Definitions
- the invention relates to an intake manifold according to the preamble of the first claim.
- the invention is based, with one Intake pipe according to the preamble of the first claim To take measures by which a free mobility of the coiled section of the electrical line is achieved.
- EP-A-0 395 908 shows a singing tube which consists of telescopic Share exists and includes an electrical line that a has expandable spiral cable in one of the tubes.
- the spiral line mechanically so pretension that they are at rest in a stretched Starting position passes and so with pipes pulled out it is compressed that the individual turns close together come to rest.
- a slide tab be in a radial direction corresponding to the cavity externally directed and running in the pipe longitudinal axis Shape of the outer tube engages tightly, like this one inner end portion of the inner tube at its remaining circumference sealing on the inner jacket of the outer tube is present.
- the end section encompassing the inner tube of the outer tube lies sealingly on the outer circumference of the Raw inside, including the one designed as a groove Forming is closed on the end, so that also in this end section an all-round seal between the tubes.
- the spiral line required groove can also be called radial internal molding in the jacket of the inner tube be relocated. Then one intervenes in an analogous manner Slide tab of the outer tube into this groove for sealing a, if not the seal in the area of immersed end portion of the inner tube is sufficient.
- cavity can also be created by embossing on the inner tube be shown on the outer tube. Enough deformability the tube is not for the representation of each necessary groove, then the outer tube can also with be provided with a longitudinal slot, which by means of a arched channel profile piece is completed, which in Area of the breakthrough on the pipe in question, for example can be fixed by welding.
- the channel profile by means of U-shaped side grooves to fix the relevant diaphragm walls.
- the plastic profile piece it is advisable to make the plastic profile piece produce that as compared to the spiral line electrical insulator is used if the spiral cable in Operation should suffer insulation damage.
- the spiral line can be connected to a preferably integrally connected additional electrical line section connected by the overlapped end section of the inner tube on the inner tube in the area of the free end of the inner tube to one there provided connection point leads.
- From the second end of the Spiral line also preferably leads in one piece connected further electrical line section to the free end of the outer tube and to one there provided second junction.
- the Pipe sections can be in the inner tube as in the Outer tube adapted beads are pressed in as provide mechanical protection for these line sections.
- An inwardly embossed bead in the outer tube can record another line section and at the same time in one intervene adapted longitudinal bead of the inner tube and so as Serve against rotation between the two pipes.
- the Spiral cable also made of flat and zigzag shaped contiguous spiral webs exist that are curved in particular in accordance with the pipe bend, so that the cavity is correspondingly low in the radial direction can be formed and the bead (s) correspondingly flat can be trained.
- the representation of the cavity can then with less deformation work of the or of the pipes.
- the groove of the outer tube can be structurally combined so that a closed structure is achieved, which may be necessary electrical connection connections between the Take up the spiral line and the further line section can.
- the invention is based on the schematic diagram of an embodiment explained in more detail.
- a telescopic suction pipe for vacuum cleaners to which electrically operated additional devices are to be connected, has an inner tube 1 and a larger in diameter Outer tube 2, the inner tube 1 in the axial direction longitudinally displaceable in the outer tube 2 via interposed Ring seals 3 is mounted. Between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 is formed a cavity 4 in which a preferably two-core, in circular turns coiled electrical line is housed whose Spiral axis runs parallel to the pipe longitudinal axis.
- the Cavity 4 can with an undeformed inner tube 1 by a radially outward, over the displacement of the Inner tube and the length of the compressed spiral line 5 reaching, radially outward and into the mantle of the outer tube 2 embossed groove 6 are formed, the Cross section sufficient to accommodate the helical cable is large, so that the spiral line 5 is free can be stretched and compressed.
- the free interior of the outer tube is at the outer tube 2 overlapped end section 7 of the inner tube a radially in groove 6 engaging, possibly detachable, slide tab 8 scheduled that a tight conclusion on the free Travel within the groove 6 guaranteed.
- a first end 11 of the helical line 5 is via clamping or Solder pieces, but preferably in one piece with one additional line section 12 connected by the Slide tab 8 or the adjacent end portion 7 of the Inner tube into the inner tube 1 and at the Inner jacket in the region of the free end 13 of the Inner tube and there to the outside to a first Junction 14 out with plug contacts 15.
- This additional line section 12 can, however, also from the outside in a preferably inwardly directed longitudinal bead 16 of the inner tube, the open to the outside Longitudinal bead 16, for example with an insulating material is poured out and the round contour of the outer tube added.
- This longitudinal bead can in an adapted longitudinal bead of the outer tube intervene and so as an anti-rotation between the two Pipes 1, 2 are used. That the free end 13 of the Inner tube facing second end 17 of the spiral line 5 is in the region of the end wall 10 of the groove 6 on the outer tube 2 set and preferably also goes in one piece a further line section 18 on the outer tube 2 to a the free end 19 of the outer tube 2 assigned second connection point 20 with Connection contacts 21 is guided.
- the outer tube 2 a have corresponding longitudinal bead 22, which in addition to the Cavity 4 or runs along the groove 6.
- she can either be shaped outwards, as is shown in FIG. 2 is shown to the right of the groove 6. However, it can also be directed radially inwards, as is shown in FIG. 2 is shown to the left of the groove 6. Then the further line section 18 inserted from the outside and can therein z. B. protected by a cover become.
- One of the longitudinal beads embossed on the inside adapted, molded into the jacket of the inner tube 1 Guide bead 23 then serves as an anti-rotation between the pipes 1, 2.
- the helical line 5 is in the Cavity 4 in its axially undrawn position. Will that Outer tube 2 pushed axially further onto inner tube 1, then the end wall 10 and thus the second migrates End 17 of the helical line 5 to the free end 13 of the Inner tube 1 down. Since the first end 11 of the helical line 5 is fixed to the inner tube 1, the helical line 4 axially stretched and thus serves as an elastic connecting link between the electrical line sections 12 and 18, which are fixed on the inner tube 1 or on the outer tube 2.
- connection points 14 and 20 The Current-conducting connection between the connection points 14 and 20 remains thereby, the axial displacement of the Get pipes 1, 2 safely, with the spiral line 5 through their own insulation ensures that no electrical No more pipes, especially those made of metal 1, 2 can arise. Should such a hazard arise the bead 6 and that of it can be feared covered part of the inner tube with a additional electrical insulating coating be provided. When the pipes 1, 2 are pulled apart the spiral line 5 back into its position shown pushed. In this embodiment there are therefore none fault-prone sliding contacts required.
- the helical line 5 can also be formed in that the cable is not wound spirally, but flat and is folded in a zigzag shape, this folding remains permanently and elastic after stretching contracts itself back to the starting position.
- the spiral bar can be curved to match the pipe curvature be so that the cavity 4 with an enlarged extension in the circumferential direction essentially in its radial Dimension to the size of the diameter of each Spiral bars can restrict.
- Such flat embossing can be carried out on pipes with simplified effort.
- the groove 6 assigned to the outer tube 2 can be in one Actuating mechanism 24 for locking the pipes 1, 2 be integrated in different axial positions, so that overall a closed structure is achieved.
