- Such a connector comprising a body provided with plugs for connection to regions of the conductors housed in the stud and fitted with a cable connection bypass connected to the plugs, is known for example from patent EP-A-77 242.
- connection plugs for connecting cables to an electrical appliance.
- This connector has a lock that can be moved manually from a position unlocking towards a locking position and capable of acting on means of blocking of the connector body, these means being produced using a tongue elastic practiced on a sheet delimiting the electrical appliance.
- the connector thus described and its locking are ill-suited to a electrical distribution pipe, in particular when introducing into studs bypass specific to such a pipe.
- the object of the invention is in particular to ensure a simple mechanical blocking a connector attached to an electrical distribution pipe. She has for another goal to avoid untimely unlocking.
- the connector body has a sole and the lock is guided in its movement by connector guide well surfaces provided in the bypass pad, presenting an applicable surface against the pad to cooperate with an element thereof by ramp or cam so that the displacement of the bolt towards its locking position generates a displacement of the connector in a direction parallel to the plane of the sole.
- the lock has a part arranged as a pusher which, in the locked position, is engaged in a housing of the connector body so as to prohibit gripping and manual release of the lock.
- the prefabricated electrical pipe 10 shown in Figure 1 includes a number of sections of the same length assembled end to end along a longitudinal axis XX '. Only a section is represented here for the sake of simplify.
- Each pipe section comprises a metal casing 11 of rectangular section, preferably square to ensure optimal rigidity, at four walls 12, 13, 14, 15, housing several conductive bars or cables parallel distribution electrics 16, here in the form of a sheet 17 of four conductors.

- the connectors 19 have a body insulator 20, a starting cable 21 and connection plugs, for example in the form of elastic clamps 22 which are able to engage on stripped parts 16a of the conductors 16 to ensure the electrical connection between them and the starting cable.
- the conductors 16 are currently sheathed and stripped flexible cables only at the level of the openings 18, but they may as well be constituted by bare or sheathed metal blades or bars.
- Each opening 18 is associated with a bypass pad 30 intended for position the parallel conductors 16 inside the envelope opposite opening and allowing the connector 19 to be put in place.
- the stud 30 comprises a body 31, means 32 for holding in position in the envelope and, on the side of the opening 18, a housing 33 provided to receive a part of the connector and bordered towards the opening 18 by a flange 34 which is roughly outwardly flush with the level of the plane P-P 'of the external face of the wall 12.
- the housing 33 comprises wells 35 providing guide surfaces for guide and / or guide tabs blocking 36a-d of the connector and in this housing is placed the conductors 16.
- the stripped portions 16a of the parallel conductors 16 are found distributed opposite the opening 18 so that the plugs or clamps 22 can engage on them when the connector is pushed into the housing 33.
- the legs 36 of the connector have, relative to the plane of a sole 20a of the body which applies to the wall 12 in the connection position, a height h1 greater than the height h2 of the plugs 22 (FIG. 3); the legs 36 thus make it possible to slide the connector on the wall 12 before its engagement in the space 33, to protect laterally the plugs and guide the connector when it is engaged in space 33; the legs 36 also have at their free ends 37 heels attachment 38 widened in direction A ′ (FIG.
- the body 20 of the connector 19 is associated with a manual lock 40 which includes a part for gripping and maneuvering by pushing 41 linked to a finger 42 which has a cam or ramp 43 intended to cooperate with an edge, a ramp or a shoulder 44 of the stud.
- the lock 40 is intended to take a position unlocked ( Figure 5) and a locked position ( Figure 6), from the first to the second by manual pressure on the operating part 41 in the direction Y-Y '(arrow A) and from the second to the first by inserting a tool into a lateral notch 45 of the member and lifting thereof in the direction Y-Y '(arrow B).
- a conductive strip 46 is provided on the external face of one of the guide fingers and attachment 36 to ensure earth continuity by contact with a part electrically conductive located in the stud when the connector is engaged in this one.
- the gripping part 41 is located in the retracted locking position in an external housing 20b of the connector body so as to form a volume faired with the rest of this body. Finger 42 is guided in a well 49 of the body 20 and further comprises the ramp 43 on the one hand a shoulder 50 which cooperates with a stop 51 of the body 20 to limit the movement of the latch in the direction B, on the other hand a hollow shape 52 capable of cooperating in the position locked and / or unlocked position with a hard point 53 of the body 20 of connector to hold the lock in this position.
- FIG. 7 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the connector according to the invention.
- a lock 61 that can be actuated manually, in the form of a plunger similar to that previously described, but however unlockable by inserting a tool into a front slot 62, it is to say located at the front of the body, to come in the unlocked position which is indicated in dashes.
- the body 60 contains fuses on the electrical path connecting the cables 21 to plugs 22 and windows 62 to view the status of plugs connection 22.
- the lock 61 is housed in the locked position as the member 40 in a space 20b of the body such that the profile of the lock pusher is located in the continuity of the body profile.
- the connector 19 is approached to the opening 18 of the pipeline electric 10, either from the front ( Figure 3), or by sliding the legs 36 on the wall 12, so as to facilitate in the latter case a blind mounting.
- the connector can be pushed in according to the arrow A in the accommodation; the downward movement of the connector is guided by the holding the legs 36 against the surfaces delimiting the wells 35, until the stop of the sole 20a of the connector body on the wall 12.
- the lock is then assumed be in its unlocked position illustrated in FIG. 5; if not before the introduction, it would have been brought into this unlocked position by abutment of the ramp 43 during the descent against the shoulder 44 of the stud 30.
- the operator then presses the member 40 according to arrow A.
- the ramp 43 of the finger 42 moves against the shoulder 44 in causing the displacement of the entire connector according to arrow A 'until engagement of the heels 38 under the stop elements 39, while the fingers 42 descend into the wells 49 until the elements 52,53 are blocked; move of the connector is allowed because the tabs 36 have in the direction X-X 'a width narrower than that of their heels 38.
- the operator cannot act manually and must insert a tool into one of the slots 45 to unlock organ 40; when the ramp 43 has cleared from the well 49, the body of the connector can be moved in direction A '' opposite A 'to the position shown in the figure 5, then extracted from the housing 33 in the direction B opposite to A.
- the tab 36b of the connector of FIG. 7 comprises laterally (see Figures 8 and 9) a dovetail housing 63 in which an additive can be housed 70 for connection to signal conductors themselves housed laterally in the pipeline.
- the additive 70 comprises an insulating body 71 and two flat conductors 72.73 arranged in this body so as to reveal (see Figure 10) lower contact pads 72a, 73a intended to be connected to the conductors of signals via conductors of the pad and upper ranges 72b, 73b intended for the welding of respective branch conductors.

Description
The present invention relates to an electrical distribution pipe of the type comprising several parallel conductors housed in an envelope rigid, bypass studs located in the envelope opposite openings formed in a wall thereof and bypass connectors associated with bypass studs.
Such a connector, comprising a body provided with plugs for connection to regions of the conductors housed in the stud and fitted with a cable connection bypass connected to the plugs, is known for example from patent EP-A-77 242.
To establish a derivation, it is desirable that such a connector is housed and locked in a respective stud so as to ensure permanent fixing and reliable to the pipeline. In addition, if the blocking must be able to be carried out by a voluntary manual action, it is desirable to avoid any unlocking maneuver untimely connector.
In document DE-U-82 27 645 is described a connector provided with connection plugs for connecting cables to an electrical appliance. This connector has a lock that can be moved manually from a position unlocking towards a locking position and capable of acting on means of blocking of the connector body, these means being produced using a tongue elastic practiced on a sheet delimiting the electrical appliance.
The connector thus described and its locking are ill-suited to a electrical distribution pipe, in particular when introducing into studs bypass specific to such a pipe. In addition, it is disadvantageous that the bolt is released in the locked position and thus risks being actuated by untimely.
The object of the invention is in particular to ensure a simple mechanical blocking a connector attached to an electrical distribution pipe. She has for another goal to avoid untimely unlocking.
According to the invention, the connector body has a sole and the lock is guided in its movement by connector guide well surfaces provided in the bypass pad, presenting an applicable surface against the pad to cooperate with an element thereof by ramp or cam so that the displacement of the bolt towards its locking position generates a displacement of the connector in a direction parallel to the plane of the sole.
Preferably, the lock has a part arranged as a pusher which, in the locked position, is engaged in a housing of the connector body so as to prohibit gripping and manual release of the lock.

The prefabricated
Each
celui-ci.The
The gripping
situe dans la continuité du profil du corps.FIG. 7 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the connector according to
the invention. To the
Le fonctionnement du connecteur selon l'invention va à présent être décrit à propos du mode de réalisation des figures 2 à 6.The operation of the connector according to the invention will now be described about the embodiment of Figures 2 to 6.
To lock the connector, the operator then presses the
5, puis extrait du logement 33 dans la direction B opposée à A.To unlock the connector, the operator cannot act
manually and must insert a tool into one of the
The
