Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, in which said tape (5) is driven by a motor (17) periodically switched on each time a label (5a) passes said presence sensor (16), characterized in that the tape (5) is inserted between the co-operating teeth (18a, 19a) of two drive gear wheels (18/19), one of which is secured to the drive shaft (17a) of said motor (17).
