Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von sanitärkeramischen Gegenständen, wie Toiletten, Bidets, Urinalen, Waschbecken, Halbsäulen und Standsäulen, am Boden und/oder an der Wand.
  • Bei der Befestigung sanitärkeramischer Gegenstände am Boden oder an der Wand besteht allgemein das Problem, daß beim Festziehen der jeweiligen Befestigungselemente infolge mangelnder Ausrichtung der einzelnen Teile zueinander Kräfte auftreten, die zu einer ungleichmäßigen Verteilung der wirksamen Anzugskräfte und insbesondere zu Druckspitzen an bestimmten Stellen im Material der sanitärkeramischen Gegenstände führen können, wodurch Ausbrechungen und Risse entstehen können.
  • Aus der EP-OS 0 504 587 ist eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung sanitärkeramischer Gegenstände an der Wand bekannt, bei der in der Wand zwei parallel zueinander und in vorgegebenem Abstand verlaufende Gewindestangen verankert sind, auf die der sanitärkeramische Gegenstand derart aufgeschoben wird, daß die Gewindestangen aus einer Wandfläche des Körpers herausragen. Auf diese herausragenden Enden wird jeweils ein aus einem Stütz- und einem Spannteil bestehender Spannblock aufgeschraubt, der den sanitärkeramischen Gegenstand an die Wand anpreßt und auf diese Weise mit Hilfe der Gewindestangen befestigt. Diese Vorrichtung ermöglicht zwar eine sichere und weitgehend spannungsfreie Befestigung an der Wand; jedoch ist die Herstellung der mit prismenförmigen Querschnitten ausgebildeten Spannblöcke aufwendig. Schließlich können Ausbrechungen an den schmalen Auflagestellen zwischen Stützteil und Spannteil auftreten.
  • Aus dem DE-GM 93 03 865 ist weiterhin eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Sanitärkörpers mittels Gewindestangen an einer Wand bekannt, bei der der Sanitärkörper durch zwei jeweils in Querrichtung auf eine Gewindestange aufsetzbare Unterlagen mittels jeweils einer Mutter gegen eine Anlagefläche der Wand anpreßbar ist. Die Muttern sind durch jeweils eine Öffnung im Sanitärkörper auf die freien Enden der Gewindestangen aufschraubbar und anziehbar. Obwohl sich hiermit eine einfache und sichere Befestigung eines sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes an einer Wand ergibt, hat die bekannte Konstruktion den Nachteil, daß spezielle Aufnahmeöffnungen, Anlageflächen am Sanitärkörper und seitliche Öffnungen im Sanitärkörper für den Zugang zu den Muttern ausgebildet werden müssen. Hierdurch wird nicht nur die Herstellung der sanitärkeramischen Gegenstände erschwert und verteuert; es ergeben sich auch Einschränkungen hinsichtlich der Formgebung für die sanitärkeramischen Gegenstände.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von sanitärkeramischen Gegenständen am Boden und/oder an der Wand zu schaffen, die nicht nur eine einfache und sichere Montage und Demontage ohne die Gefahr von Beschädigungen an den sanitärkeramischen Gegenständen ermöglicht, sondern auch Beeinträchtigungen hinsichtlich der Formgestaltung der sanitärkeramischen Gegenstände vermeidet.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Aussparung des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes ein Bolzen drehbar gelagert ist, auf dem eine mit einer spiralabschnittförmigen Anzugsfläche versehene, in ein bügelförmiges Gegenstück eingreifende Spannscheibe unverdrehbar angeordnet ist.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung hat den Vorteil, unsichtbar im Inneren des jeweiligen sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes angeordnet zu sein. Sie ermöglicht nicht nur eine schnelle und einfache Montage und Demontage durch Verdrehen des Bolzens um einen geringen Drehwinkel von etwa 90°, sondern erzeugt beim Befestigen eine gleichmäßig zunehmende, gegen den Boden oder die Wand gerichtete Anzugskraft, so daß der sanitärkeramische Gegenstand mit einer auf den Einzelfall abgestimmten Anpreßkraft am Boden bzw. an der Wand anliegt. Schließlich ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung einen Ausgleich vorhandener Toleranzen sowohl in Richtung auf die Wand bzw. den Boden als auch in den beiden hierzu rechtwinklig verlaufenden Richtungen, so daß mit der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung ein sicherer Halt auch bei unvermeidbar auftretenden Toleranzen gewährleistet ist.
  • Gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist an der außenliegenden Stirnfläche des Bolzens eine Schlüsselfläche, vorzugsweise ein Innensechskant, für ein Werkzeug ausgebildet. Die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung kann somit mittels handelsüblicher Drehwerkzeuge betätigt werden.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Bolzen in einem in die Aussparungen des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes eingesetzten Lagerteil, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, drehbar gelagert. Durch Verwendung dieses Lagerteiles lassen sich Druckspitzen im sanitärkeramischen Gegenstand vermeiden.
  • Um die rechtwinklige Lage des Bolzens zur Innenfläche des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes zu gewährleisten, ist das Lagerteil gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung mit einem sich an der Innenseite des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes abstützenden Flansch versehen.
  • Mit der Erfindung wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, den Bolzen auf seinem innenliegenden Ende mit einem Außengewinde für eine die Spannscheibe auf dem Bolzen festlegende und zugleich den Bolzen über das Lagerteil in der Aussparung des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes festlegende Mutter versehen. Hierdurch wird die Anzahl der erforderlichen Bauteile für die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung verringert.
  • Schließlich wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, die Spannscheibe durch auf dem Bolzen ausgebildete Planflächen und entsprechende Gegenflächen an der Spannscheibe formschlüssig gegen Verdrehen zu sichern. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, daß die erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung auch nach längerer Zeit eine problemlose Demontage des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes ermöglicht.
  • Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:

  • Die in den Fig. 3 und 4 anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels dargestellte Befestigungsvorrichtung dient zur Befestigung beispielsweise eines Stand-WC gemäß Fig. 1 auf dem Boden B bzw. eines Urinals gemäß Fig. 2 an einer Wand W. In beiden Fällen wird der sanitärkeramische Gegenstand 1 mittels einer auf einem Bolzen 2 angeordneten Spannscheibe 3 an einem bügelförmigen Gegenstück 4 befestigt, das am Boden B bzw. an der Wand W angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise werden jeweils zwei derartige Befestigungsvorrichtungen für jeden sanitärkeramischen Gegenstand 1 verwendet.
  • Wie am besten die Fig. 4 erkennen läßt, ist der Bolzen 2 in einer Aussparung 1a des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 angeordnet, die vorzugsweise in einer Seitenwand in der Art einer kreisrunden Öffnung ausgebildet ist. Der mit einer Schlüsselfläche 2a versehene Kopf des Bolzens 2 stützt sich über eine Lagerscheibe 5 an der Außenseite des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 ab. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Schlüsselfläche 2a als Innensechskant ausgeführt.
  • Um eine stets rechtwinklige Ausrichtung des Bolzens 2 zu der mit der Aussparung 1a versehenen Wand des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 sicherzustellen, ist der Bolzen 2 in einem vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellten Lagerteil 6 drehbar gelagert, das sich mit einem Flansch 6a an der Innenseite der mit der Aussparung 1a versehenen Wand des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 abstützt.
  • Das Ende des Bolzens 2 ist nicht nur mit einem Gewinde 2b für eine Mutter 2c, sondern mit mindestens einer Planfläche 2d versehen, durch die die mit einer entsprechenden Gegenfläche 3a ausgebildete Spannscheibe 3 unverdrehbar auf dem Bolzen 2 gehalten wird, und zwar unter Zwischenfügen einer Unterlegscheibe 7 durch die Mutter 2c, die zugleich den Bolzen 2 über die Lagerscheibe 5 und das Lagerteil 6 in der Aussparung 1a des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 drehbar lagert.
  • Die unverdrehbar auf dem Bolzen 2 angeordnete Spannscheibe 3 ist mit einer spiralabschnittförmigen Anzugsfläche 3b versehen, wie dies am besten in Fig. 3 zu erkennen ist. Mit dieser Anzugsfläche 3b untergreift die Spannscheibe 3 eine am Gegenstück 4 ausgebildete Stützfläche 4a, die in Fig. 4 gekennzeichnet ist.
  • Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen weiterhin, daß das Gegenstück 4 in der Art eines Winkels ausgeführt ist, der mit zwei Schraubenlöchern 4b zur Befestigung am Boden B bzw. an der Wand W und im anderen Schenkel mit einer die Stützfläche 4a bildenden Öffnung versehen ist.
  • Vor der Montage des jeweiligen sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 am Boden B bzw. an der Wand W werden dessen Spannscheiben 3 derart ausgerichtet, daß die spiralabschnittförmige Anzugsfläche 3b seitlich neben dem Gegenstück 4 endet, wenn der Gegenstand 1 entsprechend seiner endgültigen Lage auf den Boden B gestellt bzw. an die Wand W gehalten wird. Wenn nunmehr mit Hilfe eines Drehwerkzeuges der Bolzen 2 mit der auf ihm befestigten Spannscheibe 3 gedreht wird, gelangt die Spannscheibe 3 mit ihrer Anzugsfläche 3b in die Öffnung des Gegenstückes 4, wie dies insbesondere in Fig. 3 mit strichpunktierten Linien zu erkennen ist. In dieser Stellung greift die Anzugsfläche 3b an der Stützfläche 4a des Gegenstückes 4 an. Durch den spiralabschnittförmigen Verlauf der Anzugsfläche 3b bewirkt ein weiteres Verdrehen des Bolzens 2 ein zunehmendes Andrücken des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 entweder am Boden B oder an der Wand W. Der spiralförmige Verlauf der Anzugsfläche 3b ergibt eine kontinuierlich zunehmende Anpreßkraft und ermöglicht darüber hinaus den Ausgleich etwaiger Toleranzen.
  • In der endgültigen Stellung des Bolzens 2 werden dessen Kopf und die Lagerscheibe 5 durch eine Kappe 8 abgedeckt, die auf den Rand der Lagerscheibe 5 aufgesetzt wird. Da die gesamte Befestigungsvorrichtung im Inneren des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 liegt, ist lediglich diese Kappe 8 nach der Montage des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 zu sehen. Für den Fall, daß der sanitärkeramische Gegenstand 1 demontiert werden soll, wird die Kappe 8 entfernt und der Bolzen 2 in der entgegengesetzten Richtung soweit verdreht, daß die spiralabschnittförmige Anzugsfläche 3b der Spannscheibe 3 aus dem Gegenstück 4 austritt. Da die Spannscheibe 3 in Umfangsrichtung formschlüssig auf dem Bolzen 2 befestigt ist, ist eine derartige Demontage des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes 1 auch noch nach Jahren problemlos möglich.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von sanitärkeramischen Gegenständen, wie Toiletten, Bidets, Urinalen, Waschbecken, Halbsäulen und Standsäulen, am Boden und/oder an der Wand,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß in einer Aussparung (1a) des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes (1) ein Bolzen (2) drehbar gelagert ist, auf dem eine mit einer spiralabschnittförmigen Anzugsfläche (3b) versehene, in ein bügelförmiges Gegenstück (4) eingreifende Spannscheibe (3) unverdrehbar angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der außenliegenden Stirnfläche des Bolzens (2) eine Schlüsselfläche (2a), vorzugsweise ein Innensechskant, für ein Werkzeug ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (2) in einem in die Aussparung (1a) eingesetzten Lagerteil (6), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, drehbar gelagert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerteil (6) mit einem sich an der Innenseite des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes (1) abstützenden Flansch (6a) versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (2) auf seinem innenliegenden Ende mit einem Außengewinde (2b) für eine die Spannscheibe (3) auf dem Bolzen (2) festlegende und zugleich den Bolzen (2) über das Lagerteil (6) in der Aussparung (1a) des sanitärkeramischen Gegenstandes (1) festlegende Mutter (2c) versehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannscheibe (3) durch auf dem Bolzen (2) ausgebildete Planflächen (2d) und entsprechende Gegenflächen (3a) an der Spannscheibe (3) formschlüssig gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist.
