel (4) durch eine nicht ausdeknbare Spannstange (7) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstelleinrichtungen der Zahnstange (8, 8A) durch einen Einstellbereich (20, 24, 33) gebildet sind, der ein längliches Langloch in Form eines knopfloches (10) aufweist, das auf dem Teil (2, 2A, 2B) des Schuhes gegenüber einer unteren Seite der Zahnstange (8, 8A) realisiert ist und durch zwei kreisförmige Endbereiche (11, 12) begrenzt ist, deren Durchmesser (D1, D2) gleich demjenigen (D3) eines Verriegelungsstiftes (13, 13A) ist, der fest an der unteren Seite der Zahnstange (8, 8A) befestigt ist und das Knopfloch (10) durchquert, um dort axial gehalten zu werden, wobei die kreisförmigen Bereiche (11, 12) untereinander durch einen geraden Teil (14) mit parallelen Rändern (15, 16) verbunden sind, die voneinander gemäß einem Wert (B) beanstandet sind, der gleich demjenigen (B') eines abgeflachten Teiles (17) des Stiftes (13, 13A) der Zahnstange (8, 8A) ist, der in einer senkrechten Richtung (Y-Y') zu der longitudinalen Achse (X-X') der Verschiebung dieser letzteren (8, 8A) ausgerichtet ist, so daß er gemäß (F) verschoben werden kann im Hinblick auf seine Einstellung, von einem Ende (11) zum anderen (12) des knopfloches (10) nach einer Rotation (R) um 90° bezüglich seiner longitudinalen Achse (X-X'), um das freie Gleiten des abgeflachten Bereiches (17) des Stiftes (13, 13A) in dem geraden Teil (14) des Knopflochs (10) und die Verriegelung dieses letzteren (13, 13A) und daher der Zahnstange (8, 8A) in dem einen oder anderen der kreisförmigen Endbereiche (11, 12) durch eine Rotation um 90° im umgekehrten Sinn zu erlauben, was die Zahnstange (8, 8A) in eine funktionelle longitudinale Position zurückbringt.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Halt des Verriegelungsstiftes (13, 13A) und der Zahnstange (8, 8A) auf dem Teil (2, 2A, 2B) des Schuhes in dem Einstellbereich (20, 24, 33) mit Hilfe eines kreisförmigen verbreiterten Bereiches (38, 41) des Stiftes (13, 13A) geschieht, der Abstützung unter dem knopfloch zur Einstellung (10) nimmt, und dessen Dimensionen (D3) zumindest größer als diejenigen (D1, D2) der kreisförmigen Endbereiche (11, 12) dieser letzteren (10) sind.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (13A) fest verbunden mit der Zahnstange (8A) erhalten ist und daß der verbreiterte axiale Haltebereich des Stiftes (13A) und daher der Zahnstange (8A) durch eine kreisförmige Unterlegscheibe (41) gebildet ist, die auf der freien Basis (42) des Stiftes (13A) nach Einfügung in das Knopfloch (10) mit Hilfe einer Schraube (43) angesetzt ist, die in ein mit einem Gewinde versehenes axiales Loch (44) desselben eingeschraubt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (13) mit Abflachungen (17) unterschiedlich von der Zahnstange (8) erhalten ist und an seiner Basis einen Kragen (38) bildet, der den verbreiterten Abstützbereich bildet, wobei die Verbindung eines derartigen Stiftes (13) auf der Zahnstange (8) auf gleitende Weise mit Hilfe einer senkrechten Achse (39) geschieht, die von der unteren Seite der Zahnstange (8) ausgeht, die eine axiale Bohrung (40) des Stiftes (13) durchquert, um damit fest verbunden gemacht zu sein.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellbereich, auf dem das knopfloch (10) realisiert ist, durch eine steife Trägerplatte (20) gebildet ist, die relativ eben ist und auf der zuvor die Zahnstange (8) auf gleitende Weise befestigt und die auf dem Teil (2) des Schuhes mit Hilfe von zwei Befestigungsnieten (21, 22) an seinen Enden angesetzt ist, wobei der Teil (2) des Schuhes selbst mit einer Öffnung (23) versehen ist, die ihn über seine gesamte Breite durchquert und dazu geeignet ist, den freien Ausschlag des Stiftes (13) der Zahnstange (8) bei einer späteren Einstellung zu erlauben.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellbereich, auf dem das knopfloch (10) realisiert ist, durch eine steife Trägerplatte (24) in Form eines Omega gebildet ist, dessen einer zentrale Teil mit dem Profil eines umgekehrten "U" dazu bestimmt ist, in einer tranversalen Öffnung (25) des Teiles (2A) des Schuhes aufgenommen zu werden, wobei ein relativ ebener oberer Teil (26), der den horizontalen Zweig des "U" bildet, das Knopfloch (10) aufweist, in dem zuvor auf gleitende Weise die Zahnstange (8, 8A) befestigt worden ist, und die äußere Oberfläche des Teiles (2A) des Schuhes leicht berührt, während die seitlichen Zweige (27, 28) des Omega, die sich in entgegengesetzter Richtung erstrecken, in Aussparungen (29, 30) aufgenommen sind die auf der inneren Oberfläche des Teiles (2A) des Schuhes realisiert sind und zwei Befestigungsnieten (31, 32) aufnehmen, die sie durchgehend durchqueren.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellbereich, auf dem das knopfloch (19) realisiert ist, durch eine steife Trägerplatte (33) gebildet ist, die relativ eben ist und auf der zuvor die Zahnstange (8, 8A) auf gleitende Weise befestigt ist, und die in eine Aufnahme (34) mit einer entsprechenden Form und Dicke angesetzt ist, die auf der äußeren Oberfläche dem Teiles (2B) des Schuhes realisiert ist, um dort mit Hilfe von zwei Nieten (35, 36) an seinen Enden befestigt zu sein, wobei der Teil (2B) gegenüber des Knopfloches (10) eine blinde Aufnahme (37) mit geeigneten Dimensionen aufweist, um den freien Ausschlag des Stiftes (13) zu erlauben, der durch die Zahnstange (8, 8A) bei einer späteren Einstellung derselben getragen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einstellbereich, auf dem das Knopfloch (10) realisiert ist, durch eine Überformung eines relativ steifen Kunststoffmaterials auf dem betreffenden Teil (2) gebildet ist
