Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mit Schwergas gefüllten Isolierglasscheiben (10), mit zu beiden Seiten der Isolierglasscheibe (10) angeordneten, im wesentlichen lotrecht ausgerichteten Platten (1, 2), von welchen mindestens eine (2) quer (Pfeil 7) zu ihrer Ebene relativ zur anderen Platte (1) verstellbar ist, mit einer im wesentlichen gasdicht ausgebildeten Fördereinrichtung (9) im Bereich des unteren Randes der Platten (1, 2), mit Dichteinrichtungen (30, 31), die im wesentlichen lotrecht ausgerichtet sind, wobei die eine Dichteinrichtung (30) durch Verschwenken und die andere Dichteinrichtung (31) durch Verschieben parallel zur Ebene der Platten (1, 2) in ihre der Isolierglasscheibe (10) angenäherten Wirkstellungen verstellbar sind, und mit einer dem unteren Rand der beweglichen Platte (2) zugeordneten Dichtung (170, 180), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (170, 180) an eine Führungsleiste (172) für die als Bandförderer (121, 173) ausgebildete Fördereinrichtung (9) anlegbar ist, und daß die feststehende Platte (1) an ihrem unteren Randbereich durch eine Abdichtung (176) mit der Führungsleiste (172) gasdicht verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (170) eine Dichtungsleiste (175) ist, die durch Antriebe (171) in ihre an dem unteren Rand der beweglichen Platte (2) und an der Führungsleiste (172) anliegende Wirklage verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsleiste (175) an der Führungsleiste (172) an einer ihrer im wesentlichen lotrechten Seitenflächen anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (180) am unteren Rand der beweglichen Platte (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (170, 180) wenigstens teilweise als Schlauch (175) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlauch (175) mit einer Druckluftquelle verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung als Faltenschlauch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung eine Schaumstoffleiste ist.
