Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Anbringen einer Markierung im Bereich eines Greifendes eines Ziehstreifens einer Verpackungsfolie, die zur Verpackung von insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen dient, bei dem man ein selbstklebendes Markierstück von einem Endlosmarkierstreifen trennt, das abgetrennte Markierstück dann kontinuierlich der Verpackungsfolie zuführt und dann das abgetrennte Markierstück im Bereich des Greifendes an die Verpackungsfolie preßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zuerst das Markierstück an der Verpackungsfolie anbringt und dann den Ziehstreifen, so daß das Markierstück im Bereich des Greifendes zwischen der Verpackungsfolie und dem Ziehstreifen positioniert ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Markierstück mit einer selbstklebenden Seite davon an der Verpackungsfolie angebracht wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endlosmarkierstreifen mittels einer Unterdruckscheibe von einer Spule gezogen wird und daß das Markierstück mittels eines Trennmessers von dem Markierstreifen abgetrennt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterdruckscheibe (3) und das Drehmesser (5) mit der gleichen Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Markierung im Bereich eines Greifendes eines Ziehstreifens einer zur Verpackung von insbesondere Zigarettenpackungen dienenden Verpackungsfolie, die folgendes umfaßt: eine Versorgungsrolle (1, 2) zum kontinuierlichen Zuführen eines selbstklebenden Markierstreifens, ein Mittel zum Abtrennen eines Markierstücks von dem Markierstreifen und zu seinem Anbringen an der Verpackungsfolie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versorgungsrolle (1, 2) eine Unterdruckscheibe (3) nachgeschaltet ist, die den Markierstreifen an seiner klebstofffreien Seite mittels Unterdruck festhält und auf deren Umfang das Markierstück von dem Vorderende des Markierstreifens abgetrennt wird, und daß Mittel zur Überführung des Markierstücks von der Unterdruckscheibe (3) zur Verpackungsfolie, insbesondere zu dem Bereich der Verpackungsfolie, der zur Bildung des Greifendes dient, vorgesehen sind, so daß das Markierstück im Bereich des Greifendes zwischen der Verpackungsfolie und dem Ziehstreifen positioniert wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Drehschneidmesser (5) zum Abtrennen des Markierstücks von dem Markierstreifen vorgesehen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterdruckscheibe (3) um ihren Umfang kleine Öffnungen aufweist, die in regelmäßigen Abständen mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden können.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Hilfe einer Taktscheibe (4) an den kleinen Öffnungen ein Unterdruck angelegt werden kann.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (5) und die Unterdruckscheibe (3) mit der gleichen Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Unterdruckscheibe (3) ungefähr der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Verpackungsmaterials entspricht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übersetzungsverhältnis einer Antriebswelle eines Drehschneidmessers (5) zum Schneiden einer Lippe in das Verpackungsmaterial zu der Vakuumscheibe (3) immer 1:1 ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Markierstreifen der Unterdruckscheibe (3) von einer Spule über zwei Versorgungsrollen zugeführt wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehmesser (5) zum Abtrennen der Markierstücke gegenüber der Vakuumscheibe (3) angeordnet ist.
