Description
Claims (4)
- Kühlplatte für mit einer feuerfesten Auskleidung versehene Schachtöfen, insbesondere Hochöfen, bestehend aus Kupfer oder einer niedriglegierten Kupferlegierung mit in ihrem Inneren angeordneten Kühlmittelkanälen, wobei die Kühlplatte aus einem geschmiedeten oder gewalzten Rohblock gefertigt ist und die Kühlkanäle vertikal verlaufende Sackbohrungen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß außerhalb der vertikal angeordneten Sackbohrungen (3) zusätzlich entlang den Ränder der Kühlplatte verlaufende vertikale und horizontale Sackbohrungen (13, 14) kleineren Durchmessers in die Kühlplatte (1) eingebracht sind. - Kühlplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die vertikalen und horizontalen Sackbohrungen (13, 14) endseitig durch verschweißte oder verlötete Stopfen (4), vorzugsweise Gewindestopfen, dicht verschlossen sind. - Kühlplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die vertikalen und horizontalen Sackbohrungen (13, 14) oben und unten in horizontal verlaufende Rohrstücke (5, 5') mit gegenüber den vertikalen und horizontalen Sackbohrungen (13, 14) vergrößertem Querschnitt einmünden, an denen jeweils ein gemeinsamer Kühlmittelzu- oder abfluß angeordnet ist. - Kühlplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf der dem Ofeninneren abgewandeten Seite in die Kühlplatte (1) zentrisch mindestens eine Aussparung (12) eingebracht ist.
