Description

The invention relates to an maintenance vehicle for the maintenance of the natural grass field a sports facility with a water intake device for draining on the Lawn field of accumulated water.

At big sporting events, especially soccer girls, it always happens that these must be canceled shortly before the start of the game because of heavy rainfall cause the playing fields in open stadiums to be flooded with rainwater and the sewers installed in the lawn are no longer able to To absorb water and consequently at least partially flooded the fields are. Football games are then often played anyway, however no longer under regular playing conditions. For an organizing association one can to be postponed shortly before the start or an aborted game and angry Viewers are associated with considerable costs.

Um diesem Problem abzuhelfen wurden Wasseraufnahmeeinrichtungen vorgeschlagen, z.B. in DE-A-2 025 943, EP-A-0 120 656, DE-A-1963 300 und CH-A-471 935, welche eine Teilentwässerung erlauben.To alleviate this problem, water intake devices have been proposed e.g. in DE-A-2 025 943, EP-A-0 120 656, DE-A-1963 300 and CH-A-471 935, which a Allow partial drainage.

Unfortunately, the result is not entirely satisfactory and may cause consequential damage to the sports facilities can not be avoided.

The present invention is therefore based on the object, by means of a new facility on the maintenance vehicle to prepare a lawn in such a way that provide him with regular games or events in any weather, especially football matches, are feasible and at the same time gentle maintenance of the sensitive lawn.

According to the invention, the task is characterized by the features of Claim 1 solved.

The one intended as a water absorption device Water aspirator 20 is on one at the front of this vehicle 10 arranged, height-adjustable carrier 30 can be removed attached, has one located directly above the field 11 Suction part 22 and a water tank 42 connected to it, in the latter is sucked in water. The suction part 22 preferably extends approximately over the vehicle width and a naturally aspirated engine, not shown, which is preferably in the Charging unit 40 is integrated, causes via not shown slit-shaped or round suction nozzles a known suction. The suction nozzles positioned directly above the lawn are evenly distributed in the suction part 22 over its entire width arranged so that with them an optimal suction of the water he follows.

The maintenance vehicle 10 should be of such high performance that that rainwater accumulating with it within a very short period of can be removed from a field. This depends on the amount between 30 and 120 minutes. This maintenance vehicle 10 is suitable therefore special, immediately before the start of the game or during a Game interruption to be used and it can for example in case of heavy rain even during the game before and during the break be used.

The maintenance vehicle 10 is equipped with a scarifier 32, preferably with a surface roller 34 and a warm air blowing device 50 equipped. The verticalizing unit 32 and the surface roller 34 are below the vehicle 10 between the wheels 12 and arranged in a hydraulically height adjustable Bracket 33 rotatably mounted. In the position shown, these are from the bracket 33 pressed onto the floor. The verticalizing unit 32 has a slit roller 35 rotated by a drive with knife-like Cutting 38, which penetrate the ground and ventilation allow the same in a manner known per se. This Slit roller 35 and the surface roller arranged parallel to it 34 extend approximately across the vehicle width and rotate when moving the vehicle, with the roller 34 Uneven floors are compensated for. If these two bodies can not be used, they can not be specified shown lifting device are lifted off the ground.

The hot air blowing device 50 is in the rear area of the vehicle 10 arranged and consists essentially of an air heating system 52 and a hot air blower 54 coupled therewith what warm air from its outlet opening directed towards the floor 54 'flows out and thus dries the lawn causes. This opening 54 'advantageously also extends over the Vehicle width.

This warm air blowing device 50 contributes to the fact that a Football terrain in optimal condition within a very short time can be brought. Furthermore, it can also be used for snow or ice melted and thus currently a snow-free and almost dry lawn can be brought about. It should be noted that the Warm air has such a temperature that the lawn does not Burn damage can be inflicted.

The four wheels 12 of the vehicle 10 are individually via differentials driven and equipped with soft treadless wide tires, which for example, have a width between 0.30 and 0.80 meters, as Fig.2 shows. This is conveniently done by these individuals Wheels 12 on the playing field 11 weight per unit area so chosen that it does not exceed that of a normal person.

There could be a sand or seed spreader on the back of the vehicle to be assembled. It could also be a device in the vehicle be provided, are drawn by means of the field boundaries could. This results in a universal use of this Vehicle 10. It also has an engine, for example is operated with propane gas. For actuating the liftable carrier 30 as well as the holder 33, a hydraulic unit must be provided which, like the engine, are not illustrated in detail, but are built in a manner known per se.

Ferner ist im vorderen Teil des Fahrzeuges 60 ein andeutungsweise veranschaulichter Motor 66 integriert.3 shows an alternative vehicle 60 according to the invention is constructed similar to that of the Fig. and therefore in the following only the differences are explained in more detail. It has again via a verticalizing unit 32, a surface roller 34 as well as a warm air blowing device 50. Furthermore, in the front part of the vehicle 60 is an engine 66, which is illustrated as an indication integrated.

This articulation 63 forms a perpendicular to the floor of the playing field 11 Swivel axis and allows a limited swivel movement the front compared to the rear chassis part 61, 62, thereby improving the maneuverability of the vehicle 60 and thus the Lawn area is protected, especially if with the as Water absorption device trained suction roller 80 worked becomes.

The trained as a water absorption device Suction roller 80 essentially comprises one according to FIGS. 5 to 7 drum-shaped roller 85 with a foam rubber coating 90, one Axially parallel to the roller 85 and rotatable lying thereon Weight roller 87, a roller 85 rotatably mounted on hubs 82 Axis 81 and a stationary drip pan held by the latter 88, the opening 88 'approximately within the roller 85 over their entire length and over an approximately their inner diameter corresponding width extends. The opening 88 'is there preferably horizontally above the axis of rotation of the roller 85 Alignment formed and the bottom of the tub 88 is immediate arranged above the lower curve of the roller 85. The axis 81 and thus also the roller 85 are on both sides of one on the The underside of the vehicle cabin 15 has a leaf spring 94 arranged transversely held by which the roller 85 with a spring force against the bottom of the field is pressed and with her Uneven floors can be compensated. These leaf springs 94 are at both ends for this purpose and moreover on the an end face to accommodate their linear expansion by one Lever 96 articulated. The drum-shaped roller 85 is perforated and therefore has holes distributed over the entire jacket 86. The foam rubber cover 90 in turn is one mesh-like textile skin 91 and thus protected.
