Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that said assembly means comprise mechanisms (25) having cams which are fixed with respect to said other enclosure (14) and which are distributed along the edge of the opening thereof and which comprise two cams with angularly displaced action angles, an external cam (24A) for fastening the flange of the single-use enclosure to that of said other enclosure and an internal cam (24B) for fastening the door of said other enclosure to the flange thereof.
  8. Apparatus according to one of claims 4 to 6 characterised in that said assembly means (125) are combined with said first and second actuating means (137, 148, 121).
  9. Apparatus according to claim 8 characterised in that the assembly means (125) comprise mechanisms with cams which are fixed with respect to said other enclosure (114) and which are distributed along the edge thereof, each comprising two cams (124B, 148) with angularly displaced action angles, an external cam (148) for fastening the flange of the single-use enclosure to that of said other enclosure and an internal cam (124B) for fastening the door (122) of said other enclosure (114) to the flange thereof, that said first actuating means comprise a cam (137) fixed with respect to an operating sleeve (160) which fits over a shaft (138) common to said cams with angularly displaced action angles, that said sleeve comprises a coupling opening (161) or the like and that said shaft (138) comprises a projecting peg (162) which is engaged into said coupling opening.
  10. Apparatus according to claim 9 characterised in that said external cam (148) is also part of said second actuating means.
  11. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that at least a wall portion of said single-use enclosure (16) is of porous material for permitting autoclaving or sterilisation treatment by a gas such as for example ethylene oxide.
  12. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that said single-use enclosure (16) comprises a connecting portion (50) for connection thereof to a source of sterilisation gas such as for example ethylene oxide and that a membrane filter (51) is interposed between said connecting portion and the internal volume of said enclosure.
  13. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that the wall of said single-use enclosure (16) which is connected to said flange (20a) is of water-soluble material.
  14. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that said single-use enclosure (16) comprises a rigid portion, for example in the form of a mouth portion (53), which opens to the interior of said enclosure, and a flexible portion (16b) forming for example a sleeve which is connected to said flange on the one hand and to said rigid portion on the other hand.
  15. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that at least a portion of said single-use enclosure (16) forms a sleeve (56) of flexible material which is connected to said flange (20a) and that said single-use enclosure further comprises an internal sleeve portion (57) of flexible material.
  16. Apparatus according to claim 15 characterised in that the wall of said single-use enclosure has a connecting tube (59) passing sealingly therethrough and that a filter (60) connected to said tube is accommodated in said single-use enclosure.
  17. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that said single-use enclosure (16) comprises at least two flanges (20a) provided with respective doors (23), which can be respectively connected to other enclosures.
  18. Apparatus according to claim 17 characterised in that said single-use enclosure is made up of two portions respectively provided with a flange and a door and that said two portions are connected by a tube (63) forming an element of a fluid circuit.
  19. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that it comprises a flexible conduit element (68) whose two ends open in the interior of said single-use enclosure and a portion of which extends to the exterior thereof to be coupled to a peristaltic pump motor.
  20. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that a portion of flexible material of said single-use enclosure is in the shape of a glove (73).
  21. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that said flange (20a) of the single-use enclosure carries a casing (70) containing a filter (71).
  22. A single-use enclosure (16) comprising an annular flange (20a) defining an opening and a door (23) capable of sealingly closing said opening, said door comprising an internal face (23a) in contact with the interior of the enclosure and an external face (23b) in contact with the external medium and being shaped so that said external face comes to bear sealingly against an external face of a door of another enclosure also comprising such an external face in contact with the external medium and an internal face in contact with the interior of said other enclosure, the sealing application involving co-operating assembly means, characterised in that it comprises means (30) for final and definitive locking of its door, the locking means being arranged between said cover and said flange and operable by first actuating means installed on another said enclosure.
  23. A single-use enclosure according to claim 22 characterised in that it comprises a portion of flexible material which is attached to said rigid annular flange (20a) on which the corresponding door (23) is mounted.
  24. A single-use enclosure according to claim 22 or claim 23 characterised in that said final locking means comprise at least one arrangement (30) including a hole (32) passing through the flange of said single-use enclosure, a blind hole (34) extending in the thickness of the door of said enclosure in line with the hole in the flange and a pin (36) or the like which is engaged into said hole in the flange, and that the length of said pin is greater than the thickness of the flange and the pin projects to the exterior thereof before use.
  25. A single-use enclosure according to one of claims 22 to 24 characterised in that it further comprises means (40) for initial locking of its door, operable by second actuating means installed on another said enclosure.
  26. A single-use enclosure according to claim 25 characterised in that said initial locking means comprise at least one arrangement (40) including a hole (42) passing through said flange (20a), a blind hole (44) extending in the thickness of said door (23) in line with the hole (42) in the flange and two pins (46, 47) or the like, which are respectively an internal pin and an external pin and which are engaged one behind the other in said two holes (42, 44), the internal pin (46) being engaged both in said flange (20a) and in said door (23) and the external pin (47) projecting out of said flange (20a) before use.
