Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von kaltgewalztem Stahlband, insbesondere zum Herstellen von kaltgewalztem, nicht rostendem Stahlband, in einer Fertigungslinie, in die das Stahlband als Warmband eingespeist und einem Walzprozeß unterzogen wird und in der es anschließend ohne Zwischenschaltung weiterer gefügeverändernder Prozesse einer Kaltbandbehandlung zugeführt wird. Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Fertigungslinie zum Herstellen von kaltgewalztem Stahlband mit einem Warmbehandlungsabschnitt, der ein Walzgerüst zum Walzen des als Warmband in die Fertigungslinie eingespeisten Stahlbandes umfaßt, und mit einem sich an den Warmbandbehandlungsabschnitt anschließenden Kaltbandbehandlungsabschnitt.The invention relates to a method for producing cold-rolled steel strip, in particular for producing cold-rolled, stainless steel strip, in a production line, into which the steel strip is fed as hot strip and is subjected to a rolling process and in which it is subsequently fed to a cold strip treatment without the interposition of further structure-changing processes becomes. Durch Anwendung des eingangs genannten Verfahrens und durch den Einsatz von Fertigungslinien der voranstehend genannten Art können aus Warmband in einem kontinuierlichen Verarbeitungsprozeß kaltgewalzte Stahlbänder von guter Qualität hergestellt werden. Dabei ist der jeweilige Verarbeitungsprozeß jeweils in einen Warmbehandlungsabschnitt und einen Kaltbandbehandlungsabschnitt unterteilt, wobei das zunächst als Warmband in die Fertigungslinie eingespeiste Stahlband von dem Warmbandbehandlungsabschnitt kontinuierlich in den Kaltbandbehandlungsabschnitt gefördert wird.By using the method mentioned at the beginning and by using production lines of the type mentioned above, cold rolled steel strips of good quality can be produced from hot strip in a continuous processing process. Durch das Walzen wird das Stahlband sowohl hinsichtlich seines Gefüges als auch seiner Oberfläche so umgeformt, daß es unmittelbar anschließend der Kaltbandbehandlung zugeführt werden kann. Diese Kaltbandbehandlung umfaßt die bei der bekannten Fertigungslinie u.a. das Glühen, Beizen und Streckrichten des Stahlbandes.In a production line of the type mentioned at the beginning of US Pat. Dabei besteht ein weiterer Vorteil darin, daß schon aufgrund der einzelnen unmittelbar aufeinander folgenden Behandlungsabschnitte die bekannte Linie mit einem Minimum an Personal- und Energiekosten betrieben werden kann. Diesen Vorteilen steht jedoch der bei der praktischen Erprobung einer solchen Fertigungslinie festgestellte Nachteil gegenüber, daß die Qualität des in einer solchen Linie hergestellten kaltgewalzten Stahlbandes nicht den hohen Anforderungen gerecht wird, die in vielen Fällen an derartige Bänder gestellt werden.With the known production line, large quantities of steel strip can be produced within relatively short production times.
