Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Bürstenwalze besteht aus einem um seine Achse rotierbaren Hohlzylinder 2, der aus Epoxydharz besteht und durch darin eingelagerte Fasern 5 verstärkt ist. Der Hohlzylinder 2 weist auf der den Borsten 3 radial gegenüberliegenden Seite ein metallisches Gegengewicht 4 auf, das in seine Wandung eingebettet ist und das aus einem Blechstreifen aus Stahl besteht.
