Nachteilig bei Druckmaschinen mit entnehmbaren Bauteilen ist dabei, daß insbesondere von einem Maschinenleitstand her nicht erkennbar ist, daß das entsprechende Bauteil fehlt. Bei einem Offset- oder einem Lackdruckwerk kann eine entnommene Farb-, Feucht- oder Lackwerkwalze unter Umständen zu erheblichen Funktionsstörungen führen. Wird zum Beispiel bei einem Lackwerk der oben genannten Art die Kammerrakel nebst der gerasterten Auftragwalze gegen eine Dosierwalze und eine mit glatter Oberfläche versehenen Auftragwalze ausgetauscht und vergessen die Dosierwalze in die entsprechenden Lager einzulegen, so kommt es bei einer automatischen Lackzufuhr zu einer erheblichen Verunreinigung der darunterliegenden Mashinenteile, insbesondere der bogenführenden Elemente. Die Auswerteeinheit 10 ist dazu ausgebildet, genau dann ein Signal zu generieren, wenn einer der Sensoren 8 kein Signal eines Permanentmagneten empfängt, also das entsprechende Bauteil nicht eingebaut ist. Über die angedeutete Anzeigeeinrichtung des Leitstandes 1 in Form eines Monitores ist somit anzeigbar, welcher der Sensoren 8 kein Signal empfängt, also welches Bauteil insbesondere in welchem Druckwerk fehlt.2 shows an example of the connection of a plurality of sensors in a printing machine (not shown) to an evaluation unit 10. Der Sensor ist mit der Auswerteeinheit 10 verbunden, welche den Schaltzustand der Reed-Kontakte 14 vorzugsweise innerhalb eines kurzen Zeitintervalles abfragt.Fig. 3 shows an arrangement for interrogating a chamber doctor blade 13. Claims (10)

Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, welche herausnehmbare Bauteile wie insbesondere farb- und/oder feuchtmittelführende Walzen, Zuführ- und Dosiereinrichtungen wie Kammerrakel, Dosier- und Auftragwalzen für Lackiereinrichtungen oder dergl. aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das herausnehmbare Bauteil wenigstens eine ein permanentes Magnetfeld erzeugende Einrichtung (Permanentmagnet 3) aufweist, dem gestellfest, korrespondierend zu der Position des das Magnetfeld erzeugenden Einrichtung bei eingebauter Stellung des herausnehmbaren Bauteiles ein das oder die Magnetfelder erfassender Sensor (8) zugeordnet ist, dem bei Vorhandensein der Magnetfelder ein Signal entnehmbar und einer nachgeschalteten Auswerteeinheit (10) zuführbar ist.
