In that the actuator according to the invention has third surface section, the locking part on the Guide rail can be locked in two effective positions. In this way it is also ensured that in one the first unlatched position the connecting strap with the heel holder alone and in a second unlatched position additionally the jaw unit is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the ski can be. Finally, baking unit and Heel holder in the desired, newly adjusted position, which e.g. also the ski center position of the entire binding be taken into account, locked together again.

The invention also relates to a further development of the initially mentioned device for longitudinal adjustment of a Ski binding part, in particular a toe piece, which is attached to an adjustment plate, which in turn in a guide rail attached to the ski can be moved is guided and lockable.
The invention has the further object, a Damping device for one in a guide rail to create guided and lockable adjustment plate a damping effect between the ski binding part and the Adjustment plate and then on the guide rail to achieve skiing.
This object is achieved by the feature of characterizing part of claim 11 solved. Through the Arrangement and storage of the damping insert in the adjustment plate is the former even with different settings the latter effective on different shoe sizes.
Although there is a variety of damping devices in the Area of a ski binding component known. For example is a device for attaching ski binding parts on a ski through the Jap.GBM-layout No. 43-17191 (v.16.7.1968) known. There is a metallic ski binding part over a soft elastic plate using screws connected to the ski. This measure will, on the one hand achieves a damping effect and on the other hand corrosion of the ski binding part prevented. Works when cornering a component of the weight of the skier on the ski exerted pressure so that the flexible plate laterally is compressed, creating a horizontal force component arises from the ski in an undesirable manner the curve pushes outwards.

Flächenabschnittes 22.In the side wall parts of the
Ent- bzw. Verrasten gegeben ist.For flexible connection of the

stetig in seitlicher Richtung. On the top 47a of the damping
denen nach den Figuren 9 und 10.The embodiment according to FIGS. 11 and 12 differs from that according to FIGS. 9 and 10 only in such a way that, in order to protect against displacement of the damping insert 47 'in the longitudinal direction of the ski, the adjusting plate 65' in the region of the base 50 'has an elongated direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the
It is understood that those shown in Figures 5 to 8 Embodiments of an actuator also in the embodiment according to Fig.4 can be applied.
While the invention has been described in detail in connection with described a ski binding part formed as a toe piece, however, the measures according to the invention can also be used a ski binding part designed as a heel holder Find.
