Description
- La figure 1 est une représentation schématisée d'une porte équipée d'une ferrure de verrouillage conforme à l'invention, l'ouvrant de cette porte comportant un espace vitré lui-même pivotant ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée et en coupe partielle d'une ferrure de verrouillage conforme à l'invention, le couvercle du boítier ayant été retiré ;
- la figure 3 illustre, de manière schématisée, le fouillot en position de repos et coopérant avec les moyens de rappel élastiques permettant, précisément, de le ramener, systématiquement, dans cette position après chaque action sur la poignée de manoeuvre ;
- la figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 illustrant la position prise par le fouillot par rapport à la crémaillère constituant, du moins partiellement, les moyens de rappel élastiques, lorsque la poignée de manoeuvre a été pivotée vers le haut permettant son dégagement et le pivotement de l'espace vitré de l'ouvrant.
Claims (6)
- Ferrure de verrouillage, en particulier, une crémone-serrure, pour porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant un mécanisme de commande (4) muni d'au moins un fouillot (10) agissant sur un ou plusieurs éléments de verrouillage (7, 8), tels qu'un pêne demi-tour et/ou une tringle de manoeuvre, ce fouillot (10) étant soumis à des moyens de rappel élastiques (18) assurant son rappel systématique en position initiale de repos, lesdits moyens de rappel élastiques étant constitués par une crémaillère associée à un ressort (21) et avec laquelle coopère le fouillot (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une denture (20) appropriée, caractérisée par le fait que la crémaillère (19) est équipée d'une denture (26) qui, au-delà d'une phase de déplacement initiale de cette crémaillère (19), est à même de démultiplier le mouvement de cette dernière par rapport à la rotation du fouillot (10) dans au moins un sens.
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la denture (26) correspondant à la crémaillère (19) comporte une ou plusieurs dents (27) sur laquelle ou lesquelles s'engrène, en fin de course, le fouillot (10) et qui sont de taille accrue conduisant à une réduction du diamètre nominal (28) de la roue dentée que constitue le fouillot (10).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la denture (20) du fouillot (10) comporte une ou plusieurs dents (29) à même de coopérer avec les dents (27) spécifiques de la crémaillère (19).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la démultiplication s'effectue en phase finale du mouvement du fouillot (10).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que la denture (26) de la crémaillère (19) comporte plusieurs dents de taille progressivement croissante sur lesquelles s'engrène le fouillot (10) conduisant à une réduction sensiblement progressive du diamètre nominal (28) de la roue dentée définie par ce fouillot (10).
- Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que le fouillot (10) agit sur un ou plusieurs éléments de verrouillage (7, 8) par l'intermédiaire d'organes de transmission (12, 13) par rapport auxquels ledit fouillot (10) comporte, le cas échéant, une course à vide (16) dont l'amplitude est ajustée au gain d'amplitude de rotation de ce fouillot (10) issu de la démultiplication du mouvement de la crémaillère (19).
