Description

La présente invention concerne une boíte de forme générale parallélépipédique, réalisée en une matière en feuille, telle que du carton, du carton ondulé ou analogue, pour le conditionnement et le transport d'objets.
Plus particulièrement quoique non exclusivement, la boíte selon l'invention est destinée à recevoir des pots pouvant contenir notamment des produits laitiers, tels que yaourts, crèmes à base de lait ou analogues. Jusqu'à présent, de tels pots généralement solidarisés par leurs rebords supérieurs en groupes de deux ou quatre, deux tels groupes pouvant être éventuellement empilés l'un sur l'autre, sont présentés à la vente en étant maintenus ensemble par une bande de matière en feuille entourant le dessus, le fond, et deux faces latérales de l'ensemble desdits pots en formant un "pack" destiné à être emporté par le consommateur.
Toutefois, de tels emballages ne sont pas faciles à transporter par le consommateur qui n'a aucun moyen à sa disposition pour les saisir facilement. De plus, alors que ladite bande ne constitue pas une protection efficace contre les chocs que peuvent subir lesdits pots, elle se révèle néanmoins malaisée à retirer lorsque l'utilisateur veut consommer le contenu des pots, puisqu'elle est collée dans la zone de chevauchement de ses bords extrêmes et qu'elle entoure de façon ajustée lesdits pots.
On connaít également une caisse partiellement tubulaire (US-A-3 627 193) pour bouteille selon le préambule de la revendication 1.
Une telle caisse ne permet pas le gerbage de deux caisses l'une sur l'autre.
Enfin, le document GB-A-2 247 876 décrit un flan muni de huit rabats, ce qui interdit l'accès direct au produit contenu dans la boíte.
La présente invention a pour but d'éviter ces inconvénients, et concerne une boíte, notamment destinée à contenir des pots de produits laitiers, adaptée pour permettre une préhension facile de l'emballage qu'elle constitue par le consommateur, protégeant lesdits pots pendant leur transport ou leur stockage, et permettant un accès facile à ces derniers au moment de leur consommation.
Dans ce but la présente invention propose essentiellement une boíte conforme à la revendication 1 A
Les deux premiers rabats se chevauchant en partie en bout, ceci peut en effet entraíner une surépaisseur de 2 à 5 mm dans le cas d'une feuille en carton ondulé.
Par ailleurs, le rattachement desdits premiers rabats sur une partie seulement de la largeur du volet correspondant laisse des ouvertures et donc des parties en creux sur les côtés de part et d'autre desdits premiers rabats.
Par sensiblement en forme de trapèze, il faut notamment entendre un polygone présentant deux bases parallèles et deux côtés latéraux symétriques par rapport à une médiane des bases, par exemple en forme de S avec un ou plusieurs décrochements.
Grâce à ces dispositions, la boíte selon l'invention, en même temps qu'elle assure une protection efficace des produits, notamment des pots de produits laitiers, qu'elle contient, ainsi qu'un accès facile à ceux-ci, peut être saisie et transportée sans difficultés par le consommateur grâce aux poignées dont sont munis les rabats formant le dessus de ladite boíte.
Elle peut également, et surtout, être stockée facilement par empilement et mise en palette de transport de façon très stable et efficace, sans risque de dommage pour les produits contenus dans de telles boítes, tout en permettant de visualiser le contenu de ladite boíte.
Parmi les quatre seconds rabats, deux rabats opposés présentent au moins en partie, vers l'extérieur desdits seconds rabats, sensiblement une forme triangulaire tronquée.
En outre, la présente invention concerne également un flan de matière en feuille, selon la revendication 5
Avantageusement, une échancrure est prévue dans chacun desdits rabats en regard de la partie centrale de ladite découpe, présentant sensiblement une forme d'anse, lesdits premiers rabats présentant une forme générale de trapèze dont la grande base est reliée au volet correspondant et dont les deux autres côtés sont conformés pour s'adapter à la partie triangulaire tronquée desdits seconds rabats.
En particulier, deux lignes de découpe transversales parallèles peuvent être prévues dans les volets reliés aux premiers rabats, prolongeant les côtés transversaux de ceux-ci, par exemple sur une longueur comprise entre le tiers et les deux tiers de la hauteur desdits volets, ou plus généralement sur une distance inférieure à la hauteur de la ceinture, et reliées par une ligne de pliage.
Par ailleurs, pour permettre l'imbrication de deux tels flans, et la découpe de ceux-ci, dans une même plaque de matière en feuille, un évidement en partie supérieure, par exemple trapézoïdal, est ménagé dans chacun des volets non pourvus d'un premier rabat.
De plus, des volets supplémentaires peuvent être prévus entre les volets destinés à former la ceinture latérale de la boíte et sur les bords libres desdits volets les plus externes, pour former une boíte à coins coupés.
Les figures du dessin annexé feront bien comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée.
  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective de dessus d'un exemple de réalisation d'une boíte conforme à l'invention, dont les poignées sont rabattues en position de transport de la boíte.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de dessous de la boíte selon la figure 1.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en plan du flan à partir duquel peut être réalisée la boíte des figures 1 et 2.
  • La figure 4 illustre l'imbrication de deux flans selon la figure 3 découpés dans une même plaque de carton.
  • La figure 5 illustre l'empilement de deux boítes conformes à l'invention.
    • La boíte 1 selon l'invention présente, comme on le voit sur les figures 1 et 2, une forme générale parallélépipédique, et est réalisée en une matière en feuille, telle que du carton, du carton ondulé ou analogue. Elle est destinée au conditionnement et/ou au transport d'objets, notamment des pots 2 destinés à recevoir des produits laitiers ou analogues. D'une manière générale, la boíte 1 comporte une ceinture latérale 3, un fond 4 et un dessus 5.
    La ceinture latérale 3 présente quatre faces 3.1, 3.3 et 3.2, 3.4 opposées deux à deux, à savoir deux grandes faces latérales 3.1 et 3.3, et deux petites faces latérales 3.2 et 3.4. Comme dans l'exemple de réalisation montré, deux faces latérales adjacentes peuvent être reliées par une face intermédiaire 3a.1-3a.5, formant chacune un coin coupé de la boite, les deux faces intermédiaires 3a.1 et 3a.5 reliées, respectivement, à la grande face 3.1 et à la petite face 3.4 se chevauchant pour permettre la solidarisation de la ceinture latérale 3 notamment par collage.
    Par ailleurs, selon l'invention, le dessus 5 de la boíte 1 est constitué par deux premiers rabats 5.1, 5.2 latéraux opposés, reliés à la ceinture latérale 3 par des lignes de pliage, bloquant les pots 2 en position fermée de la boíte 1, et comportant, chacun, une poignée 6.1, 6.2 découpée dans le rabat respectif 5.1, 5.2 et pouvant être rabattue dans une composition sensiblement orthogonale à la surface du rabat (figure 1), pour la préhension de la boíte.
    Comme on le voit sur la figure 1, chaque poignée 6.1, 6.2 présente sensiblement la forme d'une anse dont les deux extrémités 6.11, 6.12 et 6.21, 6.22 sont rattachées au rabat respectif 5.1, 5.2 par des lignes de pliage autour desquelles peuvent pivoter les poignées 6.1, 6.2 et qui se trouvent au voisinage du bord latéral libre du rabat respectif 5.1, 5.2, permettant, comme déjà indiqué, aux deux poignées d'être suffisamment proches l'une de l'autre, en position de service (figure 1), pour être saisies par une seule main de l'utilisateur.
    De plus, une échancrure 7.1, 7.2 est prévue dans chacun des rabats 5.1, 5.2, laquelle s'ouvre dans la découpe 8.1, 8.2 définissant la poignée, vis-à-vis de la partie centrale 6.13, 6.23 de l'anse formée par cette dernière, et qui permet de saisir la poignée, à l'aide d'un doigt, lorsque celle-ci est rabattue dans le plan du rabat.
    En outre, comme on le verra plus en détail par la suite, chacun des premiers rabats 5.1, 5.2 présente une forme générale de trapèze, ménageant des parties évidées dans le dessus 5 de la boíte 1.
    Comme on le voit mieux sur la figure 2, le fond 4 de la boíte 1 est constitué par quatre seconds rabats 4.1, 4.3 et 4.2, 4.4, opposés deux à deux, dont les deux rabats 4.2, 4.4 reliés aux petites faces latérales 3.2, 3.4 présentent sensiblement une forme triangulaire tronquée, lesdits seconds rabats définissant des parties en relief et en creux complémentaires des parties en relief et en creux de la boíte 1.
    La figure 3 montre en plan le flan à partir duquel peut être réalisée, par pliage, la boíte qui vient d'être décrite, les parties correspondantes du flan et de la boíte portant les mêmes références numériques.
    On voit sur la figure 3 que le flan 1 comporte :
    • quatre volets 3.1-3.4 disposés les uns à la suite des autres longitudinalement, reliés entre eux par des volets supplémentaires 3a.1-3a.5 et par des premières lignes de pliage 10 (deux dits volets supplémentaires 3a.1 et 3a.5 étant prévus sur les bords libres des volets 3.1, 3.4 les plus externes), et destinés à former la ceinture latérale de la boíte dont les volets supplémentaires constitueront les coins coupés,
    • des premiers rabats 5.1, 5.2 reliés, chacun, à un volet 3.1, 3.3 respectif par des deuxièmes lignes de pliage 11 et séparés par un volet 3.2, de sorte que lesdits rabats opposés sont destinés à former le dessus 5 de la boíte 1, et
    • des seconds rabats 4.1-4.4 reliés auxdits volets 3.1-3.4 par des troisièmes lignes de pliage 12 et destinés à former le fond 4 de la boíte 1.
    Dans chacun des rabats 5.1,5.2, sont réalisées une découpe 6.1, 6.2, susceptible de former une poignée, et une échancrure 7.1, 7.2 correspondante. Par ailleurs, de façon à obtenir les parties en relief et en creux correspondantes du fond et du dessus de deux boítes superposées les rabats 5.1, 5.2 présentent une forme générale de trapèze dont la grande base est reliée au volet 3.1, 3.3 correspondant par la ligne de pliage 12 et dont les deux autres côtés 5.11 et 5.21 sont conformés pour s'adapter à la partie triangulaire tronquée 4.21, 4.41 des rabats 4.2, 4.4 destinés à former en partie le fond 4 de la boíte 1. Cette correspondance de forme entre le dessus et le fond de deux boítes 1 superposées, permettant un bon maintien de celles-ci en position gerbée, est montrée sur la figure 5. Aucun moyen d'ancrage particulier n'est donc plus nécessaire pour assurer la stabilité de piles formées à partir de boítes 1 selon l'invention.
    De plus, deux lignes de découpe transversales parallèles 3.11, 3.31 sont prévues dans les volets 3.1, 3.3 reliés aux rabats 5.1, 5.2, prolongeant les côtés transversaux 5.11, 5.21 de ceux-ci et reliées par une ligne de pliage 14, de façon à pouvoir aisément rabattre les rabats correspondants 5.1, 5.2 vers l'extérieur lors de l'ouverture de la boíte 1 et à avoir ainsi un accès facile aux produits 2 qui y sont contenus.
    Par ailleurs, des évidements 3.21, 3.41 sont prévus dans les volets 3.2, 3.4 (non munis de rabats destinés à former le dessus de la boíte), de façon à permettre l'imbrication de deux flans 1 (figure 4) découpés dans une même plaque 100 de matériau en feuille, comme du carton, du carton ondulé ou analogue. Comme on le voit sur la figure 4, les chutes de carton lors de la découpe des deux flans sont ainsi réduites au minimum.
    Bien que la boíte selon l'invention puisse être éventuellement réalisée manuellement par pliage du flan qui vient d'être décrit, après séparation des deux flans montrés sur la figure 4, il est préférable pour ce faire d'utiliser les machines décrites dans les brevets FR-2 629 012 et FR-2 665 137. On notera par ailleurs que la forme particulière des flans, du fait de leurs nombreux évidements et parties en saillie, rendrait impossible l'utilisation de machines de pliage usuelles.

    Claims (9)

    1. Boíte (1) de forme générale parallélépipédique, réalisée en une matière en feuille, telle que du carton, du carton ondulé ou analogue, pour le conditionnement et le transport d'objets, ladite boíte comportant une ceinture latérale (3), constituée de plusieurs volets, un fond (4) et un dessus (5),
      le dessus (5) de la boíte (1) étant constitué par deux premiers rabats latéraux (5.1, 5.2) opposés identiques se chevauchant partiellement en position fermée de la boíte, reliés à deux volets (3.1, 3.3) de la ceinture latérale (3) situés en vis à vis en position fermée de ladite boíte (1), et le fond de la boíte étant constitué par au moins quatre seconds rabats (4.1 à 4.4) reliés aux volets (3.1 à 3.4) par des lignes de pliage (12),
      caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits premiers rabats (5.1, 5.2) présente une forme générale de trapèze dont la grande base est adjacente et reliée au bord supérieur du volet correspondant (3.1, 3.3), sur une partie seulement dudit bord supérieur, lesdits premiers rabats ne couvrant qu'une partie du dessus et définissant ainsi sur le dessus de la boíte des parties en relief et en creux à coté desdits premiers rabats,
      en ce que les quatre seconds rabats formant le fond de la boíte, sont rabattus de manière à ce que deux des seconds rabats opposés (4.2, 4.4) soient rabattus sur les deux autres seconds rabats (4.1, 4.3), lesdits seconds rabats définissant ainsi des parties en relief et en creux complémentaires des parties en relief et en creux du dessus (5) de ladite boíte (1), dues à la disposition des deux premiers rabats latéraux,
         et en ce que un évidement (3.21, 3.41) est ménagé dans chacun des volets (3.2, 3.4) non pourvus d'un premier rabat.
    2. Boíte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (3.21, 3.41) ont une forme trapézoïdale, complémentaire de la forme trapézoïdale des premiers rabats.
    3. Boíte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque premier rabat est relié au volet correspondant de façon centrée par rapport audit volet.
    4. Boíte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que la ceinture latérale comporte quatre faces intermédiaires (3a.1 - 3a.5) formant coins coupés chacune située entre deux volets adjacents.
    5. Flan (1) de matière en feuille, telle que du carton, du carton ondulé ou analogue, destiné à la réalisation, par pliage, d'une boíte de forme générale parallélépipédique, comportant quatre volets (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) disposés les uns à la suite des autres, reliés entre eux deux à deux par des premières lignes de pliage (10) et destinés à former la ceinture latérale de ladite boíte, deux premiers rabats (5.1, 5.2) reliés audits volets par des deuxièmes lignes de pliage (11) et destinés à former le dessus de la boíte et des seconds rabats (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) reliés audits volets par des troisièmes lignes de pliage (12) destinés à former le fond de ladite boíte,
      caractérisé en ce que les deux premiers rabats (5.1, 5.2) sont reliés à deux volets non adjacents propres à former deux volets opposés lorsque la boíte est formée, chacun desdits rabats présentant une forme générale de trapèze dont la grande base est reliée au volet (3.1, 3.3) correspondant par une ligne de pliage, sur une partie seulement dudit volet,
      en ce que deux desdits seconds rabats (4.2, 4.4) reliés à deux volets non adjacents par un côté présentent chacun leur deux autres côtés (4.21, 4.41) en forme sensiblement triangulaire tronquée pour correspondre à la partie au-dessus de la boíte une fois formée qui n'est pas recouverte par les deux premiers rabats (5.1, 5.2),
      et en ce que un évidement (3.21, 3.41) est aménagé dans chacun des volets (3.2, 3.4) non pourvu d'un premier rabat (5.1, 5.2).
    6. Flan selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (3.21, 3.41) ont une forme trapézoïdale, complémentaire de la forme trapézoïdale des premiers rabats.
    7. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque premier rabat est relié au volet correspondant de façon centrée par rapport audit volet.
    8. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque premier rabat est relié au volet correspondant sur les deux tiers de sa longueur.
    9. Flan selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la ceinture latérale comporte cinq volets intermédiaires (3a.1 - 3a.5) destinés à former des coins coupés de la boíte obtenue à partir dudit flan, situés de part et d'autre, deux à deux, des volets (3.1 à 3.4).
