Claims (11)

  1. Ein Kunststoffverschluß (10), ausgelegt für lösbaren Eingriff mit einem Behälter, wobei der Verschluß (10) einen Kopfbereich (11) umfaßt, der sich in einer Ebene senkrecht zu einer Rotationsachse (AA') des Verschlusses (10) erstreckt, wobei der Kopfbereich (11) einen Randbereich (13) aufweist, der ihm anhängt, und der Randbereich (13) Halteformationen (14) an einer Umfangsinnenoberfläche des Bereichs aufweist, die für Eingriff mit komplementären Halteformationen an einem Behälter ausgerichtet sind, und wobei der Verschluß weiter einen Sicherheits- (tamper-evident) Ring (30) umfaßt, der durch eine Vielzahl von zerbrechlichen Brücken (20) an einem unteren Wulst (16) des Randbereichs (13), entfernt von dem Kopfbereich (11), befestigt ist, wobei der Sicherheitsring (30) eine obere Oberfläche (100) und ein Vorsprungmittel (32), das davon nach innen vorragt, aufweist, wobei das Vorsprungmittel eine nach oben und nach innen geneigte obere Oberfläche (200) bietet und derart dimensioniert ist, daß die Oberfläche (200) mit Vorsprungeinrichtungen (51) an einem Behälter während der Entfernung des Verschlusses (10) in Eingriff tritt, so daß eine Abtrennung des Sicherheitsringes (30) von dem Randbereich (13) bewirkt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Oberfläche (200) des Vorsprungmittels (32) eine nach innen gerichtete Fortsetzung der oberen Oberfläche (100) des Sicherheitsringes (30) bildet.
  2. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Oberfläche des Vorsprungmittels (32) einen Winkel (β) relativ zu einer, zu der Rotationsachse (AA') des Verschlusses (10) senkrechten Ebene definiert, wobei der Winkel im Bereich von 5 bis 25° liegt.
  3. Ein Verschluß (10) gemaß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorsprungmittel (32) eine Reihe von radial nach innen vorragenden, entlang des Umfangs beabstandeten Haken umfaßt, die entlang des inneren Umfangs des Sicherheitsringes (30) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (31) in Ansicht von oben oder unten eine Sperrklinkenkonfiguration aufweisen und die Führungskante eines jeden Hakens (31) bei Betrachtung bezüglich einer aufschraubenden Bewegung des Verschlusses (10) eine flache, abgeschrägte Oberfläche (33) aufweist.
  5. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherheitsring (30) eine Abschrägung (35) in longitudinaler Richtung, radial nach innen von einem unteren Wulst des Sicherungsringes (30) zusammenlaufend aufweist.
  6. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zerbrechlichen Brücken (20) an dem Verschluß (10) beziehungsweise dem Sicherungsring (30) derart befestigt sind, daß sie sich in einer nichtaxialen Richtung von dem unteren Wulst (16) des Randbereichs (13) zu dem radialwärts innersten Ende des Sicherungsringes (30) erstrecken.
  7. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zerbrechlichen Brücken (20) in einem Winkel (α) von zwischen 15 und 30° zu der Rotationsachse (AA') des Verschlusses (10) geneigt sind.
  8. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel (α) der zerbrechlichen Brücken (20) zwischen 20 und 25° beträgt.
  9. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zerbrechlichen Brücken (20) einen nicht gleichmäßigen Querschnitt aufweisen, wobei sie einen engeren Querschnitt in der dem unteren Wulst (16) des Randbereichs (13) benachbarten Region aufweisen.
  10. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Durchmesser des Sicherheitsringes (30) im wesentlichen gleich dem äußeren Durchmesser des Randbereichs (13) ist.
  11. Ein Verschluß (10) gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Wulst (16) des Randbereichs (13) und der obere Rand des Sicherheitsringes (30) mit komplementären Formationen (36, 46) ausgestattet sind, welche miteinander in Eingriff treten können, um einer relativen Drehung zwischen dem Randbereich (13) und dem Sicherheitsring (30) zu widerstehen, wenn der Verschluß (10) zuerst auf einem Behälter angebracht wird.
