Claims (13)

  1. Elektrischer Verbinder mit folgenden Merkmalen:
    ein dielektrisches Gehäuse (22) mit einem anschlußklemmenaufnehmenden Durchgang (24), der eine Anschlußeinsetzachse (26) bildet,
    das Gehäuse umfaßt einen Verriegelungsabsatz (30) in dem Durchgang,
    eine Anschlußklemme (10), die entlang der Achse in dem Durchgang einsetzbar ist, wobei die Anschlußklemme Verriegelungseinrichtungen (20) umfaßt, die aus einer ersten Einsetzstellung, in welcher die Anschlußklemme (10) in dem Durchgang (24) eingesetzt werden kann, in eine zweite Verriegelungsstellung dauerhaft deformierbar sind, in welcher die Verriegelungseinrichtungen (20) quer zur Achse (26) von der ersten Stellung zur Anlage an den Verriegelungsabsatz (30) deformiert werden, um ein Herausziehen der Anschlußklemme aus dem Durchgang zu verhindern,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das dielektrische Gehäuse (22) wenigstens zwei Verriegelungsabsätze (30) an im allgemeinen gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Durchgangs (24) aufweist, und
    daß die Verriegelungseinrichtungen (20) wenigstens zwei deformierbare Verriegelungsarme umfaßt, die zur verriegelnden Anlage der jeweiligen Verriegelungsabsätze (30) spreizbar sind.
  2. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußklemme (10) ein aus Metallblech gestanztes und geformtes Element ist, und daß die Verriegelungsarme (20) allgemein einen ebenen Abschnitt der Anschlußklemme darstellen und in eine Richtung generell parallel zur Ebene des Arms deformierbar sind.
  3. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußklemme (10) ein Steckende (12), ein Anschlußende (14) und einen dazwischenliegenden Körperabschnitt (16) umfaßt, wobei sich der Verriegelungsarm an dem Körperabschnitt befindet.
  4. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körperabschnitt (16) im allgemeinen kastenförmig ist, wie er durch mehrere Seitenwände (16a, 16b) gebildet wird, und daß sich der Verriegelgungsarm an einer der Seitenwände (16a) befindet.
  5. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußklemme (10) aus Metallblech gestanzt und der Verriegelgungsarm (20) eine generell ebene und freistehende Komponente ist, die in eine Richtung generell parallel zur Ebene des Arms deformierbar ist.
  6. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwischen dem Verriegelungsarm (20) und dem Gehäuse (22) in dem Durchgang (24) komplementär ineinandergreifende Anschlagseinrichtungen (28, 34) umfaßt, um einen vollständig eingesetzten Zustand der Anschlußklemme zu bilden.
  7. Elektrischer Verbinder mit folgenden Merkmalen:
    ein dielektrisches Gehäuse (22) umfaßt einen anschlußklemmenaufnehmenden Durchgang (24), der eine Anschlußeinsetzachse (26) bildet,
    das Gehäuse umfaßt Anschlagseinrichtungen in dem Durchgang und einen Verriegelungsabsatz (30), wobei eine Anschlußklemme (10) entlang der Achse in den Durchgang einsetzbar ist, und die Anschlußklemme aus einem Metallblech gestanzt und geformt ist, und ein Steckende (12), ein Anschlußende (14) und einen zwischen den Enden liegenden Körperabschnitt (16) umfaßt,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das dielektrische Gehäuse (22) wenigstens zwei Verriegelungsabsätze (30) an sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Durchgangs (24) aufweist,
    daß der Körperabschnitt generell kastenförmig ist, wie er durch mehrere Seitenwände (16a, 16b) gebildet ist,
    daß wenigstens eine der Seitenwände (16a) zwei Verriegelungsarme (20) umfaßt, die dauerhaft aus den ersten Einsetzzuständen, in welche die Anschlußklemme in dem Durchgang eingesetzt werden kann, in zweite Verriegelungszustände deformierbar sind, in welchen die Verriegelungsarme (20) quer zur Achse der erste Zustände zur Anlage der jeweiligen Verriegelungsabsätze (30) deformiert sind, um ein Herausziehen der Anschlußklemme (10) aus dem Durchgang (24) zu verhindern,
    daß die Anschlußklemme eine Anschlagseinrichtung (34) umfaßt, die an die Anschlagseinrichtung (28) anlegbar ist, um einen vollständig eingesetzten Zustand der Anschlußklemme zu bilden.
  8. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsarme (20) generell ebene Abschnitte der Anschlußklemme und deformierbar in die Richtungen generell parallel zu den jeweiligen Ebenen der Arme deformierbar sind.
  9. Verfahren zum Zusammenbauen eines elektrischen Verbinders mit folgenden Schritten:
    Bereitstellen eines dielektrischen Gehäuses (22) mit einem anschlußklemmenaufnehmenden Durchgang (24) und wenigstens zwei Verriegelungsabsätzen (30) an den im wesentlichen gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Durchgangs;
    Bereitstellen einer Anschlußklemme (10), die in den Durchgang (24) einsetzbar ist und wenigstens zwei deformierbare Verriegelungsarme (20) umfaßt;
    Einsetzen der Anschlußklemme (10) in den anschlußklemmenaufnehmenden Durchgang (24); und
    dauerhaftes Deformieren der Verriegelungsarme (20) derart, daß sie an den jeweiligen Verriegelungsabsätzen (30) anliegen, um ein Herausziehen der Anschlußklemme aus dem Durchgang zu verhindern.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt des dauerhaften Deformierens der Verriegelungsarme (20) folgende Schritte umfaßt:
    Drücken einer Deformierungseinrichtung (40), die ein dreieckförmiges Ende (42) besitzt, gegen jedes Verriegelungsarmpaar (20), um die Verriegelungsarme (20) dauerhaft durch Spreizen der Verriegelungsarme (20) in ein verriegelndes Anlegen gegen die jeweiligen Verriegelungsabsatzpaare (30) zu deformieren.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren das Stanzen und Formen der Anschlußklemme (10) aus Metallblech umfaßt, wobei der Verriegelungsarm (20) ein generell ebener Abschnitt der Anschlußklemme ist, und der Deformationsschritt das Deformieren des Verriegelungsarms in einer Richtung generell parallel zur Ebene des Arms umfaßt.
  12. Elektrischer Verbinder mit folgenden Merkmalen:
    ein dielektrisches Gehäuse (22) mit einem anschlußklemmenaufnehmenden Durchgang (24), wobei das Gehäuse Verriegelungsflächeneinrichtungen (30) in dem Durchgang umfaßt,
    eine Anschlußklemme (10), die in dem Durchgang einsetzbar ist und Verriegelungseinrichtungen (20) besitzt, die in Kontakt mit den Verriegelungsflächeneinrichtungen (30) dauerhaft deformierbar sind, um ein Herausziehen der Anschlußklemme (10) aus dem Durchgang (24) zu verhindern,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß das dielektrische Gehäuse (22) wenigstens zwei Verriegelungsflächeneinrichtungen (30) an sich generell gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Durchgangs (24) umfaßt, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtungen wenigstens zwei deformierbare Verriegelungsarme (20) umfassen, die in einen verriegelnden Kontakt mit dem jeweiligen Paar der Verriegelungsflächeneinrichtungen (30) spreizbar sind.
  13. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußklemme (10) ein gestanztes und geformtes Element aus Metallblech ist, und daß der Verriegelungsarm (20) einen generell ebenen Abschnitt der Anschlußklemme darstellt und in eine Richtung generell parallel zur Ebene des Arms deformierbar ist.
