Claims (9)
- Installation d'injection de carburant pour des moteurs à combustion interne comprenant une pompe à carburant à haute pression (1) prenant le carburant d'une chambre basse pression (5) pour le transférer à une chambre collectrice à haute pression (9) cette dernière étant reliée par des conduites à haute pression (13) aux injecteurs (15) associés aux chambres de combustion du moteur, et le mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture des injecteurs est commandé par une vanne de commande (17) à commande électrique, montée chaque fois dans la conduite à haute pression (13) sur l'injecteur (15), la vanne de commande (17) ayant un organe d'obturation (23) en forme de piton avec deux surfaces d'étanchéité de soupape, respectivement opposées,
caractérisée en parune première surface d'étanchéité conique (31) prévue sur une entretoise annulaire (33) et coopérant avec un siège conique (35) ainsi qu'une seconde surface d'étanchéité plate (34) prévue sur une collerette (39) coopérant avec un siège d'étanchéité plat (47) entourant un perçage (45) ainsi qu'une chambre de pression (49), délimitée par le siège plat et le siège conique (47, 35), par l'entretoise annulaire (33) et la collerette (39), et dont la paroi au niveau de la collerette (39) présente un faible jeu par rapport à la surface périphérique pour former un moyen d'étranglement (51), etentre la surface d'étanchéité (43) de la collerette (39) et le siège de soupape plat (47) lorsque le siège de soupape plat est ouvert, il se forme une chambre d'amortissement (53) reliée par un canal d'évacuation (55) raccordé au siège plat (47), entre le perçage (45) et la tige de piston (41) du tiroir (23) guidée dans ce perçage, pour être reliée à la chambre de décharge (65). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,

le tiroir (23) comporte un perçage traversant (69), axial avec un perçage transversal (71) coupant celui-ci au niveau du canal d'évacuation (55) et reliant le canal d'évacuation (55) avec la chambre d'évacuation (65) délimitée par la partie de piston de guidage (61), chambre reliée par une conduite de retour (67) à la chambre basse pression (5). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée par
une chambre accumulatrice de pression (19) supplémentaire au niveau de chaque injecteur (15), dans la conduite de pression (13) entre la chambre collectrice à haute pression (9) et la vanne de commande (17). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée en ce que
la chambre accumulatrice de pression (19) est prévue dans le corps (21) de la vanne de commande (17). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
