Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wannenträger aus Kunststoff oder Hartschaum für Bade- oder Duschwannen.The invention relates to a tub support made of plastic or rigid foam for bathtubs or shower trays.

Zum Einbau von Bade- oder Duschwannen finden Wannenträger Verwendung, die Wannen mit gleichen Außenmaßen, jedoch unterschiedlichen Wannentiefen sowie Mantelmaßen aufnehmen können. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Wannenträger liegt darin, daß sich die zu der Ablaufgarnitur führenden Rohrleitungen nur schwer verlegen lassen, sofern der Wannenträger mit seiner senkrechten Rückseite an einer Wand aufgestellt wird. Das Verlegen der Rohrleitungen in der Wand bedeutet aber einen erhöhten Aufwand und zusätzliche Kosten. Im übrigen ist es nach der Deutschen Industrie Norm (DIN) nicht zulässig, die Rohrleitungen in der Wand hinter dem Wannenträger zu verlegen. Sofern die Rohre nicht in der Wand verlegt werden sollen, müssen an dem Wannenträger selbst Veränderungen vorgenommen werden. Der Wannenträger muß an seiner Rückseite vor Ort bearbeitet werden, um Kanäle zur Aufnahme der Rohrleitungen zu schaffen. Dies erfordert einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsschritt und folglich einen erhöhten Arbeitsaufwand beim Aufstellen der Wanne. Das ausgeschnitte Material wird weggeworfen und belastet die Umwelt. An den Längsseiten des erfindungsgemäßen Wannenträgers sind im Bereich des Wannenträgerbodens Aussparungen vorgesehen, die mit dafür vorgesehenen Formteilen verschließbar sind. Zum Verschließen jeder Aussparung ist es möglich, jeweils ein Formteil vorzusehen. Ferner ermöglicht das Formteil an der der Wand zugewandten Rückseite des Wannenträgers, die zu dem Sifon führenden Rohrleitungen auf einfache Weise zu verlegen, ohne den Wannenträger nachträglich bearbeiten zu müssen. Das Formteil an der Rückseite des Wannenträgers wird entfernt und die Rohrleitungen können innerhalb der Aussparung an der Längsseite des Wannenträgers angeordnet werden. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Wannenträger für eine Badewanne in der Draufsicht. Der Wannenträger besteht aus Kunststoff oder Hartschaum, z.B. Polystyrol oder Polyurethanschaum und weist einen Bodenkörper 1 und Seitenwände 2,2' auf, die einstückiger Bestandteil des Bodenkörpers 1 sind. Die senkrechten Seitenwände 2,2', die an ihrer Innenseite 3,3' zum Boden des Wannenträgers hin schräg zusammenlaufen, begrenzen einen Raum 4 zur Aufnahme der in den Fign. nicht dargestellten Badewanne, die seitlich auf dem umlaufenden Rand 5 des Wannenträgers aufliegt. An der Unterseite des Wannenträgers sind quer- und längslaufende, rippenartige Versteifungen 6 vorgesehen, auf dem der Wannenträger steht (Fign. 2 und 3).Fig. 1 shows a tub support for a bathtub in plan view. Anstelle eines L-förmigen Formteils kann aber auch ein Formteil mit im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt vorgesehen sein, daß an seiner dem Wannenträger zugewandten Innenseite mehrere im Abstand angeordnete vorspringende, senkrechte Stege aufweist, die in entsprechende an der Längsseite des Wannenträgers angeordnete Ausnehmungen nach Art einer Schwalbenschwanzverbindung eingreifen. Die in den Wannenträger eingeschobenen Fromteile 11 sitzen fest in den Aussparungen 8,8' und brauchen nicht verklebt zu werden. Die Sollbruchstellen 14 bzw. Schwächungszonen sind in der Mitte des Bodenkörpers 1 und dazu seitlich versetzt angeordnet. Für den Fall, daß der Sifon nicht im Fußbereich der Wanne vorgesehen sein sollte, z. B. ein Mittelablauf vorhanden ist, wird das mittlere von den Sollbruchstellen 14 umschlossene Element 15 des Bodenkörpers 1 herausgetrennt, um eine weitere Revisionsöffnung zu schaffen.
